They take a brand new car in to replace a fog light they take the bumper off use a heat gun to set the bumper in place damage the bumper repainted the bumper twice and still is looking bad and I just spoke now and the manner said while we can't seem to get you to be happy with the job so we can't do nothing about it and also they said that they will not cover any damages because the car seems to be fine in their eyes

Dan was incredibly helpful when it came to helping me pick my first brand new car! Through the entire process he was a pleasure to work with and made me feel so comfortable and never pressured me to make a rash decision. I factory ordered my car and waited a few months but it did come in many months earlier than originally planned. Steen in finance was also a pleasure to work with and made me feel totally confident going into such a big purchase.

Unfortunately my car was a total loss after only 8 days BUT one of the main reasons I wanted this car was because of how fantastic the safety ratings were. The driver escaped with minor bruises and I can confidently say I made the right decision by choosing the Hyundai Kona (even though i didn't get to love it for very long).

Filled out Stouffville Hyundai webform to enquire about available inventory in November 2022. Jordan Lemieux (salesperson) reached out to us on very same day with an update that they have 2023 Santa FE in stock and from there on he took care of the rest and we were sitting behind the wheel in just a week, and that too at a time when there are long wait times for new vehicles. Jordan Lemieux was super helpful and transparent during our first car purchase. We are hugely satisfied.

I saw those guys posted a 2022 Sonata N-Line under "New" car category on Autotrader, tagged about $4000 less in price compare to other used ones. So, I called. Then their sales told me "that one is a demo" it has over 20000 km on it. Well, then I asked, do you sell it at the price you advertised. "NO, we do not sell it. It is not for sale [at the price we advertised]. " If you do not willing to sell your car, do not post it online. If you want more cash, price it higher. Don't play games like a 6-year old kid. Not a smart thing to do. I will not buy from those guys. Not an honest dealership.

I went to order a part, the person on the counter was talking to his colleague and tells me he will be with me soon and continues with his chit chatting with the other guy. Once he is done he is asking me what I need and I tell him I need to order a part. Then he pages the part guy.
When the part guy comes, he start chit chatting with the first guy and doesn't even acknowledge I am waiting there while I'm still standing there and waiting.
On the other side someone sitting in an office that looked like to be a managers and was just playing with his cell phone and doesn't notice anything.so I got upset and just left.
This is not the first time I had bad experince in this location, about a year or so ago I took my car there for repair to change timing belt, serpentine belt and alternator that costed over $2000, when I went to pick up my car, it was in the parking lot with a lot of dust on it as if it was sitting in a construction site for few weeks. They didn't have a courtesy of a quick wash. The coolant was also below the low limit which I did ask them to check. I had to stop by a gas station to buy coolant to top it up.
Before I moved to this area I used to go to DVN Hyundai for oil change and take my own oil and for less than $30 service, they would give me a ride to my work, then come and pick me up and they would do the courtesy basic car wash too! Maybe I am pampered by another Hyundai location. But that's the kind of service that makes a happy and returning customer.

These issues might not happen to everyone, but twice for me is enough not to go back there again.

Ever bought a car sight-unseen? It is not a recommended practise but I live in Kingston which is a hike from Stouffville and I am recovering from a hip operation. Anyway I contacted Amanda and arranged to have the (used) car delivered having signed a purchase agreement. On the way down the car's oxygen sensor failed. Other than that the car was in showroom condition. I took the car to the local dealer and had the oxygen sensor replaced. Stouffille Hyundai picked up the tab without me having to do any special pleading. The car is a joy to drive. Thank you Amanda and Stouffville Hyundai.

Darren at the service department is amazing. I had a great experience wiling him. My car had a recall and it sat for 3 months waiting on the part. He took really good care of me and had everything fixed. I had an issue with the breaks they took a look it and made me feel better and even had the car washed. Great guy friendly and honest. Definitely will go back to that dealership service department awesome even the manager is great friendly and all. Great job guys u have a returning customer for sure

So Here is why I give Stouffville Hyundai give five star. We were out to looking for a trad-in value including possible purchase of new vehicle for us. As an existing Hyundai Santa-Fe owner, I always valued the product for the price for Hyundai. But above all, it was the customer service experience that made me do this transection. We attended Audi, Volkswagen, Kia but eventually as one of our appointment got cancelled, we travelled all the way to Stouffville from Keswick to visit Hyundai Dealership. Upon arrival, the staff were very courteous and greeted us with smile. We did have an appointment but we were matched with sales person name Dan who took the whole experience at very next level. We were greeted, educated and explained all the options available to us with smile and above all, no pressure and in extremely fun environment. We attended the dealership to find out what my old Hyundai would give us in trade in but ended up walking out with brand new 2022 Hyundai Santa-Fe Calligraphy. Dan you're awesome on what you do. The whole family felt at very ease, no pressure, no rush and thank you to Dan and his Manager Phil for staying so late to ensure transection was completed. I can't forget Dan staying in touch even when he was off his shift via text to ensure all our needs were met until the delivery was made. Dan also connected us with the service team and introduced us. Dan also connected us with financial advisor who went through all the options available to us and suggesting the ones that we should invest at the time of purchase - again it was a great experience. In summary Dan, Phil and the finance team - you all rock. This was definitely a trust building experience. It showed you care for your customer and above all your dedication and professionalism was very obvious through our purchase experience. Manager (Phil Cresdee) were extremely helpful, polite, accommodating and professional. They also demonstrated a degree of honesty and respect towards us that is not common - in our experience at least - in the car dealing business. I experienced the most terrible customer service at the Stouffville Hyundai this weekend. I found all the stuff there very rude, disorganized and condescending. Not only did I experience poor customer service so did the tow truck driver who was assisting us. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone

Horrible customer service, we had informed our sales representative that we would be coming to the dealership from over an hour away for a specific car, at a specific time. Instead of informing us that the car had been sold while we were on our way, we found out when we got to the dealership. Did not have the decency to give us a call to inform us that the car had been sold, complete waste of our time. Buy your Hyundai elsewhere.

From the start, when I seen the vehicle for sale on auto trader to booking a test drive and having it ready to go when I arrived, to the final sale she was super helpful and not pushy!

Even when I was on the fence about buying it due to a cosmetic issue, she went the extra mile to see if a fix would be covered under warranty; and it was!

Fast efficient service on a Saturday morning when the service Dept is running on less staff than normal. Was my First oil change. Found out that Hyundai dealers have standardised on using full synthetic engine oil - Great!

Always stipulated full synthetic especially in Turbo engines where the stresses are higher. Although I prefer using 5W30, manufacturers now use 0W20 which is more for cutting friction and getting the last bit of mileage from a car.

My previous Tucson 1.6 Turbo reached 110,000 km from new with no issues and I ran it on 5W30 synthetic Castrol or Mobil one.

Absent service advisor. No one attending the counter even the car was ready, waiting and searching around for more than 15 minutes withour anyone finishing the paperwork and payment!

Hi, just recently had my check engine light come on which resulted in needing my engine replaced, and must say Adam, Darren and Nelson were nothing more then great to do deal with during the whole experience, from diagnosis to a rental car, and only being out of my car for a week was very delightful. This dealership is great! My parents have been dealing with Richard (Sales) and the Service Team for many years now. They love their Santa Fe so when it came time to buy a new vehicle for ourselves, my husband and I also went to see Richard. We went before Christmas and they have every safety measure in place for our current Covid restrictions. Richard is a great guy who won't pressure you, and is very knowledgeable. He also won't leave you hanging after your vehicle has been purchased. Great at sales and after sales. You can ask him questions and he replies promptly. Took my car in for repair on my transmission after only 84000 km and cost me an arm and a leg. They wouldn't honor any part of warranty. What kind of cars are Hyundai selling if a transmission blows after only 84000 km. They should at least give part of a warranty for very little mileage. Very poor service and we will never buy another vehicle from them ever again. We will also seek service on our vehicle elsewhere from now on. Very unhappy with this dealership. Poor customer service.

Service was great. I used to come here whenever I needed a service for my Hyundai (a few years ago) and this place was great. My child loved to go there! They also had a shuttle to take you back home and/or pick you up if I needed to be elsewhere during that time.

Old school sales tactics. Wasn't a good experience shopping there. Insisted on working out a "deal" for me even though I told him that it was my first day looking around and I didn't know what I wanted yet.
