Had a bad experience with the staff, manager took over the deal and promised a better experience but it did not improve much. Waited weeks for the vehicle, I had to call the dealership after not hearing from them about any information at all and every phone call ended with “I’ll call you back when I get more information”. Also, had a scratch on the back end that was supposed to be touched up (written in the sales agreement) but found out when I went to pick up the vehicle that there was nothing they could do. Lastly, after feeling like a last priority for weeks, I went to pickup the vehicle and when I started it there was not gas! I thought they would throw some floor mats in or at the very least fill the tank after everything, I guess not.

Hunter was quite knowledgeable and he even demoed for me (and I ended up buying) the his car which the company gave him to drive and get a feel for.

Well who ever reads this please beware the service dept is a bunch of sharks took my caddi for cruise control issue it’s a 2016 caddi Escalade very nice found the problem with there computer right away give me quote too replace $2200 later paid the bill drove it for 10 days get on 401 where I could use the cruise guess what don’t work well I strarted to overheat so I called explained the situation to service and they said bring it in they will look at it so I get a text this morning and guess what it’s the other module I found it hard to beleive there were 2 module for the same cruise control so there quote this time was $2600 I said to myself cruise control but it’s not worth almost $6 k after tax to have so my wife on way home just tryed the cruise and guess what now it works fine so my question is they thought I was going to keep throwing money at this car but seems and I likely know it wasn’t a module is the first place they our crooks and they will never see me again please beware

Purchased new GMC Terrain 9 mnths later transmission failed. Contacted them on a Friday night no service depart till following Monday. Asked for help and need of a replacement toll repairs complete. Told no one can make that call wait till Monday. Get Onstar to tow it, wrong they only tow to nearest GM dealer. Like everyone else I work Mondays thats why I called Friday!

Salesman leid to us after we received the car. Said put new tires on the car, 1 year later we had to buy new tires. Car is 2019 tires on it are 2016. They promised 2 keys they only had 1 thet lost the key wanted to pay f400 f

Be careful with this place, if your buying a new car/truck. Don’t believe what the sales team tells you, always double check everything before you sign a bill of sale. The service shop is run pretty good. Still this has got to be one of the worst GM’s I have encountered.

I have been there twice with a chevy express 2500 and both times were terrible.your service manager is rude, lies constantly (he must think the customers are stupid and believe his excuses/lies) and even your front room secretary is not very nice at all (on the phone or in person). I will certainly not ever go visit your dealership again and i will let everyone know how your dealership operates (it is kind of obvious that you guys/ the owners, don't care either way). Looking at your online reviews, people already know.

I have bought lots of vehicles over the years and I have never had a better experience buying a new truck as I did this year. Alex Frisina was our sales rep who we had never met before, he treated us with the highest service I have ever received to date when buying a vehicle he did not pressure us. Alex found me the new 2021 truck that we wanted and made the whole process smooth and easy. I would personally recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go see Alex for their used or new car needs.

We just purchased our 5th vehicle from Strickland's. We had Alex as our salesman. He is very friendly, upfront and honest. He knew that I was very nervous buying a car with so much technology in it and he was very helpful and tried to put my mind at ease. He is such a great fit for a salesman he was amazing!

This was a great experience for me to buy this truck. Alex was very good with explaining the details about everything needed.

Because of covid, and having no ride home, I was prepared for a two hour wait, no problem. I found a very comfortable chair in front of a large TV screen. I made myself a freshly brewed espresso, and hunkered down. After an hour I thought I should stretch my legs. Then they called my name.oh, I didn't think it wod be that fast. Sure enough, they were done! And not just an oil change! All fluids were topped up, and tire pressure was checked. Thank you to all the staff! I have no problem coming back to have another espresso.

These guys continue to phone my cell phone to try and get me to book a service appointment. I've asked them to stop calling many times yet they continue. Total harassment. I will never do business with them again!

I went in looking to trade my SUV for a new truck. It was not a very pleasant experience. The sales team was only interested in playing the classic "used car salesmen" style games. It came across as very sleazy and dishonest. I dont appreciate being assigned a new salesperson so they can try out their new sales techniques.

Example: they wouldn't offer me a value on my trade in unless I told them what I owed first. When intold then it was none of their business, they gave an insultingly low offer. Approach 50% of market value. Give me your best price or dont waste both of our time.

The vehicle I was interested in wasn't even on the lot and they kept pressing me about monthly payments. Just an attempt to misdirection and more dishonesty.

I haven't used the service department, so that may be the one redeeming quality about this dealership. But if the sale team continues to use these antiquated sales tactics, I was suggest you avoid this place and purchase your new vehicle elsewhere.

Better options exist.

We bought a used vehicle from them, and despite having agreed to pick it up on the Friday, the sales rep called and insisted I pick up a day early because he wasn’t going to be in the day we originally agreed to. Picked up the car and found that it still needed repairs that we would have to come back for because they couldn’t get the parts in time - even though they had insisted we come get the car earlier! In the end, the car they sold us had far fewer options than what we wanted in the first place but was offered at a low price. A bunch of hidden fees later and it ended up being nearly the same price as the vehicle we saw at other dealerships.

Overall, imo other dealerships certainly offer better customer experience, warranties, and guarantees on used cars. I wouldn’t use Strickland’s again or recommend them to someone else.

I would not recommend this dealership. I had made an appointment to test drive 2 vehicles with them. I was traveling from out of town (approx. 30 min away) and confirmed with them that morning prior to leaving to ensure all was ok. Upon arriving, the first vehicle I was to test drive was advised to have been (just) sold, the other was a complete bait and switch of the car posted online. The car online (priced at $5000) showed a vehicle in great aesthetic condition. No rust on the body and to be in excellent shape (there were 15 pics online, from many angles). When in fact the car was rusted all over, and even had the windshield wiper in back literally hanging off just dangling there.very disappoint and lost complete trust in them. Also, in writing this review 3 days later and bringing up the discrepancy between the pictures and the actual car.they did not feel the need to update the listing (very telling). The sales person let me know that he was "embarrassed" about the difference, but apparently not "embarrassed" enough to fix it for the next customer who falls for the same bait and switch

Great service, experience and cost. This dealership puts their best foot forward right away with cost and service. Chris our sales rep was well prepared and versed for any questions we had and Leigha got us a great rate and great warranties. I would and have recommended Strickland's to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I took my 2012 cargo express van in for service, my muffler was loud, could smell coolant, it needed a gasket n a new water pump. I just left it in over night n was fixed up next morning.was worth the wait.

First of all I would like to say that when i buy a new vehicle I am one of the biggest pickiest guy and have an eye for detail. As I just purchased my new 2020 Silverado z-71 HD DUROMAX I found multiple little things and some more larger defects that most people would not notice. What people should know and realize before they bash the dealership that Strickland's does not manufacture these trucks and cars they sell them. After this Covid began it is hard for people to get in and deal with problems they may have but I will say that the Manager Mr. Rick Scott and also Matt Warder have went out of they're way above and beyond to make my truck beautiful as it can be. I thank them and the Strickland team for all the hard work and efforts they have done for me. I would definitely use this dealership with any new purchases and add on parts for my new truck. I recently just moved to Brantford and I needed some service on my truck. I had called on a Friday to have my truck in for the following Tuesday at 10am and because of covid rules and regulations I understood they they were probably busy and only doing what they could to keep people safe, still I was looking for a reliable service that could do a job. I had brought my truck in on the Tuesday and later that day I received a call from them apologizing about why they couldn’t do any service on my truck because of the work they have to catch up on the other vehicles. So after leaving my truck 4 hours there they called and said they’re sorry for the inconvenience. I’m sorry as well. As a first time customer I did not expect this.

I recently bought my new suv from stricklands. My salesperson Alex F, was so great! He was able to answer all our questions and managed to find a vehicle with all the features I wanted. A great experience. We worked with Chris Samples on our latest purchase. First a very friendly greeting by reception when you entered. I then met Chris who was genuine, courteous and pleasant. We discussed the vehicle I was interested in. He was honest and forth right. No games played. We received fair value for the vehicle we were trading in.
