I just love this store, it has a little bit of everything for an affordable price, I'd recommend anyone and everyone to go and check it out.

An eclectic collection of surprises and quite good deals. You'll always find something you didn't know you wanted.

Not too bad except i rushed to get there before they closed at 6: 00 and it was 5: 58. The boys were locking the doors but thank goodness he went and hot the bikelock that i needed desperately. Therefore instead of the kid getting my change from the 10 dollar bill, i let him have the change!

High prices for Surplus, compared to the Spitfire Museum or Forest City Surplus this place is a joke. You can always find a few odds and ends that are useful and fair price but far and few between. They removed bulk pricing on items.

KW employee's start buying return BestBuy, Amazon return/closeout skids to part out save us money and make more profit if you look in to it you be surprised

Impressive selection of items at very good prices. Love the store, and stop in at least 3 or 4 times monthly. Customer service is lacking, however. Purchased an item and brought it to my home 70 km away. Tried it out, really liked it, wanted a few more so I immediately called to enquire to inventory and to ask to set 3 additional items aside for pickup, even mentioned EXACTLY where the item was. Was told that, because the item wasn't in the computer, it wasn't in the store, even though I JUST bought the item there. Said screw it, called the next day and was told the same by a different person. Luckily, a friend was not far from the store so she stopped in and picked the 3 items up for me, and asked if I wanted the remaining 3 or 4 additional items available on the shelf. If you are too busy to check for stock items I get it, just say so.

I like this store because there some tools for good prices. One can also find paintball items to some affordable clothes. I have purchased a few flags at this location as well that have lasted a long time. The return policy is not the greatest. Make sure to have the cash, debit, credit receipt as well as the item receipt for the refund.

Isles are a bit small to walk thru.arrows on the floor could be more noticeable and the lighting could be better.some pricing was discount then others were a bit high however overall prices were good.parking was plentiful

Always been the best place to buy Batteries and occasionally Huge tubs of pickles or olives.

One of my favourite stores in Stratford. I never walk out empty handed. Lots of useful items for home, workshop, camping, etc.

I hope this place never closes. They have so many unique things others stores just don’t have or for the same price.

Its truly my favourite store. Not only is the selection of hardware, camping, electronics amazing but its staff is great as well! Who ever is running the show there must be kéeping the employees happy because theyre always so happy to help and are always so nice to my kids.

Has lots of interesting and useful items, but the store is overly crowded and a bit unorganized.

You know all those random knick knacks and things you keep for that one special day that you might need to use it?

Proving everyone wrong who said you don't need to keep it?

Well throw them out.

Cause If you ever need any of those things, KW Surplus almost certainly has them. And cheap.

Free up those anxiety drawers.

Your life will be substantially better for it.

KW surplus in Stratford is smaller than the one in Kitchener but packed with treasures. Nice drive from Guelph 40 min drive and it didn't disappoint. My son and I had come away with an arm load of a variety of things. My big purchase was several purchases of the item
" Active Tube " the Original product for $ 3.00 for the bike and several for my wife, what a great price. And as I said several other items that had made the trip worth while. Staff happily greeted you with a good morning and on check out have yourself a good day. For us it was a good way to go somewhere different and it didn't disappoint. Job well done Stratford KW SURPLUS. ️

They always have what you're looking for at a reasonable price and the staff are amazing. The owner is very customer friendly and will ensure he orders in what you need (in my case a Romanian Flag). I always check KW first before going anywhere else.

It's a good place to shop for art supplies and such but there's one cashier that's very loud and flirts with men way too much.in my eyes not professional

Scotty is an amazing hardworking manager and he treats everyone staff included amazing. Everyone is super helpful and they work as a great team.

Love this place. Always have cool stuff and the prices are great. Staff has always been really nice. I love going here.

It was okay other than the fact that you can buy everything there off wish for a quarter of the price also the employees don't lick your toes

Good prices. Usually prices are lower than other stores. For instance a garden shovel at Home Hardware 12 to 14 dollars. At K W surplus 6 to 8 dollars.

They have a wide variety to choose from. You can get all your fishing camping and hunting Gear in 1 visit

Go there for specific electronic needs - mini lights at Christmas 4.99 for what Michaels charges 12.99 But front desk staff are lacklustre, not motivated to help. And it needs an appearance upgrade.

This is the best KW Surplus store you can find. Disclaimer: Store no longer has Washrooms, might want to put up a sign about that!

The staff are amazing every time I go in there! The amount of different products is insane! I love going into Kw surplus! It's a positive experience every time even if they don't have what i need. Still a positive atmosphere
