Storybook Tree Services did an outstanding job removing an aging and sick tree in a precarious laneway in Oakville! They came back promptly when we requested that the stump be further cleaned up. Rob, the owner, is efficient and professional. I did originally call another tree removal service, Wildwood Tree Services. Completely unimpressed with their lack of customer service and communication!
I found Storybook on Google and here I am now giving them 5 stars for their work. Well deserved!

I really can't say enough good things about Rob and Storybook Tree Services. This is the second time I've used them while building a house in Oakville. Working with the town and its various rules and bylaws is tricky at the best of times. Rob was quick and eager to help with the process. From arborist reports, site plans, tree removal even supervised excavations.
When we first talked he promised me that he won't be the bottleneck in my job. And he's been absolutely true to his word. Whether its a weekend, or he's even on vacation, he responds to emails and gets me whatever I need.

Have used Storybook Tree Services for a couple of years. Just had a tree taken down and the work Rob and Marc did was fantastic. The yard was left clean of debris. Would definitely recommend their services.

Rob and his crew cut down a large tree on my father in law's lawn after a big storm. They did a great job. They also came back and grinded down the stump. Would recommend to anyone.

We have used Rob and team for years to take care of our trees on our property. Since we found Rob we have not used anyone else. He is very knowledgeable, passionate and caring, as is his team. His pricing is very fair and he is quick to respond to any questions or issues we might have throughout the season. We are very particular and passionate about our property and there is no one else we trust to take care of our trees!

Storybook Tree Services did an amazing job trimming back some unruly trees in back of our townhouses. Very professional and knowledgeable. Arrived on time and worked very efficiently, removing everything and leaving the place tidy. They did their utmost to please all 3 households involved, with their varying requests. I needed an emergency tree cutting after a very bad wind storm. It was extremely difficult situation because the big maple tree was between two power lines. Rob and his crew did an amazing job. I would recommend him 100%. Thanks Rob.

Trimmed hedges but caused hundreds of dollars worth of damage to my synthetic putting green with their hot equipment. Burned a hole in the green and refused to apologize or offer compensation when informed.

I have a tree that needs removal in my yard. This company provided the highest quote and tried to up sell me me another $250 to fertilize other trees in my yard. Their quote was 2 times higher than the average of the other four cutting services that quoted the job. Don’t waste your time with this group.
