We went to Structube and we purchased 2 couches and the experience was so flawless. I highly recommend checking them out.

Absolute horrible customer service. I went in and not only was I wandering around for 15 minutes without anyone approaching me asking if I needed help, when I did go up to the counter to ask for help the young lady held her finger up while staring at her phone. After I finally got her to pay attention to me she told me that unless I was willing to spend over $1000 it was a waste of her time to help me for her commission

I was in the store for about 20 minutes and was not greeted or even looked at once. I’m looking to furnish my entire living room so help or at least a hello would have been appreciated. Will not be coming in again. Terrible customer service.

I found a good range of quality and affordable furniture here but what really stood out was how helpful the staff was. Unlike other places, they were flexible and patient, even when I wanted to change my order. They responded quickly to emails and calls and were just really pleasant to talk to. I am very satisfied with the overall experience

Absolutely worst furniture experience. I ordered two beds they sent the wrong colour. We waited a week, they sent the exact same colour that was wrong, and they sent 1 bed not two. Complete incompetence. When I asked for a reasonable discount they said we can take the taxes off. And the attitude was awful throughout the experience.

Very nice place for furniture. Very very elegant design. All the selections there are so beautiful. Paintings are pretty too. Price is affordable. I wish I had known this place earlier.
Comparing to other places with $$$$ this place offers you more reasonable price
Will definitely come back for shopping and purchasing!

My new furniture is stunning So very pleased. We wanted modern comfort furniture without the high price tags. Well we found it! Structube is amazing. If you don't mind unwrapping and setting up to save a lot of money. Try Structube.you won't be disappointed

Horribly ran business.

They make false promises about delivery times of products knowing they won't actually meet expectations.

For the past several weeks, we have seen the "expected delivery to the warehouse" be pushed back on 4 separate occasions.

When you press them for further information, you are told "there is no possibility for us to speak to the manufacturer and our warehouse delivery team", and constantly plead that it is out of their control.

We even tried our luck with head office, suffice to say.no luck.

All in all, this business is doomed to fail regardless or their fair prices. If you cannot meet customers expectations, please be honest. Having to wait a month beyond expected delivery date with no further information is not a good long term plan.

Never setting foot in your shop again, pity.

I can’t even begin to explain the disappointment in their costumer service.
We had a couch delivered to us which they failed to send 1 of the 5 boxes.
It’s been two weeks of trying to contact them to find the box

They have instructed us that we have to disassemble the couch and package it back up in the old boxes or with garbage bags or sheets with tape….
I told them I don’t have the help to carry it back out of my house and to then package it back up.
Their furniture is not cheap to be treating their paying customers like this.
They should have never sent the couch in the first place if there was a missing piece.
There service via phone was awful and when I asked to speak to a manager over and over again they declined my request and said that’s not possible.
I will never ever deal with this terrible company again.
And I hope to save someone else the headache we went through.
Way fair on the other hand, if they mess up an order they tell you to keep it and they send you another. Never a question asked and headache free. They will continue to get my business.

We had a few awesome experiences at this location. The team is very friendly and informative. Lina helped us - she was very warm and listened to exactly what we were looking for & gave us all of our options according to that. We did not feel rushed at all nor pressured. We appreciate her approach.

We appreciate all of the time that she gave us and look forward to our furniture coming in!

Structube used to be my preferred furniture store, but due to recent lack of customer support, excessive delays without any updates and rude in store staff, I would highly recommend you shop elsewhere.

Love the store, but the worst customer service ever! Been to the store several time and each time I was there, I was offered no help, the young co-workers were always engaged in conversation all while putting my sale through! NOT ONCE DO THEY EVER MAKE EYE CONTACT! Maybe hire some mature staff! So disappointing!

Interesting items in the store. Employees help you when asked. It's a fine line between being intrusive and letting you roam. I didn't realize so many customers need constant attention because they feel so important.

Horrible customer service at the Windsor location. Especially the supervisor lady that works there, very rude and unprofessional. She will talk about you when your face is turned away. On top of all that there delivery time is soooooo long and frustrating. They need to replace this boss lady supervisor for sure.

I'm really not picky about customer service but I was extremely disappointed with the service at this store. While browsing, no employees acknowledged myself or mother, as three of them stood behind the counter playing on the computer/on their phones. We repeatedly had to go up to them to ask for prices of unlabelled furniture. When we had picked out the furniture we wished to purchase, the employees told us that they were sold out of every single item that we wished to buy that day. Not exactly sure why they did not just inform us that the items we wanted were out of stock one of the multiple times we had to approach them for prices.

My daughter ordered a floor lamp. It came damaged. No response after she submitted the correct form via email. They want to charge her $60 to ship it back.

Great products, great prices. They don't have everything that's online, in store though so you might have to order from the website and get it shipped.

Great store. Furniture is reasonably priced and the staff are super helpful. The staff of this particular shop go above and beyond, always remember us and make us instantly feel welcomed. Would highly recommend.

It takes a lot for me to leave a poor review, but after so many visits to this particular store, I have to write something. This is a review on this location and not the products. Every single time I walk into this store I’m not acknowledged. Every time. I’m wandering around looking for something while staff wanders past me and chit chat with each other. I see them on their phones and I notice other customers sometimes frustrated too. And it’s not a staffing issue, because I see a good amount of staff to customers in the store. On my last visit, I asked where the plant stands were kept. The lady working just said “all over the store”, but couldn’t be bothered to even point to the general direction of one or show me even one that they had in stock. At this point, it’s sort of a joke between my husband I on how bad the service is there, we always say we wonder if they work on commission because no one seems to care. My coffee table, rocking chair, painting and two sofas are from this store because I love their products, but I think I’ll have to start looking elsewhere.

I purchased KARL dining room table, and I learned afterwards that the person who was supposed to help me pick the table up once the order arrives, is no longer available to help.

However, I learned that the delivery cost was 90$ and wanted to see if there is anything they can help with since my current table was broken and really didn’t want to cancel the order, so she told me nothing they can do. I was really upset to cancel, but shortly after I received the cancelation email.

At this point I am subscribed with structube. 2 minutes from receiving my cancellation letter. I received an email for free shipping to my door. I was so upset that they made me cancel the deal and now my funds won’t be returned up to 7days.: so I called back and said, why would you guys do this to me knowing I wanted the table and you had a deal going, the person on the phone was so rude and unapologetic and she said I can go and reorder.and I told her but now my funds aren’t available for another 7 days. And she said yup she can’t to anything.and I quote said wow you guys are just very helpful “sarcastically said it” and the girls says yup sorry.and hung up. I am beyond upset especially during this time around I can’t just go look for tables and this table was what I wanted and that was my budget and they were so rude and inhumane. I will never recommend this place although I was so excited for the table: .

Saw this store while getting shoes, and decided to check it out. I walked in and didn't see any staff. I got 3/4 around the store and a staff member walked right by me as if I wasn't there. Got in front of the counter and another staff member looked up from the counter and we made eye contact. Still no acknowledgement. I know there was at least one other employee there, and there were only two other customers in the store and they were together. It wasn't as if they were busy. Other wise they have a lot of nice things there. Don't think I'll be back.
