The process of signing with a new lender was very slow. I had and shared concerns on meeting deadlines to ensure a smooth transition and no additional fees. The payout amount from previous lender to new lender increased and was not correct. At this point, I have been rolled into a renewal at a higher rate, fees for NOT paying out lender, discharge fees from previous and lenders fees. I am assured and hopeful David and his team are looking into it and will re-imburse additional costs. My wife and I are very disappointed. It doesn't seem that anyone can identify what went wrong and who is accountable.
