I am always thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention I receive when coming into this clinic. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Morgan Sinclair is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The clinic itself is clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall positive experience. Their online booking system is also very easy to use if I need to rebook or schedule a new appointment.

Mary and Sarah at the reception has been very kind from the beginning. They are always helpful, accommodating and guides you with the right suggestions. I came to this clinic with a consistent back and shoulder pain but Dr. Casey did his magic and helped me with my pain. Now my movements are great and flexible, I can go back to gym and on hikes which I absolutely love. I would say this treatment (once a week) helped me in getting better shape and being more active in life generally.

The team at Streetsville Chiropractic are personable, considerate and kind. Unfortunatly for me, my situation was a bit novel. Dr. Casey researched treatment options and provided a very customized treatment plan that made me feel at ease and provided results. I highly recommend the team at Streetsville Chiropractic!

Staff and Dr. Casey is very friendly and laidback in tone, they do their job well in the end.

Prices are a little too high though, definitely with the plan give out after the readjustment period to maintenance period, upcharging abit higher then the regular visit in the adjustment period cause of their system where they add tax. ($50 per visit in the readjustment period) ; paper visits would be a way to go and schedule ahead.

I wish someone had convinced or referred me to this clinic years ago. The thought of going to a chiropractor used to scare me until after I’ve seen a big improvement to my father’s posture who’s turning 80 this year. He’s the one who referred me to Dr Morgan. He said she’s really good & there’s nothing to worry about. She’s actually amazing and their treatment sessions are surprisingly affordable. She did a thorough X-ray on me, showed me where the problems were & what she needed to work on. The whole staff are very welcoming & friendly.
I’ve suffered countless headaches for more than 15 yrs. I’ve even had to change doctors a couple of times because they couldn’t figure out what was causing my constant headaches. I was sent to ER because the pain would last for several days, but still didn’t find anything wrong. After seeing Dr Morgan, I was hopeful. I started feeling some improvement after my third visit. My neck, whole body & headache issues had improved a lot when I completed my sessions. She had advised me to come back every 2 weeks for maintenance as my case is more on a severe side, but I didn’t get to come back for 2 months due to covid. I started getting bad headaches again that lasted for days. I came back to tell her & immediately started with the treatment. I have not had any issues since, thanks to Dr Morgan.

Don't be fooled by the reviews, they definitely buy their reviews in exchange for terrible service. Will be filing a complaint with the college of chiropractors of Ontario as a friend of mine had a terrible experience.

Such an amazing clinic! My friend referred me to Dr. Casey a few months ago, as he's been seeing him for years and has seen great results.i've been suffering from severe migraines for as long as I can remember that start at the base of my neck and become increasingly more intense, sometimes to the point where i wake in the night screaming in pain or if i'm awake, the pain makes me physically ill and unable to function.this would happen 2-3 times a week, i'd talked to several doctors who would prescribe me migraine medication but couldn't figure out the root cause of the migraines themselves.i figured i really had nothing to lose, as the initial assessment and adjustment were free as part of a referral program.on my first visit, he went over my x-rays and explained why i was experiencing such severe migraines.i started a treatment plan at once a week and i'm so happy that i did.in the first three months of the year, i've only had one severe migraine and one or two that were noticeably less excruciating than the pain i was in before.the range of motion in my neck has also improved significantly.i take less tylenol, get better nights sleep and have improved moods and energy levels just from not being in constant pain.the clinic is clean and welcoming, great atmosphere and the receptionists are very friendly and helpful.i would recommend Streetsville Chiropractic to anyone who's committed in improving their overall health and well-being.

My family and I have been going to Streetsville Chiropractic since I was a kid. After moving home and experiencing issues with pain and migraines, I decided to come back as a patient. After working with Dr. Casey for a few months I no longer experience migraines, and recently hit a new personal record on my deadlifts at the gym. Couldn’t speak higher of this place or of these doctors!

Despite all the great feedback I've heard about Streetsville Chiropractic I was extremely disappointed with my first, only and last experience here. I have a chiropractor that I've been seeing for the last 3 years but decided to try something new, hoping to have another clinic I could refer my patients to as a busy health care provider in Mississauga. I called to book an appointment, which went smoothly. The receptionist let me know they had a cancellation the next day and I would be able to book in. I was THRILLED because I urgently needed something sooner than my appointment with my chiropractor, next week. The receptionist asked how I heard about Streetsville Chiropractic and I told her someone I knew was coming there and I've only heard great things. I was FLOORED by the response I received, "So unfortunately I can't put you in tomorrow then, you'll only be able to see the other doctor and her next availability is next Wednesday ". Without explanation as to why I was offered an availability to then have it not be an option for me anymore. I was completely open to an explanation, which no one was able to give me. I was then told I would receive a phone call to discuss when I could arrange to book for an appointment, which I have yet to have received either.

I appreciate the time the receptionist took to get my information and look for availabilities for me but I will definitely stay loyal to the exemplary care I've consistently gotten from my original chiropractor of 3 years!

I had neck issues such that it was difficult to turn my head right and to look up. Very beneficial to be able to do this when cycling, probably from staring at the computer screen too much. After several weeks of manipulation by Casey there was a significant difference. Makes cycling much more enjoyable. Highly recommend Streetsville Chiropractic, Casey in particular.

Don't believe all the "good reviews" you see here, these guys are nothing more than a money making machine.they dont care about the patient all they care about is how much money ur willing to spend and how much money they can milk outta u.went once only to basically be told i would need to buy a treatment plan and spend thousands of dollars.the male doctor casy sinclair is just an arrogant money hungry oaf he basically wanted me to max out my insurance on his stupid treatment plan.most of these amazing review seem fake.if u have money to spend, sure come here and fill their pockets but u will not be taken care of, i promise u that.

I went to see Dr. Casey on a referral from a friend, could not be happier with the experience at the clinic. Very professional, the staff is friendly and always accommodating.

If you want to save your money, please go somewhere else! These guys are a scam, the "initial" examination WITHOUT any adjustment is $190! That's right, $190! Most insurance companies do NOT cover such a hefty initial payment. They take your X-ray to basically tell you what you need to work on and even though you have payed $190, they will charge you $43 for adjustment. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! The "treatment plan" they set up for was basically to come back for TWENTY FOUR sessions and pay them $1100! They also give you this sheet for referrals, the doctor told me if I refer someone to them it will be a FREE initial examination for the the person. I referred my cousin, she called and inquired and they told her its not free you will still have to pay 70-80 dollars. If you don't want to break the bank then AVOID these guys at ALL costs. They don't care about anything except money.

I have only been going a short time, but I have already seen improvement even after the first visit. Dr. Murphy and Christine and all the staff are wonderful and attentive, they take time to answer all your questions and educate you on the healing process. I feel that people have a very narrow understanding of how chiropractic works and it is really a shame as it affects your whole body and mind and we have to take care of them now, not when it is too late.

Great overall treatment!
I was suffering from constant calf strains while running, as well as lower back/hip pain. After coming across some literature on the benefits of Chiro to help my calf strain, and a recommendation from a friend, I booked an initial consultation.
The consultation consists of several measurements and an X-Ray. Despite what ignorant people might say, I believe 100% an X-Ray is necessary to know what is off with your spine and how to readjust it.
I was recommended a 3 month plan (which was fully covered by insurance) and was treated by Dr. Casey. Dr. Casey is personable, friendly and effective with his treatments. I felt improvements throughout, and the subsequent X-Ray after the completion of the plan confirmed it. My neck now has the proper curvature and my back has improved closer to normal. I haven’t suffered a calf injury since I started my treatments and my lower back/hip pain is reduced (you also have to stretch and strengthen it on your own time).
I was skeptical about chiropractors before, but now believe it’s a necessary aid to longevity and a healthy lifestyle. I would recommend Streetsville Chiropractic.

Came into the clinic for an assessment for some shoulder pain. Dr. Murphy is professional, thorough and very skilled at what he does. I am finished my 9th treatment, and the results are incredible! I am feeling relief in other areas of my back and shoulders that I never thought I would ever feel relief from. Highly recommend.

These people are literally saviours in my life. I had gotten tinnitus ever since December 2019, and last summer I encountered a massive migraine that completely disrupted my everyday life. I couldn't do work. I couldn't enjoy life. I just couldn't get myself out of bed. The migraine was so bad.

Eventually, I went to the Streetsville Chiropractic clinic, and underwent an examination and found out that my cervical spine wasn't aligned, and that was giving me the headaches.

They then gave me weekly adjustments, and they helped me out in terms of affording their 3 month care plan. And I can confirm right now that my headaches are gone! The migraines are gone! Coffee used to irritate my mind, but now I'm able to drink it just fine. I'm no longer bounded to my bed anymore, and I'm able to enjoy life again! In fact, I finally managed to get a job now, and I'm able to work thanks to them!

My tinnitus still remains, but that may have came to be due to multiple factors, but I'm still trying my best in finding ways to treat it. But honestly speaking, these people literally saved me. They gave me the hope that I needed in my life. I had doctors who literally told me that there's nothing that can be done in my situation, and I should just give up and get used to it.

Right now, my life has completely changed. I feel like I'm finally getting back to feeling normal again. I feel like my health has drastically improved thanks to them. And I'm truly grateful that they helped me out. The staffs are very friendly and supportive, and they gave me the chiropractic service within a few days when I first contacted them. They are very considerate and understanding people. Encountering them, and seeing myself recover is a massive relief especially in this pandemic.

Stay away! This was THE WORST "chiropractic" experience I've ever had.
High pressure to have one of their x-rays. I didn't want to have an x-ray because I didn't want to expose my body to further unnecessary radiation. Plus, if I were to get an x-ray, it would be something recommended by my family doctor, not a chiropractor who is getting paid by me to do this.

I believe because I refused the x-ray, the chiropractor felt the need to "school" me, and violently adjusted my neck causing immediate pain (new and sharp pain, unlike anything I had felt before). With 3 cracks of my neck and spine, I was sent on my way within 5 minutes of "treatment", and told to come back 2x/week for the next several weeks. This neck adjustment ended up becoming enflamed and sore, so much so that I couldn't turn my head for several weeks.

Subsequent visits had you 'warm up' by wobbling on a stool, you then get called to a table and told to lie face down and wait for the practitioner. There is a complete lack of face-to-face conversation or Q&A of any kind. Any expressed concern felt like false pretense, knowing full well that she purposely caused pain on the first visit. Within 5 minutes I was out on the street. The entire "session" lasted no more than 10 minutes (and that included putting $ in the parking meter, walking a block to the front door, and the chair wobbling).

I stopped going after 2-3 weeks after comparing notes with a friend who also receives chiropractic care, and wish I had trusted my instincts after that first appointment in the basement.

I must mention that this isn't my first experience with chiropractic, I have had many adjustments with different chiropractors over 20+ years with no issues regarding treatments or professionalism. I wanted to seek someone new and local because my previous practitioner moved her practice to Burlington.

This place is nothing more than a money factory under the guise of healthcare. Unfortunately, so many people don't realise there is much better care elsewhere.

Streetsville Chiropractic has been in my life since 2003. I was taken there by a colleague after I had severe neck pain. At that time I was seen by the one and only, Vince Sinclair. He did a thorough assessment and basically knew even before x-rays that I had an injury from a car accident that I never took care of. His assessment was bang on and from then on I never turned back. The service from the front desk (Barb, just love you) is absolutely amazing. Since Vince semi-retired I am currently being treated by Dr. Morgan. She is a fabulous Chiropractor and why not, she learned from the best! I say she has x-ray eyes because she knows exactly where my pain points are and she treats me accordingly. I am forever grateful for my friend back almost 20 years for referring me to this amazing team of caring professionals. I pay it forward by referring my friends and family to them. Thanks for all you do care for our health and overall wellness.

Do not come here. The “doctor” in question will “examine” you and tell you to write down your coverage for chiropractic services under your insurance. He will then brainwash you into buying a Cancer curing package worth thousands of dollars and will shame you if you don't proceed. Don't come here! You've been warned

I have to admit that I was initially scared to go to a Chiropractor. That changed when I met Dr. Casey Sinclair. After the third adjustment only, my neck pain that I felt everytime I get up in the morning was gone. My migrane has been less severe and I am hopeful it will completely go away as I continue my treatments. The staff are so friendly and welcoming every time me and my daughter Isabelle go there for our adjustments.

I was quite skeptical on chiropractic services. With my constant headaches, posture and limited movement, I was running out of options.
My digestion issues, headaches and posture have significantly improved. You will have to put in the work, stretches and specific exercises regularly and regual visits. Short term goals for long term success.
Overall I'm happy with the services regarding my particular program. The staff are friendly, office is quite clean.

I was kindly greeted by the ladies at the front desk. By the second visit, I was greeted by first name which is impressive considering how many patients they have.

Dr. Morgan is easy to speak to and is very professional. She always takes the time to answer my questions. Also, she provided additional stretches to complete at home and I can honestly say that I have seen MASSIVE improvements since visiting her. I struggled with tension headaches for several years and I'm finally getting relief. It has changed my life!

I was invited to attend an information session which I found to be educational. Personally, I enjoyed this session and feel like more professionals should take the time to educate their patients in this way.

This is a very honest review of my treatment with Dr. Casey. I have benefitted alot from his care so I took it upon my self to write about this clinic so that more people can get help from him.

Dr. Casey and his sister Dr. Megan run this facility with great passion for chiropractic treatment. Since it was my first time getting chiro treament he educated me alot about it. Also because of the information session with Dr. Megan, I could guage my progress as the treatment progressed.
He worked out a plan for me according to my comfort level, both interms of timings and finances. My health concerns were successfully tended
as the treatment progressed. Even the minor concerns I had from time to time, like a strained neck or something he always listened and provided treatment right away.

I am a patient with Dr. Casey Sinclair, he is super down to earth and works fast and effectivly. He is personable to all his clients and knows how to provide optimal care. I suffered from a lower back injury about 2 years ago, & had chronic pain to the point where I couldnt even sit properly. It felt like my hips were on a hinge. He made sure I got adjusted right away after seeing my x ray and worked around my chaotic schedule. One session with Dr. Casey reduced my pain astronomically. Dr Casey has been working on my back for the last 6 months. I'd never gone to a chiropractor before because I am one of those guys that would tough it out.
As some of the reviews say yes that do ask you to sit through a class that teaches you what is actually going on in your body and how your spine affects it. Is it a bit boring. Maybe, but Knowledge is power and the more you know about your body the more power you have over it. I was offered a plan at a slightly cheaper rate but because of my work I went pay as you go. They are very understanding and have worked within my crazy schedule.
I recently had my re-evaluation and my back is doing much better and my neck curves in the correct direction.
The staff is friendly and Dr Casey is awesome. If you aren't sold on this place then I still recommend getting you back looked at by a professional

I did my research prior to attending the clinic and their reviews really live up to the customer service they deliver. As a healthcare worker I know what the level of customer service is like in most clinics - it’s not good. However, at Streetsville Chiropractic the staff from the front desk to the chiropractors are outstanding. I personally see Dr. Morgan and can’t rave about her enough (just ask my friends and family). It is truly a family approach here and they aren’t in it for the money. I am so thankful to Dr. Morgan for my pain relief. Not only did she treat me, but she also provided exercises and other helpful tips.

The staff and doctors are Truly amazing so friendly and Kind. They also always remember your name as well which makes you feel special

Excellent service, Dr. Casey is very knowledgeable and professional. Got rid of the tingling in my hands and reduced headache frequency to about 1 a week. Highly recommended!
