My family and I have used this Clinic since we moved to Stoney Creek 3 years ago and never regretted. Talk of Doctors who are highly experienced, you’ll get QUALITY Service.

Sometimes, it can be busy but you’ll need to be patient as the “people working here’’ are also human and we as Patients must give respect to them as they attend to us.

I’ll recommend their Services over and over again based on my experience with them.

Anytime I’ve gone here I’ve never had to wait long, receptionist is very kind and all doctors are professional and trustworthy. The pharmacy attached is a bonus, VERY quick

Went in for the first time today and I will be adding to the other 1 star reviews for this place. Receptionist told me it would be $20 to have a form filled out and I said ok and waited an hour and a half. Then the doctor wouldn’t fill it out. Do not visit. Waste of time. Go somewhere else that’s reputable.

On Tuesday September 26th I visited the clinic with an infection in my groin. It was very embarrassing for me to try & get help, due to sensitive area. Dr Elena Ostapenko saw me. I pulled my pants down & she glanced at groin& took a swab. She prescribed 2 antibiotic creams & said these will clear it up. Unfortunately my symptoms got much worse rapidly. I decided on Friday September 29th to go to urgent care. Long story short, after 15 hours in emergency & a cat scan & many doctors I was diagnosed with flesh eating disease! I had emergency surgery to cut out dead tissue! Your receptionist called me Monday Oct 1st while I was in hospital recovering to inform me that swab indicated I needed antibiotics immediately! I feel strongly that if the doctor had thoroughly examined my infected groin she should have prescribed antibiotics! I hope no one ever has to experience the terrifying nightmare that I endured. I have a long road to recovery with daily wound care in my home. All doctors should follow a clear procedure when examining an infection & not wait a week to call me to start antibiotics.

Dr. Ostapenko is wonderful, and the staff here have always been kind to me. It is a very busy clinic.

Worst walk in clinic to ever goto, front reception does not have any respect and should learn how to speak to people. Never will be going there again!

Waited over an hour for a simple ear blockage. Doctor saw anyone and everyone that walked in after I did. Would never recommend coming here. People that walked in half an hour before me are being seen.

I visited them today reciptionist was friendly. The doctor i got was quick, knowledgable and friendly. I waited only 3min to get into see to the doctor.i highly recommended this place if your on the mountain or stoney creek.

My personal family doc takes 3 weeks to see me and often doesnt help.the doctors at this walk in have me fixed up and back on my feet quickly in clinic and healthy again in a day or 2.great place

I usually don't give bad reviews but for this time I wish I could give zero star.
Receptionist was so rude to Senior patient who was around 70 years old and doesn't speak English well. In clinic there was another lady patient who was translating for him to Receptionist. Senior patient was having pain in heart from 2 days and difficulty in breathing and he said, he can get his son on the call and son can translate/ communicate to doctor. He was second patient in the list to be called for check up after doctor's break, however, Receptionist put him on last.
Apparently Receptionist is working in this clinic from 2006 and doesn't know how to take care of Senior patient. When she came to know, Senior patient doesn't understand English well, she rolled her eyes and receptionist said bad things about senior patient with knocking her desk hardly. There were 9 patients sitting and she was disrespecting and humiliating senior patient.
English is just a language. If you don't like this job please find something you like. Please do not discriminate ppl.

Over all my experience with doctor was great and I did mention this incident to doctor, so he can educate this Receptionist on service skills.

Great place. Very knowledgeable doctor Ostapenko and other stuff.
Very busy clinic. Sometimes need to wait longer. However, outstanding result.

If I could give this place zero stars I would.

I went in beginning of this week with concerns of strep throat. I’ve had strep before so I know the signs and symptoms and all I needed was antibiotics. Nope. They did some swab test and didn’t give me any antibiotics. I was given a gargle and the pharmacy had closed by that time. I was then told that they would call me the following day with test results. The following day comes and there’s no call. So when I manage to get in touch, with my throat on fire and swollen and unable to swallow, I’m told again that the test takes a while and that I need to wait…. As my strep throat gets worse. I was told that if I don’t get a call it’s apparently not strep, despite all my symptoms and history with strep.

I didn’t have a fever walking in, I had one walking out. Nothing they have done was been helpful or kind. I would NOT recommend this place.

I go to this location and was turned away - why? Because I was sick - apathetic don’t treat sick people

I arrived at the clinic, waited 45 mins for the doctor to not properly examine me.she didn’t check my ears, didn’t swab my throat.i told the doctor i have asthma (i have a lung infection of some sort) and she did not prescribe me with stronger inhalers. She just prescribed me some penicillin and told me if i still feel ill after the 5 days of pills that i should go to emergency.

Hands down an excellent, I have been coming here for the past 14 years. Dr Ostapenko is a A - 1 Dr. Very pleasant, helpful and humorous. Lily the receptionist is absolutely great. She has the patience of a Saint with some awfully miserable patients as I am sitting waiting to see the Dr. Dr Ostapenko and Lily your both great. Keep up the great job that you do.

Each time myself and my children go there my experience has been great. Wait time wasnt long. The doctor understood what was wrong with me and made a rightful decision of the proper medication for me.

Worst receptionist I’ve ever dealt with - rude and clearly hates her job and takes it out on patients

They do not answer their phone and their mailbox is completely full so we can’t even leave a message so they can get back to us. We have been waiting for an x-ray result for almost a week and we’re calling but no one is answering. Very unprofessional.

I’ve been in this clinic since 2013. Always friendly staff at the reception. And dr. Ostapenko is very professional and wonderful person. Thank you all for your help. Alexey F.

Has been to the clinic few times with my nephews. Very nice polite staff, great attentive doctors. I wish they would be accepting new patience though. However, it is a great walk-in!

Been an hour, and still waiting for a simple doctors note that needs about 10 words written on it. Not looking good here.

Worst experience! I had to get 1 step TB test. Was told $50 overall for it. She told me it was $20 for the injection, so I pull out $20. Go to hand the $20, she says no its $30 then proceeds to tell me its $60 overall. Anyways, I have had very bad experience with needles and TB test which i tried to explain to the doctor but she kept cutting me off to tell me about her dog! Not even listening to what I had to say. Then injects the needle in without EVEN WIPING THE AREA CLEAN! Then tells me to leave after blood was visibly coming out. Never again.

Made my mother with asthma wait outside in 30+ degree Weather for an hour to wait for an inhaler because she was not able to put a mask on due to having asthma. Absolutely mind boggling. I then was put on hold for 20 minutes.still on hold and they close in about 10m minutes so I'm not expecting a response. Just, wow! And not in a good way

Great service and great walk in clinic, your in and out very quick, rarely a huge wait and pharmacy next door is super fast with prescriptions. Doctors are very professional

I came here to get stitches removed at the beginning of the pandemic. The clinic is clean, the receptionist was friendly, and the doctor was quick and efficient. The wait time was really short for a drop in visit and I believe they now do phone ahead appointments as well.

If you've read the previous reviews, you'll by now have a taste of the prominent theme with this place: terrible customer service and reception.
The receptionist (Lily) has an unacceptable attitude and speaks to patients with complete lack of respect.
The clinic is slow and disorganized to begin with, but adding a dismissive, rude and incompetent person as the face of your organization is truly a disgrace.
We pay taxes so we can be talked to and treated with animosity.
Try any other clinic than this!

If I could give 1 star, I absolutely would!
This clinic denied my sick 6 year old daughter because of vaccination status. Even after being told they cant deny care for vaccination status according to the Ontario college of physicians & surgeons they didn't care and still sent her away. I don't understand how anyone can happily push away a child. Meanwhile they had no problem making us wait in the waiting room with their other patients before kicking us out. I'm absolutely disgusted.

It is very bad experience the doctor said I have referred to the specialist after passing 6 weeks no call from specialist then investigate they did not sent any referral and patient got in trouble so please don't trust these doctors and their staff members

Was told half an hour when registering 2 hours later still not seen! Doctor putting ppl who came after others first…. Ridiculous

I came to this walk in clinic in February after a car accident. I told the receptionist that I was here following a car crash and I had back pain and headaches. The attending Doctor entered the room and abruptly told me to stand up at which time he began knocking on my back and said I had no problem. I explained that I had been in an accident the previous day and I was there to receive medical attention as I was experiencing pain. He acknowledged that he had not asked me for any background and said I probably had whiplash and prescribed me anti-inflammatory medication.

I truly believe the doctor prejudged me as someone that simply wanted drugs prescribed and as a result did not even attempt to provide me with adequate care or take my medical background. Poor bedside manners. Do not come here if you are young or minority.

The doctor recommended me having a very high fiber diet after knowing that im deficient on the healthy bacteria after repeated colon hydrotherapy. I found out that its the exact opposite. Fiber requires the healthy bacteria and if I don’t have it, I will continually be constipated. She didn’t recommend replenishing my electrolytes as hydrotherapy also flushes them out. Second star is for the very nice receptionist.

Cant give it a zero, went in for an issue with my foot, the doctor barely spent any time with me. Referred me to a specialist for a test, but then loaded me up with unnecessary blood work (which I ignored). The specialist did the test and would sent the results to them within a week, two weeks pass and nothing. I call and their response was, yes we got it, but it was normal. I asked why I wasn't informed of the results as I was waiting to see if further medical treatment might be needed, and their lame excuse was that there was only one person working in the office and they didn't have time to call people to give them results. I'm like what? I'm waiting for either good or bad news and you were just going to leave me hanging? They replied that wouldn't get any work done if they had to call people to let them know that the results were ok. What a joke. Stay away from these clowns

Took my mother here this morning. We were in, seen, diagnosed, and on our way, with a prescription for pneumonia in hand, within a half hour! The staff were polite, the doctor was caring, and the pharmacist was efficient. Great experience altogether. Thank you.

Good quality service and fast! I recommend everyone to come here because it’s hardly full and they’re quick! Best clinic in Hamilton.

This clinic was easy to make an appointment and they have online access for booking as well. I met Dr. Ostapenko and like her very much. She listened to my issue and was able to prescribe what I needed and with the Covid restrictions it was great to connect with a clinic with flexibility. Receptionist efficient and friendly as well. I would recommend this location.

Turned me away beacause I had a cough. I did a rapid test the night before was negative Covid - but didn’t keep the test unfortunately and they still denied me- disgusting pathetic walk in clinic refusing to help sick people shame on you - it’s no wonder your Never busy! Majority of the ratings show why.

Timing is everything. I seen their hours on- line and walked in shortly after they opened. The staff took my info and asked the reason for my visit, I was seen by the doctor within 5 minutes and got a prescription.

Got an iud removed and after the doc told me she will leave, for me to dress myself. She closed the door. I ended up fainting and was laying on the floor for I don’t know how long maybe 5-10mins passed out asleep? Happy I didn’t knock my teeth out. I picked myself back up and noticed the door was open, so I assume they seen me laying there. I gathered my things and stumbled out with a red face. I guess it’s my own fault for going to a walk in for this procedure… Be careful and maybe go elsewhere that cares, and that isn’t just trying to get people in & out… No one came to check on me afterwards. Also fainting is a common side effect of iud placement or removal - but no one cared to stay or make sure I was ok afterwards. Thanks for the “help”

Visited this location on Sunday of the labour day weekend and the doctor on call was not helpful, in fact, she wrote me a script with my diagnosis rather than a prescription for my pain. The following day the pain was so bad I went to a pharmacy thinking I had a prescription only to be told it was a diagnosis. I wanted to cry from the pain. I returned to the clinic on the Tuesday since it was closed Monday to get a prescription which I did and later that day I broke out into a rash, which turns out was shingles. I returned back to the same clinic and was told by the receptionist that since I was there earlier the doctor won't get paid for a 2nd visit. Between the pain and the rash, I was so upset, she didn't even try to ask the doctor if she could help me. I left and went to the hospital where I waited for hours to see a doctor and cannot believe this clinic wasn't able to assist me. Shingles is very painful and if left untreated, can be very serious.
Won't ever return to this clinic and I don't recommend it.

Very quick with their virtual visits and friendly. Only thing is that when they faxed my prescription to my pharmacy, they delayed it by 2 hours since they did not check the correct fax number and I had to make multiple visits to my pharmacy.along with calling and providing the correct fax number off the pharmacy's website. Would be nice to have it emailed to print off myself instead to save time.

Turned my son away because of a cough which was the reason of him being there. He has no fever no body aches his taste is fine he smells fine All he has is sinuses and a cough. Supposedly colds and flus have been cured and eradicated from Human Society and the only thing that exists now is covid-19.
A doctor who turns children away should have his/her licence removed.

Registered online to book a phone visit and was called by their staff in less than 5 minutes. Pleasantly surprised by how quickly the clinic got back to me!

Doctor Ostapenko is the best. Very knowledgeable, always spend as long time as you need, very friendly. For prescription medications and referred out for specialists response very fast. Everything excellent

Very shady operation. Located in a strip mall. Dark smelly. Receptionist could hardly speak English. They demanded cash up front $60.00 to write a prescription for heart medication as prescribed on a UK prescription issued by Oxford University Hospital in England. Could not give give receipt.
This place reminded my of Somalia, Uganda or Nigeria.
DO NOT SET YOUR FOOT IN THIS PLACE.

Overheard nurse spoke on the phone "yeah just treating another person who has a fake illness". Been here a couple of times and the docs were good but some nurses and/or receptionist are really what makes all the negative reviews it seems (and I agree)

Everyone seems to have a BAD experience at this clinic. The only good reviews are written by the staff themselves. They made a patient go deaf here. I feel so bad for her. Avoid these horrible people as they're greed for money matters more than your health

Absolutely the best walk in clinic I’ve ever been to hands down. All the doctors here care 100% and follow up after every referral or bloodwork ordered. They return calls very fast and are very thorough with attempting to diagnose all patients irregardless of where you’re from or what you look like. They treat everyone with upmost respect and I can’t overstate how important that is in these days that we are living.
Don’t even bother reading the one star reviews, especially the ones that have only had done a single review. So they’ve created an account for the sole purpose of giving a one star to someone? It’s not the doctors fault that they’re not allowed to prescribe narcotics anymore. It’s our government that’s responsible for those rules. The government needs to change their policies.

I have used this clinic many many times.i have always been treated with curtsey and respect. The clinic staff have notified me promptly with abnormal results as well as arranged for appropriate referrals to specialists who saw me quickly.

I really liked the physician. The facility isn't fancy but it get's the job done and the female doctor was fantastic.

Went here yesterday as my bf needed a sick note, I asked to use the bathroom.let me tell you it was the most disgusting bathroom ever. 1.there was no toilet paper 2.there was pee all over the seat and lastly there was blood going down the outside of the toilet bowl. I have now woken up today sick as hell and I was totally fine till I came to this place

I go here from time to time when i need to see a doctor quickly. You'll spend approx 30min-1hr depends on what time of the day you go.

Receptionist are pretty good never had a bad experience with them.

Doctors are also pretty good, they do seem in a hurry which probably has to due with how busy this place is. They've never miss diagnosed me yet.so clearly they're doing something right,

Worst doctor ever, must be asking someone what to do cause she’s CLUELESS. I went here with an “ear infection” and was told there was a piece of qtip in my ear. So instead of telling me go to a professional she attempted to PUSH something in my ear. Now 6 hours later I’m in the hospital. Not able to hear out of my left ear AT ALL. With the qtip almost at my ear drum so thanks to the worst doctor I’ve seen ️️️

Closing hours not respected. Ive arrived at 1: 44 PM and I was told they take patients just up to 1: 30. So why do they post on line and in the door a sign with open houur os Sunay until 2PM?

Symptoms: Cough, sore throat, fever for 2 weeks. Female Doctor on Sunday checks my chest and says no infection present. Consider Advil cold + flu, which is absolutely fine. However, she didn't even look at my throat. Is the Doctor not supposed to check throat?

Receptionist was very nice! Doctor was a little detached but very knowledgeable and was dealing with a room full of patients largely on her own, so I don't blame her. Pharmacist (male, older) was very rude and condescending, and wouldn't process my coverage for some reason. I'll have to do his job for him and submit my own claim for reimbursement, hence the missing two stars.

If you want your patients to fast before a blood test, you should probably let them know. It’s only the considerate thing to do. Just because you check mark it on the paper, doesn’t mean the patient will see it, or know how long to fast for.

I currently don’t have a job and just had to scrap my car. Finding my way to a LifeLab close to me to get my blood taken cost me more than it should have. And I didn’t get my blood taken. I have to take another $30 trip tomorrow because your doctors fail to tell their patients things. Are you going to pay me back? Because think about it $60 to get my blood taken is a little extreme, don’t you think? It’s not fun when you’re someone struggling with money and have to pay out of your own pocket for someone else’s dumb mistakes. Terrible place. Doctor refused to look at me when speaking, was mumbling the whole time. And he took forever to write up the paper work, yet within all that time he couldn’t tell me “fast for 8-10 hours”. Bull crap if you ask me. I want my money back from the mistake you made.

Always a friendly welcome, if it just for injection or otherwise. Short wait time, and once, when I had problem with parking lot hole, they had landlord fix it pronto.

Great walk-in experience! Brought our 7 month old in with her first cold, Dr. Smith checked her nose, throat, ears, listened to and observed her breathing. Very good with infants and encouraged us to come back if anything changed in her condition. Also provided us with education on what we should look for, very caring and compassionate. The receptionist was very personable and kind as well!

Waited only 5 minutes to be seen as well (around 11 am), love that you can check ahead of time what the est.wait time is.

If it’s going to help any of you, don’t waste your time here. The doctor just reads the medical information for you,
“I don’t know the doctor name. But i was there 6: 30 pm. I guess you can find out the worst male doctor between your staff. And by the way I went to another clinic after leaving and they give my 2.5 years son antibiotics for 7 days because he was really sick and your doctor was saying he’s totally fine “he is moving, he is not dehydrated, I can’t see anything wrong with him, if I just listen to your doctor I might end up sleeping at the hospital with my kid.
I think the next time I should bring my kid with 40+ temperature and half dead so the doctor believes that the kid is sick

I'd give a zero stars if I could. Place was empty but still waited a half hour to see the doctor. While I waited. I asked to use the bathroom and was told that it wasn't working and to go to the restaurant next door. Once I see the doctor, was told that I don't have an infection.even tho two of my family members already had it and needed antibiotics and I had the same symptoms. I also told him that I don't ask for them unless I am sure I need them because I hate taking antibiotics. He responded rudely with 'are you the doctor here? " I left very angry. Will not be back and can't recommend. Horrible experience. It's doctors like this that makes people hate doctors.
