Very pleased with Stone Cliff and their staff. They responded to our initial request for a quote in a timely manner and was able to book an appointment within a week. They touched base prior to the appointment and arrived exactly on time and completed the job in the amount of time they had indicated. Amazing job on gutter cleaning! Took before and after photos as we requested. When covers could not be removed and they did a power wash instead, they adjusted the quote and lowered our price! Pleasant and courteous. Will definitely hire again!

Totally professional with a mix of great personality. They pulled in and honestly they were everywhere.on the roof for the gutters and in the house (up and downstairs) for the windows! When they left there was not a spec of a mess, tidied up everything and just left impeccably clean windows and gutters.

I had Stone Cliff Window Cleaning come to the new home I am renting to clean the windows. They were professional and did a fabulous job. They even got to some hard to reach places that clearly had never been cleaned properly before. The windows look amazing. The crew they sent were on time, polite, explained everything, and didn't damage any of the garden beds with their ladders which was a huge feet based on where they had to place them. I wholeheartedly recommend this company! I will be using them going forward for windows and perhaps other services they offer.

Unfortunately I couldn’t give this company a review on Indeed, so this is my only resort. For anyone who comes across job postings for this company, save your self your time and energy because all this company will do is string you along after convincing you that they’re so professional. I’ve never experienced a two week hiring process at any company. They stringed me along for two weeks, told me they’d be in touch shortly but did the total opposite. I strongly believe that the owners should seek management training and how to hire professionally. I had to go through two phone screenings which were a week apart, asked the same questions (clearly a lack of communication) thought we left off great until everyday I was contacted with a new question. Then I was asked for references, they were contacted and then I was told that my references were not to their standard. After two weeks, I had to send a follow up email to find out that they went a different route. Stay away. Definitely not worth your stress.

Bob provided an incredible service. He cleaned our gutters a month ago and because we were so happy with his work, we asked him to come back to clean underneath the eavesthroughs.
