Nothing but a positive experience with my Doctor here! Nice clean large waiting room

Writing this review as I have been with Dr. Sherman for 3 years now and my wife with Dr. Crawford for several. I'm seeing a lot of poor reviews here and I definitely haven't had that experience. I know our health care system isn't the best but I also understand that it's good as a whole.
I haven't had to go in person but virtually everything has been good. The communication was solid, Dr. Sherman seems professional in my opinion.
My wife has been going in person for many appointments and has never had an issue. I think the theme is when people want to be soon quickly it seems that is difficult and I don't know what's the solution to that. As growing up I was able to see my family doctor the same week, or even same day if it's an emergency, but I get that's not always realistic if you are booked.
Hoping that the health team here can take action when possible on the negative reviews. I also understand an experience is the effort you put in as well, and tone/attitude makes a difference with any experience.
Wishing the team well, and hoping that everyone who is a patient can also be considerate as well.

I'm a patient of Dr. Crawford, and she is the BEST doctor i've ever met and i'm very lucky to have such a great doctor she really does her best to help and is very thorough when looking for a solution to your problem and even though she's not a therapist she has helped me with my mental health a ton by listening to me and helpng with that too. I can't say enough great things about her, she cares so much and is the nicest doctor ever, i can't thank her enough for being such an amazing doctor and person for always going above and beyond helping me especially with my mental health as she's not a therapist but still will help by letting you talk to her about your life worries and mental struggles.
