The service received from everyone at this clinic has been the best dental experience I have received in a long time. I called as an emergency patient on Christmas Eve and not only did they squeeze me in they were wonderful the entire visit and were able to complete everything promptly between the 24th and the 28th of December. I can’t say enough good things about this clinic and is why I have chosen them as my new dental team in London. Highly recommend this clinic.

I had a wonderful overall experience with this clinic. First, booking an appointment with Deborah was very seamless. She was very nice and accommodating. Second, I was attended to immediately when I arrived for my appointment. The entire check-up was easy and I felt comfortable. Third, the cleaning was very gentle and almost pain free, she was very nice the entire time and always made sure I was okay. They were very thorough and empathetic with the check-up and evaluating my treatment plan. Finally, they discussed the treatment plan, cost with insurance and what was covered and not covered with me thoroughly. They made sure I had options that I was comfortable with. Overall a great dental experience. I'm happy to choose them for my dental care.

Absolutely amazing dental services in all aspects. Dr. Serhan is the best dentist I have ever had. The dental assistants are great as well - professional, skilled and very friendly. The addition of the treatment plan coordinator is extremely helpful - Dawn is excellent in navigating through the complexities of dental insurance coverage!

They book you in and then on the day of your appointment they call to reschedule because they don't have staff scheduled for it. That's happened a few times so I switched dentists, and my new dentist showed me all the areas they missed when they did do the cleaning.

Amazing service today by Hiba and Dr. Chopra for an emergency dental repair, both were so kind and professional and put me at complete ease, they're communication was excellent!

Monique and Dr. Serhan made for a great team doing a root canal for me. The procedure went perfectly and it wasn’t uncomfortable at all. They both made the experience a whole lot better than what you’d expect from a root canal! No pain or discomfort at all. Dr. Serhan also did a great job repairing a broken tooth for me before. I would highly recommend going here. Thank you guys for the great work!
