Excellent service. Thank you to the lady who did my scan. She was very nice and also thanks to the people in the reception for being very welcoming

Went in for a growth scan at 29 weeks pregnant due to having covid at 18 weeks gestation, on Jan 4,2023 @ 230 pm. The tech was MISERABLE and entirely rude. She told me to stop breathing so deeply which is laughable when you're 29 weeks pregnant. She also allowed my mom to come in the room, who was visiting from out of province, for 30 seconds and told her to be quiet when my mom commented on how cute she was.

I'll never return to this location and wouldn't reccomend it to anyone else either!

The rooms are small and cramped and not particularly clean, either.

I went there after hard trial to have an appointment with swollen super painful foot injury The report went to my physician having nothing but tendon inflammation and arthritis! With the pain, I went to emergency same day they did another XRay and US and Surprise! Fracture and tear! I Don't know what to say. I was kept at hospital.they deserve no stars at all. They deserve way less than a "one". I called for an x ray and the answer machine answered telling me that they are open. I tried contacting a receptionist but the mailbox answered. I rushed there with my daughter with a swollen hand and they told me we do not have any appointments till 5 days later. Then, I had to wait till the next day since it was too late to go any where else and every thing is closed.

Not sure why I’ve been on hold for 20mins.
Please hire more staff. I regret having my requisition sent here

Totally laughable imaging clinic. This is truly third world medicine in the middle of Canada. Why does it take 2 months to book an x-ray and ultrasound appointment? Also some of the staff members are extremely rude with patients, since I witnessed a staff member yelling "hello? Hello? ! " to an elderly gentleman who may have had difficulty hearing. This place needs to be shutdown. The future of our healthcare system is bleak with places like this.

This is easily one of the worst healthcare institutions I’ve ever been to! They booked me in for an appointment, asked for all information (including healthcard), and all was good. Once I actually go in for the appointment, they said that the health card was expired even though the ministry has extended all cards until Feb 2022! If there was an issue with their system, they should not have booked the appointment! They then offered to provide service if I pay out of pocket (170$!) … definitely a place to avoid!

I don't know why they have listed the phone number if they are never intend to pick it up.
Even in the middle of pendamic they are living in 1945 where you have to go personally to book an appointment.
I just don't understand why would not they update website to book an appointment.

I have only great things to say about this place. The staff are all friendly, professional and prompt. On each visit, i was taken right in and didn't have to wait. Saba (the technician) is amazing. She is compassionate, friendly and made me feel comfortable. Compared to many other clinics, this one is above & beyond. Thank you for treating me with respect and decency.

This is a place that I and my family will never come back again! The receptionist who schedules the appointment is so rude, not friendly talker, and disrespectful.
Today Feb-04-2021, my son need an ultrasound, I have been trying to book by phone for hours/days and nobody answered, and no automated voice to help. I went to the clinic, talked first to a lady who tried to help me, once I couldn't do by phone, but this blonde lady haven't even looked into my eyes. She just said "NO I will not book your appointment because I'm busy, you should keep trying by phone". What a disgusting and disrespectful treatment! I was there, in front of here, following all safe protocols, with the Doctor Prescription in hands! It was only a 5minutes job. She should be fired!

The receptionist was able to book me in right away over the phone. The US tech was very kind and compassionate. She asked me to point out the areas where I was experiencing the most discomfort to get the best pictures possible for the radiologist. I was impressed, (and pleasantly surprised!), after reading other reviews. I would book here again.

I've been calling for days to book for an appointment but no one's answering! So annoying. I mean, is this business even existing?

I don't know why this place has such a low rates but my experience with one of the technicians for an ultrasound was amazing!
It was for the first trimester ultrasound and the technician was very kind and nice.
My appointment was at 12pm and they called me exactly at 12.
Overall, it was my best experience

For X-ray I wait for one hour.
And at end I decide to take the my paper and go to another clinic.
The staff is very unprofessional.
The people who came after me, they finished x-ray before me.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!

I will never go there.

If I could rate this any lower, I would. I could see why the ratings are so low and despite it all- I thought I had to check it out for myself. So I booked with them. On my way there there was an accident, I was riding with an uber and there was nothing we could do to get there faster. Receptionist was rude and their only goal was to go home on time, no care for their clients. I was at the parking lot when they were saying they could not take me in because I am 10 mins late, after explaining to them the accident she replies with "so when would you like to rebook, our technician wants to leave at 5". I was so appalled and disgusted by their lack of professionalism. I paid for uber there and back and no ultrasound.

Terrible time management, was told the wait time to be 30mins but ended up waiting for 1.5 hours. Technician didn't bother to read the requisition carefully and tried to xray the wrong limb and needed to be corrected twice.

Had an ultrasound today at this location. The staff were really awesome, welcoming and knew there job. The ultrasound sound technician Marisa was very kind and did her job well. The lady at reception greeted me well and took my requisition right away even though it was not the opening time yet. Keep rocking beautiful people.

They messed up my appointment. Were rude and accused me of being wrong when I showed the evidence that we had an appointment at this time. Then when no one showed up at the time we had scheduled. Because it was our appointment time! There was no apology and just dirty looks from the reception staff at the ultrasound. They turned what was supposed to be a great day for my wife and I, into an unnecessary stressful situation.

The front desk staff need to work on their professionalism. They appear quite rude and lack compassion. Most noticeably are bad time management skills and no apologies whatsoever for mishandling appointment (thus causing delays and people to be late for their work). The technicians seem fine though.

Un proffesional, waited 45 mins to get an x ray done, later got the call, they missed 1 picture, so I need to come back, next day I got back, despite telling I am next for x ray, they took in the lady who came 10 mins after me, when I asked I was suppose to be next, all I got answer in rude tone, I AM SORRY.

The person at the desk said there were a few patients ahead of me but I still had an hour and a half wait. Very inefficient and unprofessional. This took time out of my busy day and I do not recommend this place because of the long wait.

Unprofessional staff and the ultrasound rooms are very small and the technology is outdated at this location.

Just terrible. I wish i could give 0 stars. The ultrasound tech's are so unprofessional and rude. Ive been for 4 different ultrasounds here and all 4 were AWFUL. You'd think they would have some kind of empathy or general kindness, or compassion when you're in that line of work.word to the wise, if you are pregnant I HIGHLY recommend finding somewhere else to get your ultrasounds done!
