Called regarding a hot tub cover on November 13th at 10: 15am and the man I spoke with had ZERO customer service skills and lost his company not only a tub cover sale but also any further possible sales! RUDE!

Bought a hot tub from the Belleville location. Sales person war friendly and very knowledgeable. Gave me a good deal on a floor model. The person who called me to schedule the delivery provided guidance as to how to prepare for the installation. The provided two crew to install the tub. The delivery guys were a treat to work with. Garrett and his crew got the tub onto the deck and lowered it onto the cement base with no hassle at all. They were friendly, courteous, and knew what they were doing. Thank you St. Lawrence for the great experience. We look forward to get it running and enjoying it through the cold weather that is approaching.

Can not say enough about the great team. Mike Soley was easy to talk to, very informative and answered all our questions, gave us no pressure and time to do our research and helped us to make the perfect choice for the best hot tub for us. Thank you for a great experience.

I have been trying to open my pool since May, but seemed to be too much air in the pump. Called St. Lawrence Pools and they sent out Ryan and his buddy to check things out. They were so knowledgeable and diagnosed my issue fast! Seemed my pool pump was cracked. They checked stock at the store and left to grab me a new pool pump. They set everything up for me, to make it easy to disconnect when winter comes. They were so good, and didn't cut any corners. I was very impressed with the friendliness, knowledge and ease at which everything was connected up and had me up and running in no time. Thank you guys for your time and help!

I have been going to St. Lawrence pools for the past 4 years for all my hot tub products and have never had a bad experience with them. The staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Their products/services are reasonably priced.

Recently, I had a minor problem with the hot tub and urgently needed a technician to inspect it. Barry Richards inspected the problem and fixed it within 2 days. He went over and beyond to assist me with this problem. Barry was clear in his communications with me and very efficient in completing the work. Thank you, Barry!

I developed a stain on my pool liner this summer. Shane Pettit did an excellent job in identifying the type of stain it was and what was needed to remove it. I highly recommend Shane and St Lawrence Pools for the high quality of service they provide.

Initially bought a pool from the other company in town. Was good, however once I had gone to St. Lawrence Pools, they couldn’t match the customer service that ST. Lawrence offers. Mike B is always there to assist and provide informative suggestions as to what works best for my needs. Mike is quick to fix any problems I have and find an answer to my questions. Mike S also quick to follow-up and ensure that everything has gone according to the plan, and if not ensuring that it was corrected. I primarily deal with these 2 fellows and can’t say enough about the experience I have had dealing with them. I find the rest of the staff is quick to provide assistance if required, but just to say hello and be friendly if not required. It was the customer service that brought me to St. Lawrence Belleville and what has kept me coming back for 15+ years now.

We purchased our 14’ Hydropool in the summer of 2022. Since the day our pool was installed it has been nothing but an excellent experience. From day-one, Mike Brown has been amazing. He is always welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable with all of our enquiries. All service requests have been handled immediately and with professionalism thanks to the service team and especially Barry. Purchasing the Hydropool was a huge investment but thanks to Mike, and the staff at St. Lawrence Pools in Belleville it has been nothing but a pleasure.

Always good service with informative staff. They have a great collection of barbecues, dart supplies, As well as many hot tubs and necessary chemicals.

I absolutely love the customer service at St. Lawrence Pool in Belleville ON.
In 2019 it was my first time to go to this store. Cale Stapley was very knowledgeable and friendly. He spent a lot of time with my husband and I and he did not rush us. We didn’t feel any pressure at all. We bought a pool and a hot tub.
The first time I went back for some questions and buying supplies I was served by Mike Brown again excellent customer service. He told us everything we needed to know about chemicals and treatments. Very knowledgeable, patient and friendly.
Every time after my first two visits at the store Cale and Mike were always friendly and patient. I went back in 2022 because Covid restrictions, nothing changed. It was so nice to see them back, again excellent customer service.
Last week I was served by Josh Kelsey, WOW. This young man was very pleasant and tried very hard to help me. He offered to come to my house after work to see what I tried to explain and yap he resolved the problem. When do you see that, not too often. Thank you so much Josh.
Cale, Mike and Josh are honest and knowledgeable. Their customer service is exceptional, they will do everything possible in regard to your situation to help you. Also not to forget their manager Mike Soley who always been there too. He has a very good approach to make final decisions and excellent customer service.

I heard great things about St. Lawrence Pools but my experience to date has been mostly terrible. The customer service by the sales team is probably one of the worst I have experienced. Once they send you a few emails they totally ignore you! I initially reached out late spring 2021 and got quick response to my online email request - I was too late for an install last year. Reached out early this spring, again got a quick response via email. Been trying to reach folks by phone for months - been passed around to several folks and still no one is following up. Tried to book a site visit but no luck. No professionalism at all. Wondering if basic manners and customer service will return when business slows.

Bought a 18 foot above ground pool, had it installed Sept 7,2021. Part of the pool sale came with a 5 piece maintenance kit including thermal cover.
Well here it is July 13,2022 and I'm still waiting for my pool brush and thermal cover that was part of my purchase.
I have been informed numerous times that the thermal cover is on back order yet in my last conversation I was told " sorry we just sold" the last one in stock.
From now on I will patronize other pool companies and not St. Lawrence pools.
Since my last Post Mike Soley has dealt with my issues. He has compensated me for my issues and has me rethink my desision to no longer patronize his buisness.

I came to this location to get chlorine, realising as I was pulling in the parking lot, that they closed in 10 mins. I went inside, was greeted by a young man named Brad, who treated me with respect and excellent customer service. I had to leave this review because an employee who has 10 minutes left in his shift is usually not very happy to help in most places. Great job Brad! My experience at this location has been the same everytime. I always get what i need and everyone is excellent at their job here.

Last season we purchased a new pool and had issues with installation. We contacted Mike S.right away. Unfortunately for us, we paid for service and equipment that was not received in good condition. Here we are, into next season ready to open our pool and have not been able to resolve outstanding issues from last August. I cannot recommend this business because it's aggravating to deal with a company that does not do what they say they will do nor stand behind their product installation.

I can’t recommend more Meg in the service dept. I was “one of those” customers who tried to go with another company thinking it was going to save money, time and be a simple fix. Well that’s not what happened and after calling Meg and explaining the situation she absolutely saved my day. I can’t thank her enough she was understanding, pleasant and professional. Thanks Meg!

This “business” agreed to service our pool heater. Wasted our time for over 2 months waiting for an appointment, then after sending a technician tried to bill us for nothing. Lost the pics they were supposed to send to manufacturer and refused to send diagnosis. Owner negated charges after my complaint, but still did not get any service. Service manager eas ride and condescending as we did not buy heater from them. Go elsewhere!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of dealing with David Ferraccioli a salesperson at St. Lawrence Pools Belleville location. We were looking for a new hot tub and David was the most patient and knowledgable salesperson we have dealt with in a very long time.
We visited the Belleville store on two occasions and David was very generous with his time in answering all our questions of which we had lots. He made us feel very at ease and comfortable knowing we choose the best place to purchase our hot tub.
We would very much recommend asking for David if your thinking of buying a hot tub and visit St. Lawrence Pools in Belleville.

Other than long waiting to speak with knowledgeable staff this place has many spa choices and BBQ/ smoker choices, and billiards, and darts, and supplies.staff are very helpful when you find one who knows what's what.

All past issues have been resolved. It was a long haul but we now have a functional pool and a hotub.

Cale Stapley made sure that our shopping for a pool table was pleasant. He has great knowledge of the products and was a super gentlemen to deal with. I would recommend St. Lawrence Pools for all activities that they offer.

We’ve used St Lawrence as our go to pool company for years. We have a commercial campground pool and they have never let us down. In fact. They’ve gone above and beyond to take extra care of us. Thank you to Shane and Mike for both always doing everything you can to keep us in tip top operating form.

Delivery commitments were not met. Service responsiveness was virtually non existent. Expectations of reasonable customer service have not been fulfilled. I would not recommend buying a hot tub from St. Lawrence Pools.

St. Lawrence Pools has been a consistent source of quality and reliability for my family! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful while assisting us with purchasing pool accessories and also fixing our broken billiard cue sticks. Great store and great staff!

Nothing was priced I had to ask on a couple of the dart sets they're pretty expensive $65 for three darts

Cameron provided above and beyond customer service right from my first steps in your store today. Immediately, Cameron engaged me with requests to what could be provided and went above and beyond. From personally testing our water, providing expertise on filter systems, and in turn accommodating our requests/needs. Amazing!

Ok.here we go.
Bought a hot tub in 2018. Good experience, nothing but good service from the staff. To the point we were so happy with the service we decided we were going to buy a pool from St Lawrence as well.
Mid March we decided on the pool. By the end of April we had the pool paid in full. (As we were told 2 weeks) Few problems along the way, but they were some what sorted out.
Totally understand the delays caused by COVID19.
So here we are. Mid Sept. Absolutely no word on if; or when we are going to get a pool. When WE call the store.we get told what we want to hear to make us 'happy'. That is IF we get a call back.still waiting for a call back from last Monday (we were told the rest of our pool may have been shipped to the Kinston location and the manager said he would call to confirm that it was in, and call me back) STILL WAITING!
So now St Lawrence has been sitting collecting interest on my close to $6000 that we gave them for a pool, and i have been paying the interest on the close to $6000 with nothing to show for it but a bunch of false promises.
What started off as a 'highly recommended' company is now a 'I wish I could give a 0 star'
Oh.and we still don't have a pool. Oh.and still waiting for a call.
Oh.let me guess.it will be in in two weeks.if i had a dollar every time I have heard the "it will be in in two weeks " my pool would be paid for!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, was able to answer all our questions. Even suggested looking around at other deals.

I went in to have a. 5 amp fuse replaced for my hot tub. They didn't have any in stock. Josh, knowing without that simple yet hard to find fuse, my Tub was rendered useless.he took a fuse from a floor model and apologized for not having any. That is customer service!

Very knowledgeable folks here. Great facility. Great education. Worth a visit and discussing hot tub and pool options.

My friend bought some inflatable chairs and was very satisfied with the service. He said they gave him a discount too which was nice. Very polite and helpful staff.

Very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend St. Lawrence Pool's for opening our pool. They are awesome and very accommodating! Nothing but the best from Tom who set everything up for us as we bought a new home and weren't sure of this pool but they helped us out! Mike S at St. Lawrence Pools was awesome to deal with. Very knowledgeable and patient.and worked hard to help us coordinate the pool/hot tub installation with our other contractors. Blake and his crew with Serenity did an awesome job on install day. Very happy with their work and they were great with the kids.

Pricier than other places for service needs but well worth it for a job well done. Almost everyone we have dealt with is friendly, very knowledgeable, and thorough. We have a pool and we couldn’t figure out why our brand new salt chlorinator wasn’t working and the manufacturer was of no help. Steve at st Lawrence was diligent in hearing what we’ve done to troubleshoot the issue and providing suggestions and now I finally have a working pool! Thanks Steve and everyone at St Lawrence!

St. Lawrence Pools in Belleville has knowledgeable employees. I had an issue with the water in my hot tub. They suggested I take in a water sample for a free water test. They solved my issues, and with their advice I finally have an easy weekly routine that is working better than anything else that I had done previously. Thank you St. Lawrence Pools!

I’ve had great experiences with this store. The staff generally is attentive, knowledgeable and able to answer your questions about the many items they sell. I particularly like being able to bring my spa water in at any time for analysis at no charge. I’ve mostly dealt with Mike and found him to truly care about the customer.

We had a pool installed in 2019 by St Lawrence and we found the company very good to deal with in all respects. They did what they said they would do, on time and within budget. No hesitation in recommending them.

St. Lawrence Pools has been and continues to be the premium Pool and Hot Tub store along the St. Lawrence Seaway. I work for one of their vendor partners, BioGuard, for the last 20 years and worked for them for 8 years. It's always been a pleasure working with them and I enjoyed my time working there. They strive to give their customers the best experience possible and we are always working together to give their customers the best products and value!

Great people. Mike in sales is great, he does not push sales and gives very honest advise. Got my hot tub cheaper than you get in Homedepot, threw bunch of extras in. Got my bbq from Mike, he advised a good quality product and a good price too. Talya was great in testing my pool water and thoroughly explaining how to deal with all those chemicals. Highly recommend

I don't know how this place stays in business! They "forgot" to order my hot tub and blamed it on the manufacturer. After calling several times and NO ONE RETURNED MY CALLS, I pretty much gave up. I ordered May 21.finally arrived MID AUG after I had to go there in person and complain! Almost 13 WEEKS LATER! I was promised someone would be here to show me how to fill and juggle the chemicals. NO ONE SHOWED. Steps were damaged so I called and they said someone would come that day to replace. NO ONE SHOWED AND NO ONE CALLED. Someone is "supposed" to come today (Monday the 19th of Aug) to replace my steps and show me the chemicals. A WEEK LATER! Let's see if they even remember.
Absolutely TERRIBLE service all around. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS USELESS BUSINESS AGAIN! I wish I could give ZERO stars.

I called ahead of time approximately 1 week earlier. Asked about solar heater mat said they had some got there and they didn't (waste of time and gas) we live 45 mins away. Not a happy customer

Great staff, great results and great product. I always find that they go out of there way to give great customer service.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I have heard of them on radio ads and happened to be nearby in Belleville on my way home and needed some pool chemicals. The guy was really helpful, told me what I needed without trying to sell me the most expensive thing in the store and made some useful suggestions. I plan to go back or try their Kingston store as I live closer to that one. They also have BBQ stuff. I did find the Traeger rubs and sauces really expensive, but I do use Traeger wood pellets a lot so now have a local source of supply (I recommend the Traeger pellets over the Costco chips or small bags found at other stores-the Traeger bags are way more cost effective and last a long time).

I have been using them for 10+ Years. The store also carries darts, billiards, patio furniture, barbecues and fitness equipment. Great store to get out for random gifts as well. Very nice, clean, and spacious store.
