As a staircase finisher, the match to some of the newer floor finishes, colours and patterns have required a different process, known as two stage, or two step, where the underlying colour of the unfinished wood, or a remaing tone of a stripped staircase has to be neutralized.the colour technician at this centre has the knowledge and experience to get near perfect matches.highly recommended

Terrible Customer Service

Went in today to get 4 cans of paint for a large reno and probably need another 8-10 cans in a few weeks
I was told by the man that they would not honour my Contractor’s discount because their systems don’t sync with the Burlington Plains Road store where I have already purchased a number of cans and had amazing service
I was told I needed my contractor’s business card in order to set him up on their store’s system - no other suggestion was offered
Needless to say it was worth it to drive to Plains Road for a discount of 23% and will go their first the next 8-10 cans
Shame on you Benjamin Moore on Barton St

Terrible customer service and upselling for no reason, they recommended more than half i needed. I thought initially they do this every day they might be right but no. And 0 customer service staff is no welcoming.

Extremely helpful young man works there, will definitely will go back to this lication.

I highly recommend this location if you are in the process of a decorating project. You will not be disappointed. They have a great selection of paints and other great quality items. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nigel, was very knowledgeable and patient with us which made us feel at ease. He answered all our questions and helped us with selecting the right products for our needs. We will definitely come back here for our next project.

Purchased a pail of paint and the colour was way off and they refused to straight give my money back. $100 wasted

They have a huge selection of supplies and colours for painting and decorating. The service is always friendly and fast.

Awesome selection of beautiful colours of paint there. Nice staff. They go out of their way to get what you need to complete your paint project. Like if they don't have stock, they order and bring in paint from other locations. I do wish they had more special pricing discounts on paint because their paint can be more expensive than other brands like Sherwin Williams. But Benjamin Moore paint is the best l have ever used. I recommend this location and their paint.
