I went yesterday to get a full black suit with my friends.the customer service i got was excellent and perfect i wish i can give more stars.i forgot his name but he found a great looking suit for me within my budget.he served me with a great and positive attitude and a nice smile.when i went today to pick it up he was there ago and gave my suit, i tried everything on after it was tailored and it fit perfectly.this store has the nicest employee ever.

I had two first rate shopping experiences at this store in December. Helen is a first rate professional. I got exactly what I need both trips in. I look forward to next time!

Great customer service, the staff-member who helped me get set up was very understanding, patient and gave some great advice to help me achieve the look I wanted, whilst maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere.

Came back again after I got help from Eric in august to get dress pants and a wonderful dress shirt for my aunts wedding. Hoped to see Eric again but sadly wasn’t working. However, I was helped quickly by Rashid and Shree. (definitely spelt both names wrong) But nonetheless they gave me advice and a variety of options for a suit jacket I was looking for. It only took half an hour for me to find a suitable suit jacket and I left a happy customer. The also recommended that the tailer could do any adjustments if needed and I could come in anytime. Nice to see this store has such friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely come back again soon if I need any formal attire. -Kevin

I've been to this store twice in recent years shopping with my husband. He hates shopping and rarely goes. On both occasions I would give them 5 stars for their customer service. It's so refreshing when the staff can judge your size and the styles best suited for your age and shape without you saying anything. Makes life easier for the not so style knowledgeable customer. Prices are reasonable for the quality. Experienced well trained staff.

Steve was an incredible help, and knew exactly what to recommend, from just a glance! Extremely professional, highly courteous and generally a joy to work with.

Loved the suits and coats/ jackets and at a very good price. The manager was amazing and the sales person Rashid was fantastic! He helped me select the suit and I ended up buying a suit and a jacket, thanks to him! I will go back to this store due to the excellent service given to me. The hemming was done in no time too!

Steve helped us, such great service. We found everything we needed in one visit (except the shoes for the little man). The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The adjustments are being done in 24 hr. Pretty impressed.

We rented our groomsmen suits from here. The suits looked great but what stood out the most to us was the incredible service we received from Steve. He was really kind and went above and beyond to accommodate us through 3 wedding date changes. With all the uncertainty of dealing with wedding vendors during the pandemic, we never had a doubt that Steve would make sure we had our suits on time. He was extremely honest and trustworthy. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Steve. I would highly recommend Strauss because of the top notch management.

It was my first time buying a suit, and a friend recommended me to see Steve at Strauss Fairview. Steve was very professional and friendly. I haven’t had to look for a suit in years, and had to get one in rush for a friend’s wedding.

Steve (Fairview location) was extremely knowledgeable, low-pressure and helpful in helping me find the best fitted suit. He comes highly recommended and anyone would be lucky to have him as guidance.

I was looking for a suit for my fathers funeral because of the restrictions and malls being closed was next to impossible. I was very stressed until I came across the Strauss site. Gentleman my the name of Kapil called me helped me with the size and everything I needed and within an hour I had a wonderful suit for my father. I will always be grateful to this gentleman. He went above and beyond like no one has ever. Thank you.

My experience was great. My husband got exactly what he wanted, look so dapper in his suit and the store clerk was amazing.

This is by far the worst service I've ever experienced. I bought a suit and had it tailored. I went to the store on a Saturday and was expecting to pick up this hoping it was done on Tuesday. This was promised by the sales guy named Rashed. I went on Tuesday and all I got was disappointment. The suit was undone and the sales guy even wanted me to try if the fit was okay. I told him that none of the suits and pants were tailored. Not only he did not take ownership but blamed it on someone else.

I came today, Wednesday and expecting at least to do something. There was a new salesman and he acts like he's unaware about the incident but they just gave me the suit seems like nothing happened. I'm still waiting for the manager to call me.

Nice suits for all ages and budget. Beautiful design just for men. Professional personnels which take care of your needs. Not too expensive if it is on sale.

Went looking for a nice shirt to match a Christmas tie for my dad. Mr. Strauss himself was there to invite me into the store, and I found a beautiful shirt at an amazing price. Such excellent selection and service!

Service at a mens shop is of paramount importance to me. This place delivers. Bought a suit and the rest of the accoutrements, pants were hemmed and jacket adjusted all in the same day. Thank you for the great service.

4 stars. Good place to look into if you're looking for suits, blazers, or sportcoats that are a little more interesting/colourful than the conventional business colours (blue, black, grey). Prices can vary but you can find a suit jacket and pants for around $200 (maybe less).

I wear short suits (short suits are usually for ppl 5'8 and under) and Strauss had a decent variety to choose from. The Bay has short suits too but Strauss has plaid, checkered, houndstooth, and suits of different colours.

Saleswomen are friendly and attentive (asked questions, made suggestions, took the time to find stuff for me even). I bought a nice blue plaid suit with an attractive lining for $200. They offered to do alterations but I declined.

I'm not super knowledgeable about suits (mostly got it cuz I need a slightly dressy jacket next week) but the quality of the one that I picked felt decent (doesn't have that shiny, cheap, polyester suit look)

The only thing that kinda soured the experience was I tried on some white shirts with the suit and the first one was made of good fabric (thicker cloth and had a subtle design) but it was a little small in the neck so I asked for a size up. The second shirt was thin, plain, and felt cheap. But worst of all, it smelled like body odour! Not really the store/salespeople's fault per se (customers that stink may try on a shirt and then not buy it) but it made me want to immediately go home and take a shower. I might've stayed to buy a shirt and tie as well if I wasn't so grossed out.

At any rate, I was happy with the suit that I got and would recommended this place for anyone that wants colourful suits, anyone that wears short suits, and/or anyone looking for low-to-moderately priced suits/blazers/sport jackets. Some suits can be more expensive ($500) but that's kinda the same price you'd pay at The Bay

Steve was recommended to me by a buddy of mine. At that time he was managing Stars at Scarborough Town Center. I bought my first suit through him and I was completely satisfied with the fit as well as the service. NOW Steve is managing Strauss @ Fairview mall and I had to HAD TO visit him to get another Suit, Steve is my SUIT guy and since he now manages Straus @ fairview I switched my store as well. The guy has a lot of knowledge and his STAFF is always ready to provide you with service HIGHLY RECOMMEND STRAUSS if you are looking for QUALITY SUITS as well as QUALITY SERVICE.

We went there looking for a suit. Strauss was a waste of time. Salesperson offered zero help. We were very specific about what we were looking for and he showed us everything except that!? ! I was upset for 5 seconds and then felt pity for the people working there. Clearly, they are not focused on successful customer experiences. SMH.

I was contacted by the Operations Manager (John T) and he took care of my issue. I was pleasantly surprised by the way John spent his time to address my issue. I can now see how much the higher management cares about customers satisfaction. Now I feel that even if a sales person screw it up, I am sure I can definitely count on the management. I hardly ever give 5 star rating, but based on this experience, I am changing my rating to 5*.

Bought Hugo Boss suit for over $600 and got the sleeves altered by them paying additional charge, but the ruined the suit when I complained he just ironed it again and gave it back. I will never go again.

They are very friendly and helpful. As soon as I entered the store they offered me help and got what i was looking for.
