I ordered the zhou sideboard and I was so excited to receive this piece after waiting months for it. I checked to see that all pieces were there and started building. Then I began to find some issues. You require piece "Y" and "Z" for the the cabinet but they actually send you 2 of piece "Z" and mislabel one as "Y". When I noticed the error I contacted a representative immediately to let them know they sent me two of the same piece and I am missing piece Y. All I wanted was for them to send me the right piece. At this point I was told they don't have the correct piece. So I said I would like to exchange the whole item for a new one that has the correct piece in the box. I was told that all the stock is like that. So the correct piece apparently doesn't exist. The only two solutions I was given were to either return the item OR they will give me $25 compensation for the defective piece of furniture. An 8% discount on a $300+ piece of furniture they know is defective. I escalated the issue at which point a gentleman said he could offer a 25% discount ($84 approx.) and I have the email to prove it. I accepted it as that seemed more reasonable considering the price I paid for a faulty piece of furniture. He then calls me back saying he made an error and goes back on his word stating he can only offer 25$ off. I asked to speak to a manager
about this situation so he puts me on hold letting me know he will get one for me. Then he comes back saying there isn't one. This entire experience was absolutely horrible from start to finish. From waiting months for the product, to mislabeled pieces, instructions with errors and the absolute LACK of customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Low quality furniture, low quality service and they are unable and unwilling to help you. And despite Structube knowing about this defect.they continue to sell the product at full price.

The experience at the store was really good, quality sofas a extremely friendly staff. Thanks to Keith we were ready to purchase the sofa in less than 10 min after entering the store. Keith was amazing and I recommend his expertise to everyone.

Honestly Love this store! The staff is always there to help with anything.really modern and good prices.
*** BUT AJAX store well i will not return for one simple reason the STAFF.with the exception of one girl that started this week.the other males never asked if i needed help they just walked around doing nothing. 2nd time at this location and same thing occurred bunch of staff and not one person helped. JUST ATTITUDE.

I will never make a purchase from Structube after my experience with their product as well as the customer service following a complaint. I purchased the Soft couch in 2021 and it has gone completely limp within two years of minimal use. It is horribly uncomfortable to sit on and after bringing this to their attention via their website, I received a phone call to follow. The man on the line assured me that it was a “high maintenance couch” and essentially chalked it up to that it will constantly need to be fluffed. However I have filled this couch with extra Polyfil myself as fluffing does nothing to fix the problem. He could not offer me a solution after I expressed that I actively avoid sometimes using the couch. He told me that only “1% of the complaints they receive of this sofa is of this nature”, not even acknowledging that if this is the case, is my case perhaps not a lemon and worth investigating if the quality of this couch has minimal complaints? He offered to attach a future discount to my account for the “inconvenience” and attempted to sympathize with me after explaining his knowledge of the product. I am deeply disappointed by the poor customer support I received after spending over $2k on a couch that I was promised was their “Best Seller” and best seller for a reason.

We bought the Arto sideboard and at the very last step of assembly we realized that the hinges on the door are not aligned with the holes on the main cabinet.
I went back to the store and explained the story and Ermis, the dispatch manager (if I'm not wrong) communicated to an assembly and repair company to come over and fix it for us.
Although the issue was from the product by itself but the assembly company was too expensive and they have asked for an extra charges for the place that I live, Ermis took care of everything and we didn't pay anything for the repair service.
To be honest aligning the doors was not super easy and we were lucky to have those professional to do the job for us.
Again special thanks to Ermis and all the staff from Structube Whitby.

Amazing staff! Going over and beyond to provide the best products that fits our lifestyle. I believe it was Kevin but I’m not so sure tbh. But whoever helped us, he was amazing and honest! We are very happy with our Preston sofa! Thank you!

Great furniture store. The wait times for some popular products might be very high. It took us 4 months to get the coastal bed but it's sooooo good.

Still waiting on a Loretta that was orderd in October 2021
It is going to be APRIL 2022 in 4 days.
They expect you to wait months/a year for a product yet only give you 7 days to think about whether you want to return an item or not.
Pathetic service.

Very low quality! I bought a 5 piece set of sectional and one round piece for my living room, and received them in January, my family came a couple weeks later and when we started to use them, they are so bad quality that within 3 days of seating on them went out of shape and look terrible. I have spent more than $4000 for garbage and not happy with the products at all!

I ordered a queen size Versailles bed in July 2021 and after more than 7 months of waiting for the bed I was told that there has been a glitch on their system and they can’t find my order. There is nothing they can do at the moment and they couldn’t give me a solution. This is totally unacceptable from a reputed company like Structube. Now I don’t know when I am getting my furniture that I have paid for. Totally unacceptable!

Great products, and amazing customer service at this location.

The manager, Maureen went out of her way to ensure we were happy customers. Something that is rare nowadays with many other stores. Highly recommended!

I wish I could give zero star! This company does not have a clue what they are doing. Ordered a queen size Versailles bed from Structube in July 2021 and still have not received it. I was told that it will be in stock in October, but that never happened. I was told in December last year that the bed will be in stock and delivered to me on January 22,2022. Now a week before delivery, I get a call from the manager saying that there has been a glitch on the system and they can’t find my order. What! And they don’t know when I will be able to get the bed! And the guy on the phone sounded pretty cool as of it was my fault. This is not acceptable at all. Avoid buying furnitures from Structube if you ever want to get them

We bought a bunch of furniture from this place.

After browsing different places we finalized furniture from Structube as it was within our budget!

The products are of quality and doesn't look very sturdy!

The delivery of these products was well within the promised time, however, how it was delivered was pathetic!

The delivery had 5 boxes, with one box open and legs [& screws] of one chair missing. The Leather Sofa was totally forgotten and was delivered later that day.

The delivery folks were very negligent and dragged the boxes on my front patio and scrapping the fresh stain we had on.

We did report to Structube about the missing products it was duly acknowledged and was promised to collect the missing legs of a chair.

We collected the missing legs from the store after a week.

I did report to the 'Manager' how unhappy were are about the delivery and the missing parts and incomplete delivery. The Manager was equally negligent and we were asked to report the matter to the 3rd party delivery folks! Like really! Isn't that your responsibility to have a satisfied customer!

An apology does not resolve the issue and I have to state that you guys messed it up!

We had to take time to receive the delivery and later that day to receive the missing leather sofa. We made time again on Tuesday to collect the missing parts of the chair.

We do not like their service and hence will not recommend this location.

We are never coming back to this store until and unless to replace a part/product under warranty!

The merchandise is nice, stylish and priced well. Customer service in store is really good. However, u have to order almost everything and I placed an order in august and am still waiting and it’s Dec 11. Very frustrating. It hasn’t even arrived to their warehouse in montreal. I would not buy anything here again that is not in store.

From 5 stars two weeks ago to 0 (zero)! Typical bait and switch scenario: 1 (one) single chair "on sale" and NONE in stock. You can order some.for August at the earliest! Today is March 21!
Absolutely insane! Please find a better store that doesn't use these tactics.

Was really crowded, is a nice store not very good when it comes to delivery and stock. Staff is nice. Today is the 3rd order that I have cancelled because of delays and delivery changes. It is a shame how it's working now days, awful service. If I hadn't called today, nobody would have contacted me to tell me that for the 3rd time my delivery was possponed.and now until MID OCTOBER.came on!

I am officially obsessed with Structube, the quality is absolutely amazing and the prices are unbeatable. The store has amazing displays set up and just stepping foot in there, gives you endless ideas for decorating your home. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and assist throughout the entire process. I had the pleasure of dealing with the store manager, Maureen, and although I am the epitome of indecisive, she was patient and had an abundance of input, which ultimately made it easy for me to decide. I have essentially redecorated my entire house, and am beyond impressed with this store, to say I highly recommend it, seems like an understatement.
