Had my wedding band sized down today with Aram and am very happy with the service I received from beginning to end. Great, friendly communication throughout. I’m extremely pleased with the result and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommend Aram and his expertise!

Aram is the absolute best. I've been to Strada Jewelry with multiple different requests. First one was to get my platinum engagement ring resized and to fix the diamond being loose in the prongs, second time it was also to fix the loose diamond (free of charge!), and third time it was to get completely new prongs. The new prongs were custom made for my ring shape and size and were in platinum that Aram had to find and make himself. I was scared that the prongs would be ugly, but they are the cutest ever. I can now safely wear my engagement ring out, and just in time for the holidays.

I always feel extremely secure with the services at Strada Jewelry, when Aram was fixing the prongs I actually got to take the actual diamond home so the diamond itself never left my sight.

Came here to resize two rings without booking an appointment. I almost never leave reviews but I just knew I had to leave a positive review here. Aram was very kind and offered a more than reasonable price. He finished resizing both rings within a few hours and even left them more polished than they were initially. I needed 2 rings sized down quickly, Aram was quick to reply and very accommodating. Within 1.5 hours both rings were done, and they look perfect. He explained everything thoroughly, and I could not be more satisfied. Great price and great experience. I will not go elsewhere anymore because I felt comfortable and confident with Aram’s service.

Fiancé went to get my engagement ring changed from 4 prongs to 6 prongs and to also get it resized. After getting it done I didn't feel 100% about it so we went back to Aram and he patiently listened to all my concerns/requests and explained the whole process! He didn't even charge us for the modifications the second time around and the ring came out beautifully. The whole process also only took him 2 hours and I expected it to take days/weeks! I found my engagement ring on Etsy as I was looking for something simple and unique, and I fell in love with the design. It was supposed to be diamonds, but unfortunately I got scammed and they weren't. In general, the overall quality was horrendous - the product image showed a milgrain detail which was barely visible if at all there, and the straight edges were not straight at all.

I went to Aram to get my wedding band resized and I also asked if he could re-make my engagement ring with real diamonds and proper design. Aram definitely delivered, my new ring is absolutely gorgeous! It feels substantial and the quality is incomparable to the previous one. I'm extremely pleased with his detailed craftsmanship, not to mention his friendly service and reasonable pricing. I'm confident this ring will last and I'm so glad he was able to bring the true design to life.

We took my engagement ring here to be resized as it was slightly too big and we were so impressed with the service and quality of the work done!

My ring belonged to my fiancé’s mum and held a lot of sentimental value. I got my engagement ring resized here in May and I had the best experience working with Aram. He explained the entire process and had me at ease the whole time watching him work.
