10/10 storage facility! Staff are super friendly and kind. Bathroom for us when moving in and out and a very clean place in general

I got a unit when life threw a curve ball at me Lori was amazing and helpful and even waited for me to come by after work close to closing to show me the unit and get me set up. I have even told friends and family about them if they ever needed.

When I needed a locker and quick, Storage Guyz was able to facilitate me. They offer great rates and keep the area clean and safe. Lori was able to set me up in no time and is incredibly sweet. Thanks guys!

Great friendly service. Laurie at Storage Guyz was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I was moving and last minute I realized I needed storage. Laurie had me set up right away at the location I needed.

Facility is the cleanest I've ever seen. Staff very accommodating and understanding. Payments are easy with etransfer. Was given a tour before deciding. Rates a very decent. And they provide a proper lock which is super convenient.

Wow I really love their prices for a small unit. And Laurie is a wonderful person to deal with all your storage needs

Great climate controlled units but be aware if you are 6 days paying your monthly fee they will lock you out of your unit until it is paid and deny your gate access. The lady who works in the front also made it clear that If someone falls a couple months behind they will start auction proceedings. If you are more than two to three weeks paying your bill you will also have to pay an extra 40 dollars on top of your monthly bill for them to take the gate lock off and let you back in which I had to pay for the last 3 months. Just be aware and read the fine print.

Since the first phone call, the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and modern, and I feel safe leaving my equipment behind their gates. I have access to my property because their hours are better than most.
I've used other storage places before, but I wouldn't deviate from these Guyz. I definitely recommend using Storage Guyz.

It was a very easy and stress free procedure to sign up for the locker size we needed. The facility is clean, the dock area is very well laid out and easy to use. The available carts make moving belonging easy. The security system is also very user friendly.

My husband and I are very pleased with Storage Guyz Welland North. The unit is spacious and very clean. Laurie has been very helpful in getting us set up. We love that they provide the dollies.
