It is a great place to get specialist treatment on denture, though my child is on assessment still. I got a price range as well. They are well behaved and sincere to treat properly.

Overall its a very nice experience to be there. The whole team is a pleasant to greet every appointment! The place is very clean and friendly. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs orthodontic care.

Just finished my 18 month Invisalign treatment with STO Orthodontists at Scarborough Town Centre and what a amazing experience! I have to say, the staff are unbelievable, they clearly love what they do and it comes across and makes it a very positive experience. All the lovely dental hygentists, I have to say thank you for being extremely kind, never had one bad experience with any of them in the 18 months of treatment!:) I am extremely happy with my new smile and would recommend this Ortodontist office to anybody and everyone. You will be very happy with your decision, I sure am! ;)

Consistently amazing service at STO! I was a client of Dr. Anthony Mair nearly 20 years ago and had to revisit for quick fix to my retainer today. The staff at the reception booked my appointment with ease and the orthodontist who fixed my retainer was kind and efficient. The service and environment here is just as I remember it as a kid!

All the staff were great. Stephanie who is my treatment coordinator was very nice and kind. She informed and guide me through my orthodontic treatment. Emily who took my photos was very friendly. I love her energy and enthusiasm. Also Jennifer who put my braces on was very accomodating. She thoroughly explained all i need to do to take care of my braces. Im looking forward to see them every appointment. Definely the best orthodontic clinic in Scarborough. Highly recommended.

I see the staff at the Scarborough Town Centre location. They are always friendly, upbeat, and really care about how you are doing during the journey you have embarked on (in my case Invisalign). I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

My trip to STO Orthodontics is always such a pleasant one. I go to the location at Scarborough Town Centre. This team is absolutely organized, professional, quick, respectful, kind, and 100% amazing at what they do. I've just started my orthodontic treatment with this team and I already see a huge difference - I am so happy! They are so organized and send you constant text reminders for following appointments, make sure you are comfortable, and make sure all your questions are thoroughly answered before you leave. I had my braces done here nearly 10 years ago. My upper retainer held up well for 6 years then it came loose. I called the office and they scheduled me in right away to have it fixed free of charge. It came loose again this year, and again the team brought me in ASAP and had it fixed for me. Even if it’s been 10 years since your last appointment, the team will still treat you as if you’ve been coming every month, so kind!

Everyone was very kind and able to answer any questions we had. Atmosphere was positive and felt very safe and cared for.

It is my first time to visit this clinic and I had a wonderful experience. The place is clean, have a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

I first came here over 15 years ago for my first treatment. Since then, my permanent retainer broke twice and I had a pleasant experience every time when I had to repair it. The office is extremely efficient, like none I've ever seen, and I've had good experiences with the staff and the doctors. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

The STO Experience
The Team at STO exceeded my daughter’s expectation and that of my family and friends. The tag line an ‘STO Certified Smile’ exemplified the experience and results.

The treatment type was Invisalign; which provided her the flexibility to continue to eat her favourite foods as desired e.g. Popcorn, pizza, hard fruits etc. She became aware that some foods contained strong artificial dyes that discoloured the aligners. An unanticipated benefit was she quickly learnt to avoid such foods and opted to choose healthier natural foods.

There were approximately 8-10 appointments spread over 18 months (including the COVID-19 shutdown period). The longest appointments took 30 minutes (with the exception of the final appointment when the transparent attachments were removed and the permanent retainers were fitted). The majority of appointments had a duration of approximately 10 -15 minutes. As a working mother, these appointments did not impact my work schedule. They were infrequent, of short duration, months apart and whenever possible we requested Saturday appointments.

On a side note my daughter was obsessed with obtaining perfect school attendance so, the Invisalign treatment with its infrequent and short duration appointments were perfect.

My daughter’s experience and the results exceed our expectations. However, I must hasten to add that she followed the rules and guidelines as directed by the STO team.
