Kind veterinarians and staff - has always been a positive experience whether a scheduled appointment or emergent visit. Highly recommended.

This establishment should be shut down immediately i walked in and there was rat droppings covered on the floor and when i questioned the main doctor nathan said “ if it’s a problem clean it up yourself fatty” i was deeply offended but ended up letting him see my cat to treat an ear infection and he ended up attempting to neuter my cat.she’s a female.then after i realized what he did he started irish dancing and pointing and laughing at me

The staff is so friendly, very patient, and understanding.not only do they know what to do for your pet, but they understand your pets behaviour very easily.

My dog - Sexy - is usually really scared of a lot of things including vets and doesn't like to be picked up. We tried Stone Church Animal Clinic recently since our previous vet prescribed him high doses Trazadone and used to put him on a muzzle just for regular visits/vaccination which used to stress him out more. I used to dread vet visits. We have been to Stone Church Animal Clinic twice now. The staff and doctors are AMAZING and do everything to make him feel comfortable! He always goes there without any Trazadone. Today he was able to get 2 vaccinations without any muzzle with a lot of treats and he came out happy and relaxed. I would definitely recommend this clinic if your dog has anxiety issues. Special thanks to Doctor Saeid!

Every time we have taken our elderly cats to this clinic, they have been treated amazingly. I've been to other clinics that have recommended costly treatments for issues an animal may or may not have had, and wouldn't give an honest opinion about what we really should do.

The staff are professional, the vet is personable and they cared for our cats honestly and with integrity.

My only gripe is that the waiting room is small, so when there are multiple patients waiting for an appointment it gets a little cramped. But if that's the only mark against an otherwise great clinic, I'd say that it's negligible.

I love this vet clinic. They're really attentive to the animals and they know what they're doing. Very thorough and helpful!

Terrible animal hospital. Even though we had our dog put down here, they refused to help my sick cat because our old clinic closed down, losing his medical records. Our dogs records were lost as well, but this wasn't an issue. Disgusting practice. I highly recommend Blue Cross Animal Hospital over a hospital that refuses sick animals.

First visit. Very friendly. The Vet and Jessica was very kind and gentle with Della. Thank you. Will feel comfortable returning for next checkup.

Rates are good.
Seems To have tendency to over diagnose/jump to conclusions, but it could be argued that you’d rather be absolutely sure you’re getting the best care for your loved pet. The bad side is
You can overpay for many tests, the down side would be he says “it’s likely nothing” and then your pet dies. So I can see both sides.

In my instance my dog had a very swollen toe and he jumped to cancer and was talking about imaging and biopsies and nearly a thousand dollars worth in tests. I figured she just cut her toe and it was infected.

I had to step back and reevaluate. I asked a few questions I felt he should have: if it is an infection, how hard is it to treat? (Antibiotic pills and cream. Maybe a cone of shame.)

If we waited a week for antibiotic treatment would there be any change in the outcome if it was cancer?
He said she’d likely be losing the paw regardless, so no.

So I offered up: why don’t we try the $90ish antibiotics and see what happens?

We did that, and she was fine. No cancer. No expensive tests or imaging.

I’m glad we were able to have the discussion openly, and come to that treatment option, but I felt like it shouldn’t have required me to be the logical one, lol. His diagnoses were scary and it was hard not to panic - but I’m glad I stepped back and approached it logically instead of emotionally.

This was a couple years ago, so maybe I have some of the prices wrong, but as far as I recall, this is accurate.

We took our dogs to Stonechurch animal clinic for many many years. Very happy with the treatments and staffs. Dr. Harxhi is so kind and really care about our dogs. Unfortunately we have to move away from the area and it’s a bit far to stay with the clinic. Highly recommended and if it wasn’t for the move we will definitely stay with them. All the staff from the moment you walk in the door are so friendly and welcoming. They always ensure you and your pet are as comfortable as possible during the visit. Staff are very knowledgeable and educate you on your pet and everything they go through. Couldn’t recommend more if you’re looking for a new vet!:)

Great and knowledgeable staff. Being open late makes it much easier to pick up medications or food, and to schedule appointments.

Was asked how much I paid for my dog, then few days later was told my 12 week old dogs hip was broken and needed surgery asap & tried to scare me into it. Got 2nd & 3rd opinions & my dogs hip WAS NOT broken and DID NOT need surgery. Just rest and relaxation. 1 year later, my dog still has no issue with hip.

Great service at this animal clinic. Staff are all friendly and accommodating to our reactive pup, and the vet is very professional and compassionate. A very open minded place that will listen to your concerns and answer your questions to the best of their abilities.
