Stradwicks Carpet One Floor & Home

Very poor experience. Worked with a sales person to pick out flooring, he came to my house to measure rooms and said the quote would be available a week later.
I followed up after I hadn’t received the quote 2 weeks later, they said the quote was coming. I followed up again 4 weeks later, still no quote. Waste of time…

Was here about 2 months ago. Wanted pricing to carpet a bedroom and rec room. The representative quoted me approxiamately 2500 to 2800 for both rooms Installation and tax incuded. The installer came out, measured and said he would get back to me. He did he quoted me rougy the same price for 1 room. I explained what tgdy had told me at the store. He said he didnt realize they had already given me a price. He would check with the store and get back to me. He never did get back to me so I went elsewhere and bought csrpet, installation and tax in for 1000.00 less. After shopping elsewhere for 40 years for my carpet and flooring needs I thought I would give Stradwicks a try, I will never deal with them in the future. Very poor way to conduct a business.

We were looking for flooring for our cottage in the Haliburton area.lots of flooring! I called Mat and he is nothing short of amazing! Seriously I ask all kinds of questions and he always answered immediately! He delivered exactly what he said he would for the price he said - and the installation was amazing. I cannot say enough good things - stop looking - you will be worry free if you go with Stradwicks - worry free! It brings me joy every time I see my floors. Even though I live in the city if I have any flooring needs - I will call Mat!
