It’s been many years since I’ve attended an auction, so bidding on an online auction was totally new to me. Beth at Storey’s was available to answer all my questions regarding account set up, payment set up, and all the questions about the condition of the items I was interested in. Beth was very professional, patient, and most importantly honest. I very much look forward to future STOREY’S Auctions. Rose

Could not be happier with the service level at this auction house. I bid on an item and left a small piece of it at the auction location. When I called, they searched for the piece, found it and unprompted brought it to the next auction for me. This saved me over 3 hours of driving.

First time doing one of their online auctions and won a lot for $1. When going to pick up the lot, it was mysteriously delete and sold with other lots. Was offered one toner cartridge in a beat up box as a "sorry". Will never trust or do business with this company ever again.

Very unprofessional company. One of their company’s subcontractor was very unprofessional and literally threatened me. Upon complaining, Storey’s blocked my hibid account since I won’t take 1star review down.

As a long time bidder of Storey's Auctions I have alway's appreciated their professionalism and the way they operate with integrity. That was reenforced with me over a misunderstanding at a recent auction, (not the fault of Storey's) yet it was handled to my complete satisfaction, Thank You Storey's. Don Edmonds

Don't deal with these people!
I placed bids in a auction, never bought anything,
Then they declined all my bids.
I have not been able to bid again?

Update
I still have not found out how they decide who is allowed to bid?
They just seem to randomly exclude certain bidders.
They don't care about potential sales,
I have no problem with much larger auction companies.
Very amatuer.

A legit family owned business with morals and values. They will treat you like family and with the utmost respect. Very well run.

I had a terrible experience with Storeys Auction and feel compelled to share my experience. They listed their own broken, wasted, and non-working equipment in other people's auctions, which resulted in me getting ripped off.

The items I won were nothing like the descriptions and were in worse condition than advertised. When I tried to contact their team about this, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. It is clear that they have no ethics and do not care about their customers.

Their misleading practices and false listings are unacceptable and reflect poorly on their business. I strongly advise against using Storeys Auction and suggest looking for alternative auction houses that are more honest and trustworthy.

Overall, I am very disappointed with Storeys Auction and would not recommend them to anyone.

Everyone working here is ABSOLUTELY amazing! Friendly, easy to talk to, always smiling and they bend over backwards to work with ya! Very grateful to them and look forward to dealing with in my future purchases, and past purchases will be well adored, throne chairs and all! So so thankful to them all!

I’ve been participating in Storey’s Auctions for over 10 years now, and I can’t say enough good about them. They have always treated me fairly and stood behind their products. They go out of their way to satisfy their customers. I’ve even sold items in some of their auctions and they make the whole process run smoothly from start to finish.

This company is a scam. Rachel and her uncle are both shady. They come in saying they can sell your stuff at a premium price and then they don't even pay you for some of the things that are sold. I asked one of the buyers what they bought my screen for and he told be $500 but on the statement it said they had sold it for $300. Don't use this company they are not honest and will rob you for what your worth.

Completing the transaction after the auction was simple and straightway. Rachel's pleasant demeanor and helpful disposition made it a pleasure to pick up my items. Thanks again for everyone's assistance in leaving no "stones" unturned.

A godsend when closing up my late father's house. Rachel knows her stuff! Really impressed with her speed, professionalism and such a very nice person too. It couldn't have gone more smoothly and I sure appreciated that at such a hectic time.
