Firstly, I walked in and was able to get an appointment scheduled for the same day. Both of the receptionists I spoke to were very friendly and more than helpful.

Secondly, I was very nervous going in for the haircut due to a previous bad experience, but Alex was a dream to work with. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and walked away knowing I found my go-to hair salon. Once again thank you Alex.

I had a wonderful experience at Storm today. From the peppermint tea to the shoulder and neck massage and the amazingly relaxing scalp massage, I felt thoroughly pampered. Rachel listened to exactly what I was hoping for, and gave me the best cut I’ve had in years.

I highly recommend this salon, especially Alex D.if you're a woman thinking of having a pixie cut.

I had a great interaction with the Storm team. I originally left a message to book an appointment and they promptly called me back offering their earliest availability.

The salon is itself is clean, beautiful and inviting, and it has free parking at the back.

I've visited this salon twice for a haircut and had a great experience both times. The first time was last year with Serena and she was excellent. She did a great job and I was very happy. The second time was this past Saturday with Paul and I am in love with my new haircut! I would highly recommend this salon and both stylists. They are both wonderful people and are very talented at what they do.

Cam took the time to teach me about my hair type and was able to cut my hair in a way that best suits me. Great results, hands down one of the best barbers I've been to. I'll definitely be a regular!

I won't call out my individual stylist (Storm can reach out to me if they want to know who it is) but I received terrible service from them. I asked for my bangs to be trimmed and she cut more so now they are ruined until they grow out in a few months. For the rest of my hair, it's clear she didn't know how to cut curly hair and just chose to cut it straight instead. My hair looks ridiculous now and either takes 45 minutes of styling or I put it up. Wouldn't recommend if you want anything beyond a standard straight hair cut.

Called the salon for a same day colour, they were able to fit me in which was great. Soleil was so amazing! She did a wonderful job on my colour. She’s super professional and knows her stuff. I highly suggest going to see her for all your colour needs. Alex and Rachel did my wash and blow dry, super sweet ladies as well and they both did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this salon! Definitely will be returning.

Storm hair team is incredible! From the moment you make an apt to the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, you feel like royalty! The care and special touches, make you feel like family!

While the haircut itself was perfectly fine, Cam the hair stylist needs to focus less on making the customer feel guilty or shamed for letting their hair grow out and more on just cutting the customer's hair.

First time with Cameron and he met and exceeded every aspect of my experience today, conveniently located across from my work, I have to give Cameron a 10/10 on everything and how he styled my hair and trimmed my beard certainly got me endless compliments at work and from family and friends, way to go Cameron I will definitely be assigning you as my new hair expert!

I didn't speak to my first experience at this salon, because my stylist and I had a language barrier and I didn't leave with what I asked for. However, my second cut with Ian was everything I could have asked for. Ian cut my hair to perfection. He understood what I wanted, gave me tips on products and how to style my hair. I couldn't be happier, and I've found my person for all future cuts.

Wonderful, inviting, and professional staff throughout. The atmosphere was very welcoming and fun. I got a Men's cut from Alex and the experience was 10/10. She was super friendly and went above and beyond my expectations! I will definitely be returning:)

Well I had high expectations for this place because of the good reviews, but my experience was not very satisfactory. Starting with the lack of communication from the girl who was going to dye my hair. I wanted to go from dark to a lighter colour and all she said was she couldn't do it because my hair was very dark but she could do a similar colour then she showed me some colours and I chose one that was a little bit lighter and well at the end my hair was the same like come on and I told her what can I do to achieve a lighter colour and she said that I had to get highlights: - like whyyyy didnt she mention it in the first place like you are the specialist like I just wasted over 100 for nothing like I feel robed! Honestly the girl was not very friendly.

Today I got a hair cut at Storm with Serena. She was amazing. Super professional. She understood exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job. Thank you Serena, for the first time in my life (quite along one) I go exactly the hair cut I asked for. Thank you! Thank you Storm and thank you so much Serena

It was my first time at Storm and I cannot say how much I loved it and will be going back again. Paul was amazing he literally worked magic and I couldn't of asked for a better haircut. I let him decide what to do with my long hair and I'm left with an amazing hairstyle 10/10 for me!

I have been getting my hair coloured, highlighted, cut and styled at Storm for a few years now and I won’t be changing salons anytime soon. I’m always happy with my hair and find the staff to be professional and knowledgeable. Def give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

I haven't had my haircut in a long time however now I remember why.
The wore a bracelet that kept smacking me in the head while she washed my hair.
Yet after explaining it to her she still didn't take it off, probably because her English needs some work.
They gave me the simplest trim, doesn't even look like I had my hair cut in the first place.
After all was done the cost was outrageous for what I received. $73+ tip total of $80 and a child would have given me more structure. Granted it might not be even, but it wouldn't have cost me $80
So unsatisfied. Save your money don't bother!

I came in last minute for a simple trim and got more than what I expected! My stylist Mia (I hope i spelled that correctly) did an amazing job. She was super friendly and social with me the whole time. She also made sure I was comfortable with everything and gave me tips and suggestions on how to fly my hair. I didn't even know I had curly hair until she blow dried and diffused my dead wavy hair. I'm very pleased with the outcome and would recommend to anyone!

This is the place I trust for my hair and it’s Colour. Service here is exceptional and everyone knows you by your first name as you are there. The storm team are super friendly and I walk out of there looking and feeling fabulous.

The staff was definitely friendly and gave you a great pampered experience. However, I got a full set of highlights last week and really regret it. My stylist left bleach in my hair for over 2 hours, she wasn't working efficiently so my bottom layer got completely destroyed from having bleach in it for so long. I paid almost 160$ for just the highlights, no hair cut or style. And the colour hardly changed. My hair is really damaged and I am beyond disappointed in the results. My roots are still there and that was my original reason for going. I really wanted to like this place because of the nice staff and comfy treatment but I paid too much money to destroy my hair and not see much difference in colour.

Made the switch to Storm and did not regret it. The staff is friendly and attentive. The colourist I had kept checking in with me while I was getting my haircut. Hands down the better service I've received.

I felt pampered, relaxed and totally comfortable. My Stylist gave me care, not just service, so it felt entirely personal. Daniela is now 'my person' when it comes to all things scalp/hair. I liked what she did for my wife's hair and that's why I asked for her. BUT, there's more to Storm-free ample parking, coffee/beverages, cheerful front desk reception, cleanliness, and smiles. They also carry a fine line of products! I purchased a conditioner that I'm very happy with. They take a variety of payment types, too.so thank you for that! Just make an appointment and ENJOY!

This was my first salon visit in probably six years. I asked friends for recommendations, and heard very good things about Storm.

Everything about the process was easy. Getting an appointment that worked with my schedule (but don't expect same-day; this salon is busy, for good reason). Finding a stylist with experience dealing with my hair length, parking.

The salon is well-equipped, bright and sunshiny, warm and welcoming. The complimentary neck and shoulder massage was a delightful surprise, and the coffee was good.

Maddy was my stylist; she is a talented, friendly and charming young woman. My cut is excellent, and she was very intuitive about styling my hair.

Beginning to end, this was an excellent experience and I recommend Storm without reserve.

Storm hair group isn't just going for a haircut it's an experience. I rarely pamper myself and look forward to these appointments.

The colour was okay, but a senior stylist gave me a horrible haircut. After 6 weeks of letting it grow, I recently went elsewhere. This stylist noticed right away there was a huge hole at the back of my head, plus my hair was cut so poorly that she had to cut three inches off to even it out. The hole is still there because I didn't want it cut any shorter. I did not tell this stylist anything about my hair. She told me about these problems and thought I had done it myself. I will definitely NOT RECOMMEND Storm to anyone! I even tipped this guy well. He stared at himself in the mirror the whole time he cut my hair, so I can see why he made a choppy mess of my hair! Extremely disappointed!
