We are so happy with our trailer! Stacy was amazing! She showed us many options and features available in other trailers, until we decided on one. She was patient with all my questions. This is a great shop!

How can you possibly rate this business? Their hours are terrible. Closed on a long weekend? Isn't that the business you are in? Never tried so hard to visit a business without success. Never mind. Lots of other dealers.

Kim and her team absolutely saved our first ever camping trip! Bought the trailer from another dealership, huge mistake, came with so many issues. Kim and team fixed them all for us. First of all I would like to sincerely apologize to yourself and your advisors. I would have never entered into this business venture if I was aware of your groups intellectual superiority. To change your floorplan choices three times prior to purchase, step back from your monetary commitment to our independent site set up crew and fill your review with borderline slanderous statements, has your group at a plateau and pay scale far above myself. Has really grown in the last couple of years. Lots of models to look at and the parts area looks impressive.

Went to check a trailer but was sold but found 2 other nicer ones hoping to put a down payment on one

Bought a new travel trailer here, had a couple of manufacture defects after first couple uses, Stratford rv got it fixed up and perfect!

Always a positive experience! I have rented tent trailers, and travel trailers with Stratford RV for a few years now, and have always been happy. Very fair pricing, and high quality trailers. They make the experience easy. Nice new store front. Excited to rent from them again next year!

Steve and his staff always come through. Needed a new commercial grade trailer and they ordered, picked up in Ontario and delivered in 3 days.

I have tried to get my trailer repaired since Nov.it is now half way through Feb. I have called 5 times I have talk several people say they will get on it right away. Nothing no calls no service beware anyone who might think about buying a trailer from this dealership. This is unacceptable we’re is the service anymore!
