Stone Maiden Inn

Really enjoyed my stay in Annabelle Suite at Stone Maiden Inn. It had everything we needed! Thank you!

Stayed at the Stone Maiden Inn the past three nights and it made me feel comfortable and cozy the whole time! There’s such a charm to the place! It was super accommodating to the bridal party and beautiful spot to take photos! Also so close to the main strip of Stratford, which made it ideal spot for visiting.

The rooms are dated which can be seen as a negative in a few reviews I have seen but I believe it adds to the charm of the stone maiden. My partner and I stayed in the Romeo and Juliet suit it was beautiful in the room the tub was a big highlight (being bubble bath or buy some in town it is worth it) Tim was very nice and accommodating and leaves his number to reach him if you have any problems at all. If you do a quick look online it says that breakfast is not being served right now (sept 28 2023) so i don’t know why there are bad reviews of people saying they were taken by surprise by that. The location to downtown is amazing I didn’t more my car all week I was in Stratford. Overall my experience at the stone maiden inn was lovely and enjoyable and I will be back again next year.

Just returned from a 3 day get-together with friends at the Stone Maiden Inn. What a beautiful place to relax and unwind. With only a short walk to coffee shops, restaurants and diners, it was no big drama that breakfast wasn't available at the inn. We were aware of that on booking so its a mystery why previous reviews complained about it so much. Our rooms were clean. The lounge and gardens lovely. Thank you Tim, for a most enjoyable stay. We look forward to seeing you and staying again.

Absolutely not worth the price. No mention of the breakfast shutting down. Nothing was very clean. Owner seems nice enough however has no clue what he is doing. Very small fridge, no microwave. The only plus is the location. You are very close to the Avon Theater, Festival Theater, and Tom Patterson Theater. Never coming back.

They no longer offer breakfast and we weren't made aware of this when we booked, but a few days before arrival. The inn is beautiful but it's clear the attention to detail, upkeep, and general care has been neglected over the past few months.

What an incredible place! This is the perfect spot for a weekend away in Stratford. The owner Tim is welcoming and takes the time to get to know his guest, making you to feel welcomed and at home. Also his recommendations for restaurants are superb! The rooms are uniquely designed making you feel like you’re living in your very own Shakespearean story. The Stone Maiden Inn will for sure be my go to spot in Stratford!

Such a perfect place for a large group! Will definitely be coming back for our next weekend away.

Rooms were cute and cozy, with plenty of room and storage for our clothes. Breakfast room was bright and the food was delicious! Host and Staff were courteous, friendly and attentive to any of our needs. Site was convenient (5 minutes to downtown shops and theaters) and very quiet. Accordion window curtains blocked out any outside night lighting and the mattress was just right. All in all a very lovely stay.
