Grace the sale manager is so adorable, nice and friendly. The boss is very hard working, and he tried all his ways to help me find the stone.

We had quartz counter tops installed and they are gorgeous. The installers Joe and Lan were amazing, quick and on time. Minor issue with a utility drawer opening but Joe came back the following week and corrected the issue. Grace was lovely to deal with and extremely helpful. Her recommendations for quartz patterns were correct. They also refaced the bottom portion of our brick fireplace. 1 pc.of porcelain cut for the face of the fireplace - no seams and they matched the pattern on the 2 returning sides. It is stunning.
We are extremely happy with the service and the cost.

I have used Stone Depot 3 times and now that Jordan Sun is gone, never again. When my quartz came the measurements for my Island were less then what was quoted. I spent all this money on a jumbo slab from Cesar Stone and it was a complete waste. The mitered edge was not filled properly and when noted, they said it was just dirt. Yeah of course it is.there shouldn't be a spot for dirt to enter. Also see the photo of a joint. Terrible.

We had our new kitchen done last month. The new counter top looks absolutly stunning and its extremely easy to maintain.the stuff was friendly and professional, she has provided valuable suggestions on type and color of stone for our kitchen.we highly recommend this place!

They can’t rely what they saying. They change our agreement an hour before they install. For me I’m not recommend. I just only shared our experience.

Jordan came to my home with samples, I went into their store to see the stones in person. I was there an hour before closing, and Helen rushed me, clicked her pen in annoyance, sighed when I was looking at options.

While standing infront of me, proceeds to talk in chinese to her coworker and both laugh. This occured a few times. I dislike how she treated me. Her approach was aggressive, when it didnt need to be. I only proceeded b/c my contractor used them as a supplier and felt stuck.

Installation and price were average.

Not worth the hassel and the poor experience.
