Can't pick up my package because of covid they said. Other businesses are working around covid. They are not able to figure out how to work around covid. Not good business, will never use them again. There's other players in the game, will use them instead.

I've used them about a dozen times in the past few years with decent service until now. It's been 4 months since the pandemic hit and with everything back up and running for the most part and you guys still have no plan whatsoever on when you'll be allowing people to pick their packages up. I don't understand how you having nothing in place to allow curbside pickups or something similar but yet you hold all my packages hostage.

Incredible service. I've thrown some curve balls at their team, but they're never stumped. The online shipping tool gives a very wide range of shipping options and costs in real time. This is ten times easier than direct with couriers. Thanks!
