2 Years ago I wad struggling greatly with the condition of my teeth and overall oral health. I had annoying pain on and off, hated going in for regular cleanings as they would cause some anxiety and pain. I lived with these feelings for many years and started to believe that this would just be something I would have to struggle with the rest of my life. I felt this pain was "normal" with my age. I was greatly concerned that I would never be pain free, well at least in my mouth. I was brushing regularly and flossing sporadically, and that was really all I needed to do to maintain my oral health care. Like I said, in my mind it wasn't getting any better. I started going to the Stoney Creek Dental and they assessed my oral needs and established a very simple plan. It was scheduled and completed over a very manageable period of time and would improve my oral situation in ways that were, in my opinion, unachievable. At my last hygiene appointment with Bonnie and Dr. Jay it came very apparent that all the work that the Stoney Creek Dental has performed on me has left my mouth pain free and easy to maintain. It changed my entire outlook on my daily routine, and has improved the at-home maintenance, brushing and flossing. I am very regimented with brushing and flossing. The hygiene appointments are no longer stressful, and seeing the Dr.for only a few minutes, giving me a clean bill of oral health was such a positive delightful experience (It's easy now). What I can say is, thank-you Stoney Creek Dental, you improved my life in ways that you cannot imagine. I never have the thoughts in the back of my mind about the annoying, frustrating pain in my mouth again.

I have visited many different Dentists and had numerous procedures done over the past 60 years. Dr. Allen Park is by far the best dentist I have had appointments with. Dr. Allen Park is very kind, gentle and always has time to answer all of my questions. The rest of his staff are also wonderful, and so personable. I've heard nothing but great things about this dental office from my husband so I thought I'd jump on here and leave a review. My husband has severe anxiety when it comes to anything dental where hes either throwing up or passing out. Can't even get a simple cleaning. But today they were able to successfully get xrays and my husband is now on track to get much needed dental work done. Everyone in this office was so welcoming and so patient with him. Dr. Allen Park and Sesile are the two names that have to include in here for anyone that may use this review to seek out dental care if you may experience severe dental anxiety.

They take the time to make you feel comfortable and explain everything. Always a pleasant experience.

Due to past experiences I stopped visiting dentist all together. It wasn’t smart of my part but that was the reason why I stopped. One day while speaking about bad experiences i had with dentist in general someone recommended this specific dental office. I’m glad I visited since I was completely wrong of my way of thinking in the past. We just have to find the correct place with the right people.

I have had several bad experiences with dentists all my life. However after finding Dr. Park I no longer have the anxiety and fear I suffered for years. He is so gentle and kind recognizes anxiety and takes his time with great patience. The entire staff are excellent.

Ridiculously accommodating. Great place if you have sensory issues and/or fear of dentists. They stopped when I asked, let me use noise canceling headphones, and helped come up with signals so I wasn’t startled.

I had terrible experience I went for teeth cleaning came out with my mouth bruised didn’t receive cleaning receptionist was rude she was supposed to be professional and not rude when she was supposed to do her job and check my benefits she said that was my job to to will not be returning and not recommend anyone

The most clinic and staff that I feel comfortable with? Drs are amazing, and make me feel calm even though I used to be nerves and extremely scared going to dental clinic.

Amazingly helpful staff support incredible dentists here at the best dental clinic I have ever been to. I am very grateful they went above and beyond to help my mother in law when she visited from Germany and needed help with an unfinished root canal.

Visited Stoney Creek Dental yesterday, rather hesitantly for a root canal. Couldn’t believe how absolutely painless the procedure was. Kudos to Dentist, Dr. Park and Dental Assistant Rosie as well as Dental Assistant Cecile who reminded me for many months that the root canal was necessary to avoid greater complications. Glad I finally gave in and got it done. I would highly recommend Stoney Creek Dental to anyone looking for a new Dentist.

Every visit has been great - how many people can say that about going to the dentist?

I was taken in for an emergency root canal a few years ago when their schedule was jam packed and they’ve been quite accommodating for all appointments by keeping me posted ASAP about cancellations. It’s just a great team and the best dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to. Highly recommend!

I have a toothache pain when brushing recently. After research many dental clinics online, decided to give
a try for this dental care because of good reviews. Booked appointment one week later at beginning, but got a call back half an hour later to secure a spot the next day from a cancelled appointment.

When I went to the clinic, it is very clean and have safe procedures. The staffs are friendly. Dr. Park is very nice and professional. Very patient of listening my problems, and be able to quickly and accurately identify the problem area and give the solution. Great experience with Dr. Park and his associates. Highly recommend for anyone who may need dental care. By the way, the toothache pain is gone the next morning just like Dr. Park told me. Thanks a lot!

I have always received great dental help and advice from this dental group. I’ve been with them for 25 years and have no intention in leaving. I trust them, and my Hygienist Janice. She is a great hygienist and just a really nice person, doesn’t get better than that:)

Finally enjoy going to dentist. My hygenist is great and my dentist is amazing. Have had 4 filling this year and everytime my dentist has froze my mouth ive had to ask if he was done. Never felt the needle once. Have told friends and family how great they are.

We are fortunate to have Dr Park as our family dentist, he is very humble and experienced dentist. He listens politely to problems and takes his time to address them with lot of patience. I have had no issues after treatments and its perfect visit everytime. All the hygienists are very knowledgeable and experienced too. Always friendly, very nice environment. From the amazing staff when you come in to cleaning to fillings I fully recommend Stoney Creek Dental.

Not happy at all. Almost 2 hours in the office for cleaning and they clean one side only (but charge both). They also force you to have anaesthetic for the cleaning procedure. While the staff is very polite and helpful, quality of work is below satisfying. Seriously looking into finding some other dentist. My wife and kids are also not happy with their service.

My wife and I had to find a new Dentist as we were unhappy with our previous one. We always wanted to bring our kids in at young age. My daughter had the please of dealing with Dr. Ashkan Javid. I truly thankful for him explaining of everything he was doing to her and made her feel comfortable the whole time.

Dr Park and his staff have went above and beyond to help myself and my son obtain dental health. I am thankful for the non judgemental service and the willingness to assist in my position. I have never felt less then human and I take the overwhelming compassion to heart.

I had my son here for about 5 visits in one year. They did excess work on baby teeth that did not need to be done, the pricing was absolutely obsurd charging far more than other places with rediculous added fees and two of my sons fillings had fallen out very shortly after they did them. The last visit I took him there he was worked on by one of the hygienists instead of the dentists, she was rude and rough with my son I will be sure to never go here again and as we have found a dentist who is honest and does not let untrained hygienists to do the dentists work. Watch your wallet because this place will do unnecessary work just to rack up the bill.terrible experience here.

I previously had a very traumatic experience with a different local dental office and was recommended to Stoney Creek Dental by a colleague. I had a broken tooth and was booked an appointment same day with Dr. Park, he was very warm and kind - excellent "bedside manner" so to speak. He explained what he was doing, checked on my during the procedure and did amazing work. The staff at the front desk always greet me with a smile and are very pleasant to deal with. I am no longer fearful of the dentist and am very thankful that I am a patient of Stoney Creek dental - as are my children and I recommend the office to anyone that will listen.
