I ordered a table and it came weeks after it said its estimated shipping date was (after I purchased of course). When it arrived it had a huge dent on the side of it (was a table). I immediately contacted customer support and their solution was 15% off the table as is or they could pick it up in 2-4 weeks… and process the return then and also I would have to pay $50 for the pick up. I was told I could not return to a store myself, “because they had no space”. I’m not sure what they have inventory wise as nothing is ever available anyways. After contacting multiple people and waiting 3-5 business days for them to contact me back there is still no resolution. I will never shop here again, I will tell everyone I now to never shop here. Structube is THE WORST QUALITY AND PLACE ON EARTH.

I bought loveseat last year and less than 6 months it’s broken and they came to fixed another few months it’s broken again and at the first time they fixed for us they informed us that no way to re-fixed and now after 14 months of purchasing we have to buy a new one, and I’m sure it’s not going to be from the same place but I’m not ready to buy a new furniture every year, it’s waste of money

Customer service and interaction has been very positive and great with Clay. We bought Dinning table, chairs, sofa, coffee table and media unit from Structube. All thanks to Clay for providing great service. Always smiling

1 star is down because of the asian lady that works there, very arrogant, does not know how to talk to the customers, avoid going to her. Rather approach Clay and Daniel, they are better.

You need to ask staff what’s available in the store as delivery for rest of stuff is min 4 months away. Items priced to sell. Quality is not that great but overall ok.

The staff here was amazing! Ordered a new dresser and had it within a couple days. They also ordered me a part for my bed under warranty and had it within a week. This was after online staff told me it wasn’t possible to get the part. Great service! Highly recommended.

By far the worst place to get furniture. Ordered a bed october 2021, and now every time i email them, they tell me it wont get here for another 3 months. It went from April, May, June, July, and now the arrival date is august. I don't think i'm ever getting this bed. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM STRUCTUBE! They will lie to you, take your money, and you'll never see your product.

If you are looking for a place to get amazing customer service then this location of Structube is the place for you. The manager Rick is incredible with both his knowledge of the products and his extremely strong interpersonal skills. He made my wife and I feel as though our order was his number one priority. We went there in September to place our order and despite many items being on back order Rick ensured that all our items arrived in good condition and on the time they were expected in stock. This five star review would have been earned solely on the preceding basis, however, many items arrived from the warehouse damaged or in poor condition. Rick months and months later still remembered our order and when those back order items were damaged and not assembled correctly, he personally saw to it that the items were replaced or reassembled correctly. Simply put, Rick treated our order as though it was his own. He was able to emphasize and troubleshoot our issues effectively in a very timely manner, and he made us feel comfortable every step of the way. Want some well priced furniture with amazing customer service? Go see Rick. Thanks again Rick for all your help!

Extremely difficult to deal with it. Everyone has a different answer and no one knows the correct return policy really. Items are cheap to buy but the long run you are paying for in convenience for returning an item or exchanging an item.

Great store, priced well. The sales associate I dealt with was extremely helpful and transparent about delays and what to expect.

Based on the other reviews, it seems like a bunch of entitled Karens have finally left their WFH dungeons and are out for minimum wage blood. Some of you could use an attitude adjustment. Pathetic.

All the negative reviews are 100% true. Worst ever customer service. Spoke to a guy called Burt who was extremely rude. I asked to check if a particular sofa was available and he said he does'nt know/ does'nt have access to a computer and literally hung up.

It's really mind boggling how such people are hired in a service industry! Stay away from this location. Good luck Structube at this location to stay in business for much longer!

This review has nothing to do with this location! It’s about Structube’s Policy and Customer Service.

I bought a sofa online in January during lockdown and it started piling after a month! A month later the stitches started opening up! Throughout that time i contacted customer service by phone and emails and they were not willing to resolve our issue and now they stopped responding. It is obvious that the fabric is not a good quality because the sofa hasn’t been extensively used.

I usually don’t write a review, but the staff of this store was very rude, impolite, disrespectful.
We were waiting in the line for half an hour to get into the store after it was our turn, she said you can’t enter to the store because we are closing at 15 mins, nobody told us before waiting in the line. I told her you should let us know before waiting in the line, she said it’s not my job to tell you, I’m telling you now, very rude and making fun of us,
It seemed racism behavior to us.
I will never buy anything from this store, and do not recommend to anyone. I will spend my money with good customer service and respectful staff, sorry for the company to have an employee like this lady.

The unit that was sent out had a few issues with it. There were some visible cracks and holes on the item.

The return policy isnt too great so we had to make do with what was sent.

Unreliable. It's not worth shopping at structube until covid is over. It's 5 months and running delayed delivery on my sofa and bed frame order. They want to hold the one item they do have ready to ship for another 2 months until the other is in stock or ask me to cover separate additional delivery costs. It doesn't feel like you're a priority once you've given this business your money. No follow-through on customer relations. I can't recommend shopping here unless you leave the store WITH the item you want like you would at IKEA

Their estimated "ready to be shipped" date was 2 months from purchase. They contacted me asking for a 1 month extension, then again and then again 2 more times after until i had enough and canceled both items. It was 6 months and running but they wouldn't send the other item that they did have in stock unless they got another $200 delivery fees. The odd thing was that each item would have qualified for free delivery if bought separately. Like i said above, only buy items you can walk out of the show room with.

If i could give this company zero stars I would! I purchased a bed and it broke after 2 days. I had to chase them for 2 weeks to get the return “approved”. They scheduled a pick up of the bed and showed up one day earlier than scheduled without warning. They have had the bed for 6 days and are still refusing to return my money because they can’t confirm its in their warehouse. This company is a joke! Do not buy anything from them.

Great collection and amazing staff. We were very pleased with our experience at this location, the store manager Rick listened to our needs and concerns and went above and beyond to make sure we are happy. Highly recommend this store to anyone shopping for furniture.

I’m a current customer at structure, I came to return a 23 dolar purchase, in perfect shape and because it wasn’t 7 days, the manager at the store said it was a final sale. I will probably look at the total bill first And at the customer. This has always happened to me at structure you have great stuff but your managers need more experience on how to treat customers and keep them happy.

Very stylish models with a very affordable price. Everytime I go to Structube I really like to buy a few things for my home. Compare to other stores in this category and this price range I really recommend this. For example Ikea is in this price range. But Structube is much more stylish and you get a better feeling of it. At least one time go there and take a look at the stuffs. Don't get regret.

One of the bigger structube locations. Service was prompt and friendly.
Delivery was smooth and drivers were friendly.
I'm taking one star off for the franchise and not this actual location because I tried to make my order online, twice and got both orders cancelled, but I had to wait a week for the charges to be reversed on both my cards. This caused a delay in my timeline for purchasing the rest of the furniture and appliances for our new home.

This is one of the bigger Structube stores in the area, they had a lot of the pieces we saw online in store. Love the designs and prices are quite acceptable.
We dealt with Alexandra for our large order and a few follow up changes. She was absolutely amazing, she remembered us after one visit and was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Ordered a sofa, the day it was delivered. I received a broken leg and called the store right away and was advised that it will be replaced and should receive it within a week. A week later, still not received it and promised again for another week. So I called as promised and guess what, the sales rep picked up my call but hung up on me after and was so mad about it. I called back and spoke with a manager and advised me that it is there. NO ONE EVEN CALLED ME AFTER THE FACT THAT SALES REP HUNG UP ON ME AND I HAVE TO PICK IT UP! Very disappointed.the inconvenience of watching tv at home and standing up the whole time as I have no sofa for almost 3 weeks! No one even compensates me for the big inconvenience it had caused me! I AM A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER. I am giving this store one star.not a good customer service!

I dealt with Alexandra. Her customer service and helpfulness was 5/5. I have no decorating skill set so her knowledge was invaluable. I received excellent service and advice. Not only did I receive technical knowledge and expertise but from a product knowledge, decorating, layout and interior design perspective Ally was critical in making my new condo first rate, functional and beautiful. She has a keen eye for style and functionality and is meticulous in detail. She was beyond exceptional.
Wouldn’t change a thing / great experience.

Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Alexandra at Structube. I recently purchased a house in Oakville and have been so lost in how to properly decorate it without spending an arm and a leg and how to combine all the stuff I have to look good. I’ve read soooo many internet articles and whatnot that left me even more confused. I’ve spoken to many professionals while shopping that just kind of agree with whatever I say or try to upsell even if it’s not really what I want or don’t see my vision- so I always end up not buying anything and going home defeated. So many pros assume you should have an unlimited bank account and only buy the most expensive things in order to decorate properly- which is a load of BS. I’ve even hired one pro to come and give me advice and didn’t enjoy the experience. I asked Alexandra questions about how to mix wood tones and she didn’t even hesitate with her responses. She didn’t push me to make any purchases either- I actually left with only buying one chandelier. I am so confident after speaking with her that I intend to return to Structube specifically for her unbiased, honest advice- and will make my future purchases with her. Thanks Alexandra!

The only assembly i needed to do were the legs. When i opened the box there were no pre screwed holes for the legs to go in.so we had to manually screw them in. The instruction recommended Us to avoid the use of power tools, so we used a screw driver instead and took us hours because the we physically couldnt screw them in. This is absolutely ridiculous. It was really hard to screw them in straight. They marked the bottom corners with lines that were not even straight as if an eight year old child drew them. Apprently other mondels come with pre screwed holes but just not the falcon model. This is absolutely crazy and we are seriously disappointed with this company
