Great service, informative staff and secure storage. I rented one of the medium sized spaces. It was clean and accessible. The staff gave me the lowdown on all the facilities while I signed up and even laughed at my jokes. Would definitely recommend this place.

I have rented my storage unit for approximately 3 years and my experience has been great. The staff are always kind, professional and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve been wanting to get a storage unit for a while now. So today I drove by Storwell Self Storage & decided to drop in. I was greeted by Michela, who was very pleasant & helpful.
I mentioned that I was in a hurry, so she quickly gave me the rundown with costs, as I was shown the different size units.
I felt comfortable in accepting the great value offered to me & we closed the deal.
I was thinking to myself, if I knew that it was this affordable, I would have had this storage unit, much sooner.
There was no need to search further. I have found exactly what I was looking for, at a great price & in a convenient location (right off the 401).
I have a heating service company & I know this storage unit will benefit me, BIG TIME!

I have used several storage places in the past. This one takes the cake. I have to say firstly the customer service there is TOP NOTCH! I dealt with Lance and he was fantastic, my matter was a bit of a unique one and he helped tremendously. He was thorough, he explained all the details perfectly, i was able to get a unit all set up and done in less than 20 minutes. He was very helpful with the sizes etc, He is the ONLY reason actually I ended up choosing this place right away. I was going to look around but after dealing with Lance i felt no need to. The great things about this place, its 24 hrs, you can get in and out any time you are not limited to specific hours, its a very clean spacious facility. You dont have to pay for a key they provide you one! Thats amazing.
The office has coffee water etc. Even when i went in there was another person in there speaking about how great the service is.
This place is convenient, easy, clean and has amazing specials if you are a first timer!
No need to look anywhere else this is the spot!

After many calls to many storage facilities, I was recommended to check out Storwell Self Storage. This was close to 4 years ago.

If you are looking for arguably the best storage facility; the Storwell at 83 Executive Court is my suggestion. It's less of a business, and more a family. All the staff is extremely friendly, and compassionate in times of need. There is 24hr staff for any issues you may have. Washrooms are always kept clean and stocked. The facility in general is kept very well. Maintenance is at at all time high. I can't say I ever felt worried with my belongings kept here. A new roof was installed last year. What else can I say. Nothing but good things really. Highly Recommend!

Storewell has been a great self storage solution. The unit is very easy to get to with my vehicle and it is very secure. The staff is very friendly and provide flexible payment options. Also the property is well maintained.

Wow.open 24/7, next to the 401, clean, secure, well maintained and the ladies at the front desk were great. Very professional. They helped me pick the right plan, size of unit and properly explained how things go. The rates are competitive. Great starter deal.

Judith was extremely friendly and welcoming the moment I walked into the office. She answered all my questions and assisted me with finding the perfect sized locker for my needs. She’s very knowledgeable and always greets customers with a huge smile.

The property is well lit and they have maintenance staff on site 24/7. I feel quite safe accessing my locker no matter what time of day.

I chose this location based on convenience, price and staff friendliness. I am not disappointed!

Storwell self storage has always provided us with great customer service, whether it be in person or over the phone, they’re always very easy to speak to. It’s never hard to get a reach of them if you have questions.

Great customer service, they explain about the storage facility and answer all the questions promptly. The whole process of going through the application to sign up for a storage space was a breeze. Best of all they even called me after finding out I didn't lock up my storage space properly during one of their routine checks. Highly recommended family bussiness.

What an awesome place! Signed up to reserve a storage unit online, which was quick and easy. Storwell's example videos of their units and what they fit was a great help and missing from so many other storage sites.

On-site, Judith helped me complete the registration process and set me up. She was incredibly professional, friendly and helpful and I was really impressed by her customer service, which set the bar for my perception of Storwell. On top of that, the office and location itself are really professional and CLEAN! Beyond that, it also appears that Storwell is really active in the community, sponsoring youth sports and other local activities. Couldn't really ask for more - happy with my storage unit, the service and the brand of Storwell. Top notch place, highly recommended.

I needed a storage unit on short notice. The staff was very prompt and replied to my online inquiry within an hour. Once on site, the lady who got me set up was extremely courteous and helpful. She took time to carefully walk me through the billing process and fee structure to make sure I understood everything before signing the paper. The grounds are pristine. No cigarette butts in site, the grass around the property is kept neat, and there is no wayward trash (small paper, plastic, etc.) anywhere. The storage building and unit were equally clean. No curious smells or foul odors and everything is well lit, dry, and smoke-free. Whenever I came to pick up or drop something off, the staff would wave “hello” which is just nice. And when I needed to end my rental (moving to a larger home), the staff was happy to accommodate and did not try to weasel an extra few weeks/month out of me as places have in the past. If you're looking for a well price, well-maintained, and excellently staffed storage facility, this is it. If I need another in the future, I'll likely come back.

I was very pleased with the locker that they gave me. Price was excellent, location very close to home which was ideal. Everything is easy and 24 hours. I have now mastered that art of stacking and was able to get many boxes into one room. Clean and tidy lockers, helpful staff. Would highly recommend.
