I used to get my Acura service from the Acura dealer and this is my first experience with Stop N Go in Burlington and I must say that I will be their permanent customer. I need to get my vehicle brakes and routers to be served and just stop by to see what is the earliest date I can get and was surprised to get next day appointment. The team, specially Tod were very helpful, professionally sound and knowledgeable. I received details about each and every service which need to be done right away and which can be deferred to next service data. Overall I am very happy and satisfied with the service and will definitely go back and recommend others too. There service is guaranteed for 2 years which give me enough satisfaction of all my money spent.

The tires are easily on at the best time for the weather and all as a result of the caring team setting up scheduling needed and soon to be required maintenance. The availability of a ride to and from is always an incentive. Next oil change in feb.so again they keep my Ford irreplaceable.

Owning a 20 year old 2003 Jeep Liberty is challenging with the bits and pieces breaking down over time. Other auto centres recommended thousands of dollars in repairs/replacement work all with OEM products (never re-builds), only to install the cheap re-builds and charging for expensive new products.

I sent out a mass quote to 10 auto centres and StopNGo were the first to respond to the long list of repairs ($5000+). I initally spoke to Todd who was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the Jeep. He set a schedule, ordered in the parts, and gave me a loner car.

Everything went perfectly. Your mechanics were honest and showed the reasons why the vehicle can't be nor shouldn't be upgraded due to the critical rusted areas that the frame was compromised. The loner car was appreciated and helped take care of essential errands. Thank you Todd and Matt and your team for your time and saving me money. Have a great day!

I am very happy with my recent service at Stop N Go and have mentioned to several others already how detailed professional and thorough you are and the excellent customer service I received. They performed a wheel bearing repair on my ~6 year old Golf R. Their quote was high after calling around, but they were able to get me in right away which is why I went forward with them.

They did ultimately replace the wheel bearing, but they also put me on the backfoot by telling me they were not confident it was a wheel bearing issue (I had assumed from the noise/feel) and essentially shaming me for not paying them to diagnose the issue.

Additionally, they told me my rotor was frozen to the hub and they had no option but to damage it while removing it. I was then charged full retail price for a new rotor.

In the end, I got the car back at the promised time (and I must say - nicely detailed and cleaned!). But I paid more than I would at competing garages, the price of a rotor was added to the repair, and the premium price didn't quite seem to line up with the service (get more creative removing the frozen rotor? Or at least split the cost of the rotor rather than charging me full repair?)

I had to take my car in on Friday as it was not safe to drive anymore. The man at reception was friendly and nice, and was able to take my car in right away. The place was very clean. They got back to me within the hour of what was wrong with my car and how to proceed forward, and even showed me physically where and what the issues were. They provided me with a loaner car as I needed a vehicle for work over the weekend. I picked my car up on Monday all fixed and ready to go, and the bonus they had fully cleaned the inside and out as well! Thank you.

Several oil leaks required significant expertise and knowledge of the car, they also managed the extended warranty provider, which can be difficult.

I was recommended to take my Mom's 2006 Kia to Stop N Go.
The engine light came on, turns out the car needed a new throttle module. Todd went through the whole process assuring the issue would be resolved, sure enough it was.
The service exceeded my expectations, Todd & his team are in a class of their own.

They were amazing! I ordered new tires and rims from them. They took the time to help me choose for my new car. When they were in, they messaged me and scheduled a quick appt. The service level at the appt was fantastic. Attentive to time, took care of me for coffee etc and washed my car before I left. Definitely would use them again!

Nov 2022 - winter tires installed and they found a broken brake brcket and repaired while I waited. Thats fast and efficient service at its best.
Nov 2021 I store my tires at stop N Go. I had snow tires installed, normal service and rear brakes replaced. My A5 has 230,000 km and Stop N Go keeps it running like a ne car. They are experts in all makes of cars and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Todd and Matt are the most knowledgeable and service oriented people you could hope for. Rated a complete 10 in all areas. I have recommended stop and go to all my friends.

I knew there was something wrong with my Escape but I didn't know the extent of it until I received a report from Stop N Go with lots of photos. I spoke with Todd and he explained everything that was wrong with my vehicle. I was on a small budget so Todd worked out for me which repairs we should do now and which could wait. Always a great experience. They give an extremely detailed review of any issues with pictures of every nook and cranny of your car. They're willing to work with you in terms of which "critical" issues you can save for a later date which is much appreciated for someone who drives fairly little. These guys saved my life.and my beautiful little 2007 MazdaSpeed3, destined to become a classic! Damage to the car was due to a wheel rim collapse so there was suspension and wheel hub destruction as well as some minor ancillary problems.
After a fraudulent, well-padded $7000 estimate from my insurance co, guaranteed to write the car off so someone could steal it out from under me, I took the car to Matt & Rob at Stop N Go Automotive.the tow truck dropped the car off at around 11: 30am, they ordered the parts they actually needed, and got to work. They dismantled the RF corner suspension and repaired it. They put the the car on the alignment pit, and took it out for test drive later that afternoon!
These guys are straight, no B. S, shooters, and as honest as the day is long. I'll never take my cars anywhere else. As for TD Insurance, they can bite me.

Super satisfied with my experience at Stop N Go Burlington. The staff were knowledgeable about the fixes my vehicle required and had quick solutions to get me back on the road safely. Todd was awesome to deal with, walking me through each step of the repairs I needed and explained them well. I was provided a courtesy car on the spot that fit my family which helped me carry out my regular day -to-day while my car was being worked on. Even when Stop N Go came across challenges with some of the repairs, they continued to keep me in the loop and got everything fixed up! I had heard their reputation was good. When I walked in I was immediately taken care of by Matt and made the process very smooth and 'relatively' painless (the Lincoln needed LOTS of work). He helped me get a rental car. He explained their process very clearly and it was clear he factored in all the inconveniences I was experiencing with a car repair customer - real empathy.
The whole Stop N Go process with the full diagnostic and emailed / texted to me once it was completed was pretty impressive. Super modern approach to repairs.
It ended well with a smooth after hours pickup.

I brought my car in for some work and ended up having to do more than I had anticipated. They went the extra mile, cleaning the interior of my car and painting my new break callipers red to match the ones that came on it. Great work and worth every penny.

First time dealing with this company and what a fantastic experience. Courteous, knowledgeable, and transparent. Being up front about everything that my car needed and what it didn’t need was a great stress reliever. Not only did I get a loaner, but I was called to come get my car within a reasonable amount of time, considering I was getting my brakes, oil change and filters replaced.
