Strauss Menswear

This is my favorite gentleman store, i get all my pieces from Strauss. They provide excellent service to all their visitors.

Highly recommend Strauss Menswear at Limeridge Mall. Excellent selection across a range of prices and sizes (even big & tall). The staff was patient and helpful, especially Mike. We will be back!

Odd mix, I went in one day and got the impression that they thought I couldn't afford anything and didn't say a word to me the entire time I was there.

The next time I was basically hounded and the guy wouldn't leave me alone. It's not hard to just say hello and if you need help let me know. I don't like trying on suits and the dude is watching me like a hawk. These guys must work on commission because they are so annoying and you feel pressured.

If I want help I'll ask otherwise please leave me alone and stop staring at every move I make. You make me feel like a thief.

Edit: their dress shirts are also overpriced. Didn't see one for under $150.

Walked into this store on a Monday evening and wasn't greeted at all.wasn't helped with any suit selections nor given any info on any store promos that they had. Customer service is extremely poor and lackluster. You guys have formal vest going for $180, Calvin Klein suits for $500

Had a really great experience here after having an absolutely unprofessional one at another suit store. You know, the big chain one.

Sales person was super professional, kind, patient, offered up a large selection of various styles and sizes for me to try on. Then gave me advice on what I'd need to do to make the suit fit better.

I ended up buying my suit in record time and I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Thank you. I didn't catch the sales persons name but he did a fantastic job and will definitely come to buy my next suit here again.

Very rude staff, specially Asian guy have no idea how shopping has evolved, he thinks its as it was in 80s.

Wow what an amazing experience. So helpful. I had David assist up with out marking an appointment. He is so experienced. Guessed our sizes perfect. And the prices are the best anywhere. I went to 4 different suit places and David earned the sales as they were truly 5 star service even when it comes to a low budget.

I visited Strauss for the first time today because Moores and Hudson Bay did not have the specific color of dress shirt I was looking for. Strauss had the exact color I wanted and in my size! I fully recommend Strauss to anyone looking for professional and friendly staff, and an amazing selection of dress clothes! I will definitely continue recommending them and will absolutely be returning! Thank you for your help and amazing selection!

I’m writing this review on behalf of my son because he doesn’t write reviews lol. My son went into Strauss today with his grandma, who wanted to treat him with a suit for his high-school graduation. An associate named Aphraim helped him find the perfect charcoal suit. He couldn’t be happier with it and the service they received from Aphraim. The suit is absolutely perfect and the red bow tie that he threw in compliments everything. Thank you Aphraim - Eric C

What a disaster! Run far as fast as you can. Been there three times for sizing, went to pick up suit, buddy’s cousin needed a suit for A funeral, so he sold my suit to his cousin. What a beauty!

I bought a few items for a wedding here yesterday and was so impressed with the sales associates. I have never bought a piece of formal clothing in my life, so I had no idea what I was looking for. Both of the men I dealt with were very helpful, explained a lot of things to me that probably should have been common sense, and helped me stay within my budget.

Also, it turned out that the jacket I chose had a sale tag on it that it shouldn't have, and the real price was more than I was able to afford. The associate who rung me up gave it to me for the sale price without me even saying a word, which he didn't have to do but is so appreciated! I will definitely be coming back in the future!

Great place. The staff really know their fashion and the proper fit. Would go back again and again.

Had a lot of fun picking out my wedding atire here. Sales staff really fun and helpful. Different store names over the years, the same great sale team.

Super friendly staff who know their stuff. Haha literally just fun to be there talking with them
