I had a fantastic experience at Stonebrook Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I didn't have to wait long before being seen. The hygienist was gentle yet thorough during the cleaning, and the dentist took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I appreciated their attention to detail and the way they made me feel at ease throughout the appointment.

They also speak Tagalog, Spanish, Portuguese and Farsi!

I highly recommend this office!

Everyone is so kind and caring. They take care of your teeth but also listen to you and your fears. I’ve never been a fan of the dentist but I know I’m in the best hands here and am so thankful for their time, compassion, and of course fantastic work.

Figured this review deserves an update 2 years later. It's still 5 stars, and that's because the quality of care and professionalism Dr. Diaz and her staff have shown has been just as high as my first visit throughout all the visits I've had since. And I've gone a lot, for regular hygiene, a bunch of cavities filled, and now regular appointments for Invisalign treatment.

Another thing worth mentioning is her willingness to explain dental concepts so that it's not just that I'm getting stuff taken care of, it's that I'm understanding my dental issues. Things like how to avoid cracks in teeth getting worse and how to brush so that you're not just wasting your time because you're not getting at the plaque that's a problem for you based on your tooth layout (crowding, etc). I can honestly say that this is the first dentist where I feel like I actually have control over my teeth and gums.

My experience at Stonebrook Dentist last Thursday, April 5 was amazing!
Dr. Diaz and her team Elana and Kaur are, not only friendly and professional but they made me feel safe. One week ago, I felt pain and even brushing was difficult. My neighbour Denise recommended me Stonebrook Dentist and I thank God she did!
Kaur was very welcoming and made me feel a sense of relief that, Yes I am going to the dentist! She immediately booked me an appointment for the next day. She was very helpful and dealt with the insurance company which is always an A+ in my book!
Dr. Diaz was very patient and understanding of my prior terrible experience at the dentist. She spoke to me from her heart and informed me of the best next step for taking care of my teeth.
Elena was also a delight, speaking to her made me forget what I was doing there lol.she even held my hand which I found very comforting because I was honestly terrified even arriving at the building lol. Dr. Diaz and Elana worked very well together, they were pretty much in sync:)

Nubia Diaz is the most unprofessional, unpleasant and pretentious person that I have ever dealt with. She believes that because she is a dentist she is better than everyone else. I feel bad for her anyone that she employees because I question her ability to respect others. I'm actually shocked that she even has decent reviews. She treats people like they are below her and talks to them however she wants. I did not had a good experience with her and despite being extremely pleasant towards her she continued to be condescending all because I don't have Dr.in front of my name. As a business owner myself I can never understand her logic or demeaner. She cares more about the money and her title than she does her clients.

Dr. Nubia and her incredible staff are doing a great job following COVID-19 safety guidelines.
I felt completely safe going to Stonebrook dental despite the lockdown.

I haven’t been to the dentist for a couple years.
It was refreshing to see that Dr. Nubia and her staff haven’t changed. Kind, friendly and extremely gentle when working on my teeth.

Went there to get fillings done, Alana and Dr. Diaz are great. Very satisfied with the work done. Social Distancing is in place in the waiting area, Kaur is wonderful also.

I was there yesterday, Karen is a very knowledgeable, profession and an over all delight. She is a dental hygienist who is wonderful and able to efficiently explain, give assistance and help you to feel comfortable. If uneasy, I am confident she will make your dental experience one to keep you smiling inside and out.

Ever since I had fillings done to me as a kid without any numbing agents, I have been scared of dentists. And as a result, I left my teeth untreated for many years.

But all of that changed when I met Dr. Diaz. Her warmth and kindness made me forget all those traumatic experiences.

She did several procedures for me like fillings, a root canal, and braces. All without pain or discomfort.

If you watched her work, you would be amazed by the amount of effort she is putting into every single procedure, and could easily tell that she is a perfectionist and cares a lot about her job and your well being.

My dental health has greatly improved as a result of her diligent care. And I am greatly thankful to her and her team for it.

Dr. Nubia Diaz is our family dentist since 2018. I highly recommend her for kids and adults. She is very professional and takes time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice. The staff is helpful, kind, and always available to help. We started to have appointments again last week, when they were allowed to reopen the office after the Ministry of Health lifted the restrictions placed back in March, due to Covid-19. I have to say that she and her staff are following strict protocols for keeping all of us protected during the pandemic. We felt safe and in good hands all the time. Great welcome to the clinic by the front line team and great service by assistant helping with the x-rays. It was my first time at the clinic. Dr Nubia was thorough and highlighted what she saw from the tests and next steps. Very accommodating and respectful of my time as we synchronized schedules. Very happy with my first visit.

Dr Diaz is an outstanding dentist. I was recommended by a friend and I am so happy to have found such a compassionate and ethical dentist. When I am in her dental chair, I feel taken care of with patience and respect. The front staff team is very helpful and courteous and tries to accommodate around the schedule. Dr Diaz is a very professional dentist, when planning how to do my filling, her concerns were not about billing and how to maximize profits but instead she prioritized working on the more damage teeth and postponing the rest to avoid paying out of pocket. I worked for Dr. Diaz de Cornejo as temping she hired me for a weekend and she tricked me! She didn’t pay me right! I work a day from 8-2pm. She wrote me a pay check of 2 hours and a half and she even wrote that I work from 9am to 11: 20 am. She is a Liar! Whoever does that has no heart, no ethics, not professional! If they don’t pay good to the people that work for her. I’m pretty sure patients should make sure what is she billing for!

Amazing facility, very professional, very family-oriented environment, our kids love to go to the dentist now thanks to the amazing staff, very understanding people

I was there on Saturday Aug 10th at 2pm and my hygienist did s phrnominal job of cleaning my teeth and removing the stains. She is truly the best because no other hygienist has been able to get my teeth looking this clean. I also had some good advice on teeth management. I have full trust in Stone brook Dental and I really like Dr. Nubiaz!

Dr. Nubia Diaz and her staff are amazing people! I can't express properly in words how grateful I am for their help. If you want to waste ur money, go to this clinic, a lot of talk, no action. The girl did partial cleaning, unprofessional way & charge me over $300. I regret to be there. Doctor won’t come until 10: 30. I won’t recommend this dentist clinic.

From the minute I walked in Vicky made me feel at home it's a beautiful thing to see someone smile and treat you like family.
Then it was my turn to go in the back and the hygienist Hannah took me in the back. She is the most amazing loving kind person I have ever met. She did not judge me but made me feel right at home and treated me like family there are very few people in the world that can make someone feel this way and amazing people at Stonebrook Dental are truly amazing people they not only care about your well-being but they consider your feelings and walk you through any situation.to Hannah and Vicky I am so glad that both of you work there you truly make a dentist visit a happy place to come two.thank you for treating me with respect and not being judgmental in anyway this truly was an amazing experience thank you for being the kind and gentle people that you are see you guys soon.

I have been here a few times now and I am never disappointed. I can tell that Dr. Diaz really cares about the health of my teeth and is honest with me about them.
The entire team feels like a family and it's really lovely to be so welcomed. I really appreciate them and strongly recommend! They're all supers people!

Experiences are always pleasant. Office is welcoming and clean. Receptionist is friendly and energetic
Suggestion: entrance door - ‘Push’ sign on the outside and if possible some hooks for coats. Not a huge negative. I mean, the complimentary coffee is a great touch!
