Excellent care of my dog when I brought her in for an exam. It’s clear that everyone there just loves the pets.

I don't think she loves pets. I think she loves money.every time she had to see my dog was just money.she always wanted to put unnecessary and very expensive vaccines.they were so rude to me and my dog. I really had a very bad experience there!

I brought my dog here for all 12 years of his life, the staff are incredible and the vets are trustworthy and amazing.

Every time I have taken my cat to this clinic they have been so kind and caring. Always gentle and careful with him, and have always given me all the necessary info I need. Calling the clinic has always gone well - super polite friendly and helpful and if they are busy leave a message and they always call back.

The staff are always pleasant and helpful when using any of the services provided by their clinic. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new Vet service.

The entire team is amazing from reception, RVTs & vets - they are so caring, patient, and knowledgeable and I always feel like my dog is loved and cared for like their own. As a first time dog parent, a lot is new and often scary if you don’t understand what you’re observing, what to watch for, or how best to care for them based on breed, behaviours, etc. The team has always been willing to consult on questions, as well as provide supportive and preventive care promptly. Even after moving further away I continue to bring my pets there because of the quality care and exceptional team.

First time dog owner here, with a rather anxious rescue! I could not be happier with the service we got here. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating to our dog reactive pup. Our vet, Dr. Diane Jongert
was clear, friendly and explained absolutely everything to us, even following up with an email to make sure we got all the info we asked for. We were so anxious about finding a good vet for Lincoln, and these guys blew out expectations out of the park. If you are looking for a friendly, well priced, smooth going vet experience this is the place for it!

My fiancé and I are extremely pleased with the services that were provided to our cat who was quite unwell. Dr. Russell was very professional, friendly, and transparent with our cats laboratory results and examinations they performed. This animal hospital has extremely fair prices compared to other vets that we have been going to. They also follow up with you via email of how your pet is doing since their last visit, which was nice to see. Thank you to all the staff for providing wonderful care towards our cat who is now feeling so much better. We will be switching our current vet and bringing all of our pets to this location. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. My partner and I decided to take our 5 month old puppy to them one week after adoption. Staff have been nothing but patient, gentle, kind, and friendly. When they discovered our puppy needed a deworming treatment, they were prompt in informing us and making a recommendation. And when he was feeling under the weather a few weeks later, they answered my many questions and offered an appointment within less than 24 hours. Their prices are more than fair and they are very open about what services are optional. 10/10 would recommend to any new pet owners.

We've been bringing our cats here since getting them as kittens in 2021. Very happy with the care they receive. The whole operation is well run and professional, the reception staff are unbelievably friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. The veterinarian is extremely animal focused and very knowledgeable - perhaps a bit "clinical" in her approach and maybe could improve human-facing bedside manner a little, but obviously very dedicated to the wellbeing of the animals and absolutely attentive to them. I was impressed by her handling of our cats and her care has been spot on, including helping them through a urinary infection and recommending things that have improved their moods and coats. I am very happy with this animal hospital and have told many friends about it.

We always feel that all staff, especially Dr Jungert are invested in the care of our pets. Never rushed, always connecting with our dog in particular makes for a non-stressful experience every time. Everyone is friendly and professional with the best options for our pets at the forefront.

The Vets & staff are top notch at Stoneybrook Animal Clinic. They have be taking care of my cats over the years and are always kind, caring and friendly to each cat. They keep me informed as to procedures and always call back when I leave a message.

They are always approachable and knowledgeable with our questions. They research the issues with our dog and always come back with helpful advice.

I don't know who my dog loves more, me or all the great people that work here, lol. Every time we walk by he pulls for the doors. He can be hard to handle at times but his manners kick in once he's past those doors. Everyone here is friendly, kind, and compassionate. I definitely recommend this clinic to friends, family and coworkers.

Excellent care, and excellent service. You know they must be great when you can't walk by without your dog trying to drag you in to say hi.

Dr. Russell is very knowledgeable. She carefully considers any problems our dog has and we are confident that she makes excellent decisions for him. She is wonderful!

All I can say is WOW. My dog is very difficult, if he has to go to a vet, especially if they are in a rush and don’t take their time. He is from a shelter and probably had bad experience in the past. Every vet visit was stressful for my cat, my dog and myself. I had to hold them firm, they were super stressed out, no way to get the dog’s nails done (same experience with my cat).
Here, it’s completely different. They have so much passion about animals, take their time, explain everything to you and are so professional. My pets noticed it from the beginning. They go inside with them, vaccines gets done, nails perfectly trimmed like they had never done like this before and the best, when they brought them back to me, they were both not stressed out as well. Amazing. Thanks to the great team.

My previous vet left a very bitter taste for me but Stoneybrook was able to acknowledge my stresses at complete ease on day one. The ladies I’ve interacted with are all so lovely and friendly. My dog definitely loves coming here. It’s been almost a year and I’ve never felt misled or given skewed information. I highly recommend this clinic!

I took my mother’s cat, Quincy in today for his annual check up and shots. I could only wait outside the clinic for his appointment to be completed due to the covid 19 restrictions which I fully understood. However I was disappointed when he was brought outside and I had to ask the technician to take him back inside to be weighed as they had not done this. It made me doubt somewhat as to how thorough his examination was and if all my concerns had been addressed. Not a good feeling.

Very compassionate for the pet's that they see. I had to say goodbye to my baby today and I was made to feel comfortable about the decision.

I have used Stoneybrook for over 9 years and I have always recommend them to everyone I know. I honestly could not have asked for a better vet for my dog. I have an English Bull Terrier and he has had a lot of problems throughout his life, from skin issues to heart disease, they have given him the best care and refereed us to the best specialists when necessary, I can honestly say my dog is almost 11 and living his best life, healthy and happy thanks to the team at Stoneybrook Animal Hospital. Dr. Russell is the veterinarian who has over seen my dog and has always gone above and beyond for my pup. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about every one I have encounter here along the way, they are extremely kind, friendly and accommodating to all your pets needs.

I first found Dr. Kristine before she opened Stoneybrook. She was filling in for a vet on Spruce Street. I was so impressed with her, I was delighted when she open her own business. She has always been kind, caring and if you don't understand and what the exact problem is she will explain it so you can understand it. I have never been pushed in to spending extra money for anything and she usually gives me options for my dogs treatments. My daughter has now moved out of province and also brings her new puppy home for SAH to look after. The girls out front are the best, kind, caring and compassionate when need!

We have been taking our cats Stoneybrook Animal Hospital for over 27 years and have been an extremely happy with their service and compassion. Doctors Russell and Jongert are very up-to-date with their knowledge. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. We recommend them highly.

Dr Russell and Dr. Jongert are amazing vets. They care about your pet. They are balanced and prudent about diagnosis and treatments. They try to help us anxious moms and dads of furbabies in their approach. The other staff also are kind and understanding. We travel over 1/2 hour to Stoneybrook Animal hospital while we have one less than 5 minutes away. For us it is the trust that we have in the vets at Stoneybrook not the distance.

Best vet in London. I took my dogs here for years and I was sad to have to switch vets when I moved. The vets and vet techs are beyond friendly and professional. You can tell they truly care about animal welfare and well being rather then lining their own pockets. If your in London looking for a vet I highly recommend Stoneybrook!

The vets and staff are amazing, caring, knowledgeable, kind, gentle and make decisions that are in the pet's best interest.
