I HIGHLY recommend this Storage Mart location. They saved my butt when I was really in need of a unit. The service that Kristina and Nicole provided and continue to provide me, was and is impeccable! They are very knowledgeable of the products and services provided, and is very thorough when explaining. I like to pay in person, because I don't mind lol and it gives me a chance to check on my unit and get anything I need. However, whenever I go, no matter the time or whether it's Kristina or Nicole; when it comes to their customer service, they're always consistent. Customer Service is important and there's is a 10/10 for me.

Dealing with the Ajax location, it was quick and simple and they were very helpful. It is a more economical price that my existing storage facility and way more convenient for me now. Very impressed.

Kristina helped us a great deal with the rental process and showed us around. This location is very close to the highway, which means a lot easier to get around traffic.

Kristina & Nicole are absolute gems.

I needed to secure a unit for work and even though my company we're dragging their feet on our end with too many questions and payment, Kristina & Nicole we're there the entire time. They we're insanely patient and basically had to put me back in the system every 5 days. I finally got to put my lock on the unit after several months of back and forth and the unit and building were clean and well-lit.

I really could go on forever about how those two ladies really went above and beyond when they really did not have too. I appreciate everything that they did! They are amazing!
