Love their furniture, but specifically this location, because of their customer service! The manager Chris was extremely helpful and friendly and really went above and beyond to help me with 2 of my orders.

On top of that, this is the main warehouse that actually has some inventory you can buy, so I prefer it compared to other structubes.

Amazing customer service experience at the Kennedy store today. Incredible staff that were very helpful finding the right stools that I needed in a pinch. They even sourced other stores to fulfill my last minute request. Great job Chris and Team. First time customer - long term client for the future. Thx again!

After a long search, we finally found our dining room table and chairs. This location is definitely bigger than others, so the showrooms have more on display. We didn’t get a round table, which was our preference, but the rectangle seemed to work. We had to wait for the table and chairs to come in, and placed a pre-order. The second time around, we were asked to pay upfront, but I explained we didn’t have to do it for the table, so they didn’t push with the chair purchases. I received a text message when the items came in stock, and pick-up was a breeze (behind the building).

If guys you are not sure about the furniture they will harass you to return. They delivered the furniture at my place everything went smooth. However we did not liked the quality of furniture and called them to return to which they gave us very hard time over the phone to return after that they said we have to bring the furniture to store or else they cannot refund us. Hope this will help furniture clients. If you are not sure about the furniture or anything goes wrong better not to return and suffer.

! Bed fell apart in the middle of the night and hurt my back only after one year light used by one single person. Take that as reference when you wanna purchase anything. Bought my entire home furnitures here, and they all started to fell apart now. I was attracted by the show room design but the received item quality is terrible and cheap made.customercare said after one year no warranty, nothing can be done. So imagine this: the furniture that I waited forever because of the shipping delay and finally arrived, fell apart and broke after one year. Sad.

The Mecca of furnitures. The Structube Kennedy and 401 is like the biggest chocolate factory for a kid. Full of colorful and beautiful beds, bedrooms, living room furniture, sofas and tables and chairs.
I liked many pieces in this store and I also liked their accessories.
This store is the best Structube in ONTARIO.moving forward, I will only go to this store.

Just when we thought it was impossible to find good customer service in this country anymore, we had the pleasure of dealing with Chris at Structube in Scarborough who provided the best experience we've had shopping in years! This store also had a great selection and unbeatable prices.way better than the other furniture stores.

I purchased a leather sectional from the Kennedy location and had two minor issues with the delivery. I sent an email to the store and received a call immediately from Manager Chris Harmantas. Both issues were dealt with by Chris in a very professional and satisfactory manner. I am very pleased with my purchase and with the way Chris dealt with these issues. Thank you again Chris!

Chris H, the store manager, was very understanding and helpful when we had an issue with one of our purchases. He got back to us within a day and provided a timely resolution. This definitely turned around our experience, and we will be back to Structube for future purchases. Thanks Chris!

Located inside a busy plaza, you'll find this among a few other furniture stores in the area.

The styles are modern, the prices are reasonable. For under $200, there are plenty of chair options. For under $1000, there are a good number of options for tables.
This is one of the many locations they have. The staff themselves are OK and are friendly.

Parking plenty except on holidays.

They have nice designs and the showroom is very clean and spacious. The staff were really friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that many items are out of stock or need weeks or months to be available. I ended up buying a coffee table and tv stand. They are good quality and fit my houses design perfectly.

Hi Structube, I recently purchased 2x Cassiopeia Pendant Light Fixtures and the appropriate number of Edison Bulbs E26 with it. During installing the light fixture and then being excited to place these bulbs in, I was very disappointed to find three boxes sold to me without bulbs in them. I put my trust in the service you all provided me and I thought you all wouldn’t disappoint.

Please advise what am I supposed to do now with 3 bulbs missing from my new light fixtures.

Absolutely ridiculous. Called into the store to ensure availability of a rug before I made the 30 minute drive over. Associate confirmed over the phone they had it in stock.

Of course, when I arrived there, it was not in stock. Extremely frustrating.

Then, rather then actually helping me, rude associate kept rushing like a child who’d been exposed to caffeine for the first time. For context I’m one of two customers in the store, other customer is already being helped. She kept running through which stores had availability, making errors which I kept correcting as I could see her computer as well. It took all the restraint I had to not lose it.

All in all, horrible store and never returning.

My experience at Structube Kennedy Commons was wonderful. Trisha was great with helping me finding the right pieces. Then upon delivery I had a couple of concerns and Chris from customer service went out of his way to promptly find the right solutions for me. Impressive. Highly recommend:)

Very rude staff, when I went there today and asked a question to a staff regarding a product, she told me on my face "we are closing in two minutes" then on our way out I asked again a question to another lady I believe her name is Ashly, same respond, closing, you need to leave, come back tomorrow or check online. Wow what a customer service! Staffs are tired, rude, unprofessional, seams like they are not happy working there and want to get out of the place as soon as possible.

After countless hours of looking around for a dining table set, this was the last store my mom and I entered. As soon as we stepped in, we thought it was a super expensive furniture store. Turns out, they're so affordable and unique that it's unbelievable. We weren't greeted right away but that was fine with us because we both don't like to be approached right away. We ended up buying a dining set and were told it will arrive mid May. Literally true! Mid May rolled around and we got the call that the set is ready for delivery. We loved how efficient the delivery guys were and how we could track when they were arriving exactly. I am definitely coming back and recommending to family and friends. 5/5

Love this Structube location.the store is massive, and they're the only location in the area (i think) with floor models and lightly damaged items for lower prices at the back of the store.i've found a few great furniture items for less!

Friendly staff, nice clean store and great selection.

I wanted to update my review just to provide more positive feedback. I purchased a couch, coffee table, dinning table, and 4 dinning chairs from Structube. Some orders were online and delivered, some were picked up by me. There was some delays in but I was aware of them and the staff and website give estimates for when items will be in stock. Planning ahead is very important but the price, quality, service and staff are all excellent. I'd recommend this store and other Structube locations to anyone looking to buy furniture or decor.

Placed an order back in Sept, still order not arrived. When complaining to one of the staff about it she was so disrespectful and with a condescending tone rushed to cancel the order. When I asked her about her behavior, she said she is not getting paid enough to care.

Bought a chair and during assembly noticed the cusion had a large depression. This happened during there storage. Also the frame of the chair on the inside of the hollow tubing had a lot of rust. Not happy with the purchase since I already built the chair. There return policy says I can only return if in original packaging. Will not be shopping here again. I do not have the time to repackage an item.

Bought from Structube Richmond Hill. (Coastal King Size Bed)

Bed frame has a major crack and their explanation is that it is normal with natural wood. The bed's end piece sits on an angle and their explanation, loosen the bolts until it sits straight. The bed already shakes with the screws tightened. Their HQ clearly has no idea how their products are designed and offer solutions that don't work/waste your time.

I was able to get a refund. You get what you pay for. The material is great but the quality is poor. Pay more money for quality from CB2 or Crate and Barrel.

Manager's at store level never respond to your phone calls. Structube, you have the worst post sale customer service.

Bed arrived in a damaged box for which they had no response. Their delivery service sucks, they deliver to the front porch only because the third party company has no insurance. I paid money to have the bed (100KG plus) moved upstairs. Now, I have to pay to have it moved outside and I have to repack it all.

What a disaster. Waste of money, time, and energy. Never again

Fantastic furniture store with great design ideas. Staff is very helpful without being on ones heels. There is waiting times for a few items but thats the sign of times. I can’t understand people that don’t understand that delays in availability is not in the hands of the company. Ordered products have been mostly timely as i was told with slight delays but as said one ought to understand the supply chain challenges. They use third party company for delivery of the ordered furniture.

Ordered two dining chairs and a dining table in November 2021. At the time, they told us that the items were out of stock but will have stock by late December and early January. We were ok with that since it was only about a month or two away. Fast forward to February 2022, we’ve followed up a total of 3 times with the customer service line, each time they told us something different. We had answers ranging from next week, few days, to flat out “I don’t know when”

They told me that the chairs are in stock but because it didn’t reach the $299 threshold that it’s not eligible for shipping. Complete garbage response from the manager who won’t even waive a difference of $20 to ship me the items. Basically like all the other reviews, they’re holding the deposits and just racking up free interest. At the time of writing this, I still have not received my order. I was promised by customer service that a manager will call me to resolve and have no heard anything.

Word of warning to anyone thinking of ordering from Structube, just move on, unless you’re ok with them leading you on and holding your deposit.

Would give 0/5 if possible

They have all the items on their website in-store, but the quality and material are not very well. It is reasonable for this price, but it is not very good or excellent.

Don't order furniture through here. Absolutely awful post service. Have been waiting since last July and was just told that it may arrive in July. A full year for chairs. No one seems to care at all. Not once have we received a call to let us know about delays. They were originally supposed to be delivered in October, then December, then February, then March and now that I called we are expecting July. The only options they presented are either cancel it or wait. No resolution to the fact that I bought a Dining set, and to have a table sitting at home already without chairs is not really an option.

If someone just kept us informed about the delays it would be one thing. You have to call to find out any information and the person on the other line all but laughs at you as they tell the date.

For all online orders - even if the products are broken/faulty, the company policy requires the customers to pay full delivery charges. Wayfair is a much better alternative.

A lot of nice looking items the store. I ordered an ottoman and a coffee table in August. They said 2.5 months (!) for delivery. It's been 2.5 months, so I called to check on it - the person on the phone said "oh, yeah, so unfortunately it's been pushed for the end of January" - 2.5 months more. Total disrespect for people's time and money. They didn't even bother letting me know. So disappointing. If you go there, be ready to an unlimited, undisclosed time of delivery that might change with no limit and no update.

Really great customer service. Chris dealt with my concerns immediately and effectively. He communicated everything with me, was super accommodating and very easy to deal with. I have purchased several pieces of furniture from Structube in the past but this most recent interaction has made me want to deal with this particular location more often.

We ordered some furniture from their website and all of them were in stock at that time. But, after just one day we realized that one of them is no longer in stock on their website and we called them to see those it affects our order situation or not. The answer is YES, they stopped our order without notifying us! The only option that they gave us was canceling the order. I asked them to refund my money but the rude customer service agent told me that I have to wait for 10 days. I know that they could easily call the bank and make the refund process faster but they didn't accept this. I ask that rude guy to at least transfer me to the manager but he said the manager is not available now and getting a call back from the manager is not guaranteed! Such a bad experience.
Now, I have to wait 10 days just because of their fault! Never ever shopping from structure!

There are lots of options to see and friendly staff to help you but, most of them are not in stock! Estimated delivery times are not real so, recommend buy whatever is available.

Great place to shop for affordable and modern furnitures. It also has a large liquidation section for marked down items. Structube and Ikea are my go to places for furnishings.

Ordering for pickup was super disappointing. Apparently every order is shipped from their warehouse in Montréal. Would be nice if they told me to expect to wait 2 weeks for me order without me having to call the store.

I got an accent chair from this store less than a year and not used it frequently. This chair already ripped off on the side now! All staples came out! It’s very dangerous! Worst furniture ever! Do not buy!

Ordered a table, came broken, only to get it exchanged for another broken table (the box had SO many foot marks, their staff walked all over the product) and 3 forms filled in (fill out this form, then emailed to fill out another form, then another email to fill out the first form AGAIN) with over 4 calls and ended up by them hanging up on us, every-single-time (customer service means nothing to them). Should rename the company to money-down-the-drain/send-your-enemies-to-shop-here. We're so utterly disappointed. Will have to file with visa because nothing we are doing is resolving the problem that has been ongoing for MONTHS. This company is an outright thief and sadly we're not the only customer who got ripped off from them.

This store has every price range and definitely suited to condo sized furniture! Props to our sales rep Sara, very patience as I changed my mind 5 times. Please schedule her break soon, she'll need it!
