My dog actually gets excited about visiting the Strathroy Animal Clinic. Dr. Tracy always loves him up and spoils him so much that he thinks going to the vet is a treat!
I've been coming here for years with my cat and have been extremely happy with the staff and service, they are knowledgeable and friendly. More recently I've seen Dr. Courtney and Dr. Alison for my dogs and they are extremely approachable, have a wealth of knowledge and experience, and communicate effectively. I will continue to entrust the care of my pets to Strathroy Animal Clinic.
We have been here since 2010, recently my dog can't pooped I have try other people and other Animal Clinic but not good.we luck has Dr. Juan Orjuela, he is very experience and nice take care my dog very well, he took a x-ray find problem very quickly and professional discussed with me, that time I can feel that he can save my dog life.now my dog look very well. My wife and me very happy, dog very happy too. Here I very appreciate Dr. Juan again.
I had such a good experience visiting this vet with my rescue dog. They are so loving towards your animals and make sure you have all the information you need. Every staff member I encountered was so nice and friendly. They were patient with my dog to make him feel as comfortable as possible because they wanted his vet experience to be nice and not scary.
My son's cat passed away at home He wasn't able to take him to the vet so I came from out of town. Kariah was absolutely AMAZING! She was so helpful & empathetic.made a difficult time easier.
Told them my dog was throwing up blood, and they made me bring him in, he threw up blood again and the doctor threw his hands in the air and all he said was "We can't help him, this is emergency". Somehow biting my tongue as to why the hell they would waste valuable minutes by having me bring him in, he wasn't saying anything so I had to yell to ask "where the hell can help him then? " To which he said the London emergency vet, and I had to ask where.again.and he said on Adelaide street in london over 50km away.
My dog died in extreme pain as I pulled up to the door of the emergency in London, literally last breath as I pulled up. I will never forgive this "hospital" for wasting our time, my dog could have died in the comfort of the emergency vet with painkillers, or maybe even have been able to be saved.instead, the 5-10 minutes that Strathroy Animal Hospital wasted by having me go back outside and bring him in when they knew from my description that they wouldn't be able to help, made him die in extreme pain in my truck as I sped to the vet hospital in London.
Emergency in London were wonderful people, I will forever strongly advise against going to Strathroy Animal Hospital.
By far the best veterinary clinic to take your loved ones. The whole staff are so incredibly nice, helpful, amazingly accommodating and efficient. Everything is explained and never pushy at all. Exceptional value for the service that is provided, they actually truly care about you and your sweet pets. Highly highly recommend.
Been a client for almost 25 years. The staff are compassionate, skilled and attentive. I would not take the animal members of our family anywhere else!
We've been taking our pet friends to Strathroy Animal Clinic for over 20 years. Really appreciate the professional service, care, and compassion. This is why we go the extra mile to travel our loved ones to your animal clinic. *pictured in photo - Odette
Our animals have been healthy for 4+ years since the last time we were there.now our cat appears to be sick and they won't take him because they have too many clients!? !
I have not yet brought my female cat to them for her simple spay but honestly people this is the cheapest place around London ontario, 200$ -400$ savings that's truly amazing. Take your babies here for their spay/neuter and save your money =^. ^=
