Dropped in to Stittsville Automotive to get some advice about water potentially leaking into my car. Chris is clearly very experienced with all things cars; he was able to quickly identify possible sources of water ingress and offered to silicone some areas of the car’s roof. Im the kinda person who doesn't know much about vehicles and only after I got burned for $4k of repairs that only after checking other places realized that they are the type of mechanics to stay away from. They charged $190 for an alignment when down the road it's $120. They will always try and throw in extra fixes etc. In a pinch go there but if you can go elsewhere.

Initially he is friendly to secure your business but afterward you will realize his true character. Complete opposite. You are better off elsewhere.

Stittsville Automotive, that's who! My niece had new tires installed on her SUV at a well known shop and she started hearing a noise while driving. The lug nuts were so loose on one of her tires that we could tighten them (a bit), with our fingers. Not wishing to take our chances driving to the store that installed in an unsafe condition, we called Stittsville Automotive and explained our situation. Told to just drive over and they would tighten them for us. A very polite young man called Ryan, came out as soon as we pulled up, tightened the lug nuts on all the tires and saw us on our way quickly. You know have a new customer - I'll definitely be back! ~ Liz

I took my car for a safety inspection today and after a while the guy called and told me that the car is not gonna pass the safety and there is no need to pay the safety inspection fees for nothing and so they didn't charge me anything.

I was charged $140.00 PLUS TAX on 1hr 20 min labor. Which is $105 hr. +tax.
The car was taken in to change winter tire rim to summer tire rim.
Local garage costs more than car dealer service service. Not worth a service you get for a buck.

Had a piece of wire stuck in my tire. Chris immediately took the tire off and evaluated the condition of the tire. No charge and I was on my way.
