Both Ash and Muskaan were nothing but helpful and professional to deal with. They know and care about their clients. The property is clean and when there were concerns about another unit storing food it was addressed and dealt with. Overall a positive experience.

Service was outstanding at the O'Connor location. Everything was made clear when I went for my first tour. Staff was very informative and not pushy at all. Really enjoyed the interaction. Thank-you.

Ash and Muskaan run one of the best facilities I have ever seen. My goodness is this place immaculate! They're very knowledgeable and do their best find you the right fit. Highly recommend you visit them if you need some extra space

Ash, the General Manager, and all the staff, helped far beyond the call of duty when my friend who was renting a large locker at StorageMart, had received a very serious medical diagnosis in 2021.
When the Toronto Public Library was first closed due to the COVID pandemic, where I was normally using the computers there to print my documents, Ash and Edward facilitated my need by doing the printing, so that I could assist my friend legally and eventually my friend's account at StorageMart was paid in full.
Meanwhile, Ash obtained permission from upper management when my friend's account went into months of arrears, to extend the time allowed to pay, when several years of a large amount of accrued money due to my friend was tied up in government red tape.
No matter how complex the situation became, Ash understood and made it possible to save my friend's life work stored there.
Recently, my friend did not manage three of his monthly payments in time, due to not having adequate comprehension of how serious it is to be late. Ash was firm and diplomatic. Ash again went to upper management and explained how my friend mismanaged his money due to medical reasons and other factors. Ash obtained more flexible terms. I had suspected a relapse because I met with my friend's Psychogeriatric Specialist and heard her opinion. I had not been able to meet with my friend or call him on the phone. He chose to not answer whenever I called and never called me back. My friend has limited experience in business and thought he could break the rules without penalty. It is not so.
Ash guided me so well that I insisted with my friend that he absolutely must pay his account arrears by a certain date or lose all the irreplaceable contents of his storage unit permanently. Fortunately, I was able to convince my friend that he did not have one more day to pay and therefore he did precisely what was required to pay his account in full, just in time. Again, we had a very happy ending.

Great customer service team, facility is very well maintained and we have never run into any "traffic jam" of customers moving items in while others are trying to move as well. Price is very competitive, we've just upgraded to a larger size unit and the additional cost was quite minimal. Would certainly recommend this particular Storage Mart on O'Connor Dr.

Ash and his team are always there for their customers. Had some challenges with my unit size. The team found me another unit on the same floor, we made the move - done!

Ash and his team really know how to put things together for their customers. Needed a specific date and wanted to make sure we weren’t wasting any time with moving. He had us view the space, arrange the best window to move in and it was done.

I dropped by to get information about storage rental and greeted by Muskaan and Ash. Both were very kind and helpful. Thanks to their guidance I am planning to putting my stuff in a unit.

One of the best Storage I have ever used. Facility is well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend to everyone.

I’ve been at this location over 5 years with no plans on moving. This location is excellent because of the close proximity to the major highways and main streets. Access is 24hrs with multiple loading docks/doors, ramps, entrances and offers free parking. The property is clean and well maintained year round. Being there or away, I feel very safe and secure about the contents of my unit. The hallways and walkways are lit by motion sensor lighting and surveillance coverage where applicable. Proper signage, temperature controlled and accessible. The property managers (Ash & Muskaan) are always on site to help with whatever you need, from unit size, location, pricing or any general inquiries. They are friendly, knowledgeable, respectable and easy going. They are other storages in close proximity so there is a reason why I chose Storagemart at this location. The sense of security they offer is priceless. If you need a safe and secure unit (whatever size) go see them. Tell them NIGEL sent you. Ash & Muskaan thanks again and keep up the good work
