Great place to pick up the supplies you need to complete your outdoor home projects. They have a beautiful selection of papers etc. Everyone who works there that we met was beyond helpful. Highly recommend

Expect poor customer relations.

As a contractor, I came across these guys searching for a specific stone needed to match up a client's existing stone to wrap up a project. Call made on Thursday, promised the stone would be available for Saturday. Drive the majoritiy of the way there before calling to make sure it's there (silly me), for the rude weekend representative to say they don't have it but if I pay for it now it COULD be ready sometime next week, maybe two weeks, maybe longer, despite having confirmation n the Thursday they have it available in another yard and us offering to pick it up.

Stick to other providers around that actually want your money and respect new clients.

A very positive experience. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Ginette was especially patient with us and gave us good advice. Pavers were delivered on time with no mistakes on the order. I would recommend them highly.

Josh from Viking Restoration and Waterproofing redid our dull uneven patio in front of our house. He transformed it into something exciting and eye catching! He used natural stone and aggregate from the Stone Place and we couldn't be happier with the end result! We did need a bit extra aggregate to finish the product so I went to talk to someone at the Stone Place. What tremendous customer service! I highly recommend the Stone Place for anyone looking for a project similar to what we had done!

Yesterday, I took delivery of 1 yard of High Performance Bedding (HPB) from the Stone Place. When the product was delivered, I notced that it was half covered in freshly fallen maple leaves while in the dump truck. I hoped that, when dumped, the leaves would blow away, allowing the much denser HPB to drop to my driveway in the clean condition I was expecting. However, the leaves fell with the HPB, and left the product again partly covered with quite a collection of fresh maple leaves. (See the picture) I did not realize until later in the day, when I tried to remove the leaves that many were embedded in the HPB, and that it was quite difficult to remove them without them breaking and remaining in the product, causing it to be less than "High Performance" as a debris-free bedding, drainage, and leveling agent for the patio stones I will be positioning on it. Obviously, I am not happy with this situation, and all the extra time and effort it is taking to remove all the leaves.i wish that The Stone Place had made sure that no debris had been allowed to contaminate a product that is meant to be used in pristine condition in order to be effective.
