We had a lot of help in calculations etc, setting up for our pour on a commercials site. We received excellent assistance that in our view went above and beyond. Then on the day of our pour we had a disaster occur mere hours prior. We phoned in and the team at Stoney creek took care of us, rescheduled it all and we got the job done. Great team to work with.

Great service! Ordered the day before the pour and they were able to accommodate. Which I wasn't expecting. I scheduled a 1 to 3 pm pour. But we were ready by 930. Called them up and asked if they could come sooner. They were there 45 min later. I couldn't believe it. That doesn't happen to often with any concrete provider. But they did it. Schedules aligned and the job got finished before noon. I wouldn't use anyone else in the Hamilton area for onsite redimix. The operator was excellent. The staff at the office were excellent. Excellent, on time, planned where he will start to pour and work his way. Helped move the cement and screech. We didn't have any other help just the husband, concrete guy and I for a 17ft x 17ft pad. Didn't know his name but thank you.

I hope this TRUE review saves someone from being scammed. So, this is a big scam company. I have bought concrete from Lafarge and the money I paid was the EXACT amount I was quoted. I decided to try a smaller company because I thought it would be cheaper as they gave me a cheaper quote. I ordered concrete from this scam company, when they arrived, so much happened that was fraudulent that I don't even know where to start from.

1. I was told when I booked that the truck would be there for 1 hr. The driver said it was 45 mins, so after 45 mins they started charging more money.

2. After they arrived was when they made me aware of hidden charges of almost $300 in addition to what I was quoted.

3. The contractor made sure that we ordered extra concrete before we ordered. About 30mins into the deliver, the driver told us that the quantity we ordered was finished and that if we needed more concrete, we should pay more money on the spot.

4. I will not even begin to go into the attitude of the driver. The driver from Lafarge was so good that he even helped move concrete when he did not need to.

This is a scam company. Do not be lured by their prices that may seem cheaper than the bigger companies. I will NEVER use them again and I have informed my colleages who work in construction as well.
