I'm having the worst experience possible with Structure. We went to the store, SAW the items we wanted. Ordered online the day after. That was in September, to be delivered by the end of October. As we know, now we're mid November and I had to call them to find out that what we bought is out of stock and the ESTIMATE is mid December. DO NOT BUY AT STRUCTUBE! To anyone that sees this and the over 90k people that saw my reviews, DO NO BUY AT STRUCTUBE. We're shopping somewhere else this weekend to ask for my money back.

There was a reply to my post, only to find out that it is an automatic reply. The exact same reply, with the same content, work by word, was submitted to other posts. This is how "personal" this business is. Again, DO NOT BUY AT STRUCTUBE. They won't take you or your business as a person, but as a number.

Great furniture store for reasonable quality priced items. They have options at this location to save on floor models if available.

Walked in today ready to buy an entire house of furniture. I spent 20 minutes walking around the showroom. Not one employee acknowledged me. I walked out and went to one of their competitors to make my purchase. It's a true shame, they have some nice pieces.

Went in store to purchase leather furniture. I had to approach the staff for assistance. They provided minimal information and terrible customer service. Will never go back and will buy furniture somewhere who appreciates the customer!

Positive experience. Wonderfully helpful staff. Great selection of well constructed and reasonably priced furniture. On the negative side, as wigh other furniture suppliers, there is very little inventory and long wait times after ordering.

Went to find some stools for our kitchen counter.we were not disappointed.found exactly what we were looking for and under budget! Thanks to Ted for the great service

Stay away from this store, I purchased a soft sofa and it cost me more than 3000$ last March and after couple month i notice that there is feather coming out and it pock us all the time i tried to contact them and at the end they do nothing and they said its what its.

Furnature seems ok online. We went to check it out and upon close inspection it was all kind of junky in my opinion. Especially for the prices

Thank you to Daniella for your kindness and helping from start to finish. With the purchase of the Bailey chairs. Then for going above and beyond after discovering damage to the chair I purchased. Worth the 4 hours of driving to the anchaster store to work with you:)

The LOFT mattress has a very strong chemical smell. The customer service told me that's the off gasing smell, and it's not harmful. But who can sleep very well on a smelly mattress? They only accept unopen box return, and the $400 twin size mattress only has one year warranty.

Staff did not acknowledge us when we came in. There wasn't anyone in the store, but they were busy chatting and ignoring us. Left after 10 minutes

I have been to this location a few times and I have never been greeted- I get an unwelcoming feeling from the staff. The showroom looks great though- they have plenty of affordable pieces. Customer service could use a lot of improvement.

Structube is a very good for affordable furniture with creative furniture design. One problem I faced delaying order. I know they told us that we can cancel order anytime. If there is one month delaying it's ok but this is huge. I order sofa on Dec 31st we have been told for march we can receive sofa. I called on 31st march they told us it will be come in inventory 3rd week of April. After that delivery company call us and give us a date. I guess I have to wait until may. Because of I like that sofa very much I don't have any options because I dont like anywhere any sofa. I know company will do their best. And we have to be patient's in this Covid-19 time. Thank you so much structube for the amazing design in future I will definitely order for in stock inventory. ️

Love their furniture, helpful staff, some wait for delivery due to pandemic, but I am enjoying my DOUG SOFA. Too bad old.fashioned delivery setup is not available Definitely I would pay extra for this service, but I will certainly shop here again

Disappointing pick up experience. The gentleman in the loading dock said he is not allowed to help bring the furniture down. Instead they want to drop furniture from a 3 ft high loading dock. He let us know we would need two people for the box and one of them wasn't going to him. Bad way to end the shopping experience guys. Needless to say we won't be going back.

I started shopping at Structube right before the pandemic. Jennifer helped helped me start my new life with a sectional, pillows and throws. I repeatedly return because she always helps me put rooms together such as rugs and beautiful accessories. I sometimes laugh because I say my house is a Structube commercial designed by Jennifer. You’re lucky to have her and I can’t wait to start my diningroom.

Worst structube. Will never shop here again. I have been trying to cancel my order for more than a month because my item has been continually getting delayed since August 2021 and not one sales associate knows what's going on, including the store manager. Every week the refund would not come and I would call back and get a different answer. At one point they said a completely different item (which i have never purchased) had been cancelled. I finally spoke to the manager who was rude, unsympathetic and not the least bit helpful. After a month of waiting he said my order was never cancelled (although I have a cancelation email) and he had to re cancel it again today.and so I wait again to get my money back. Will NEVER shop here again. Worst customer service, worst experience.

I had the worst experience picking up an order by Jen. I didn't have a receipt and she gave me a hard time and asked for my receipt twice after I had already told her I don't have a receipt. I had my license out holding in front of her. I had to ask if she could look it up in the system. With my license in my hand extended she huffed and said I need to see I. D. I left it on the counter. She printed the receipt and I walked away, this lady was clearly having a bad day. As I'm walking away she yelled at me.you're welcome. Terrible. I went to the pickup dock and had to bang on the door. He said he had no idea anyone was coming to pickup and I was left out in the cold. I expressed to him using expletive words that the girl at the front was not helpful. He went and got her and she became confrontational. She said I'd appreciate not being called names. I said think you're in the wrong line of work to which she proceeded to start closing the overhead door in my face. I asked for her name and she just kept saying goodbye and slammed the door shut. I ended up going back into the store and spoke to the assistant manager to tell her what just happened. They said the store manager would call me. Worst experience ever. Jen should be fired for her behaviour.

First time in structube and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The sales rep was not pushy whatsoever but she was very informative. The store is set up nicely and decently affordable.

I don’t know how you take this but I went today there. And bought tv bench and everything was fine until delivery part. I ask sales person for free delivery but they didn’t.that’s ok I can understand but when personally I ready to pick up my stuff. When last long box doesn’t fit in my trunk and I need to keep my door open and I asked the staff just one piece of rope they denied and even they reluctantly replied their store policy doesn’t even allow just one piece of tape. Please avoid this store.

One of the worst place to buy anything from. Staff look like they are not even getting paid to be there, horrible customer service, I will never return this place. Also told my friends and family to never shop from here.

Great company. Fantastic products. POOR customer service at this location by Jennifer. Abrupt and unhlepful over a simple product inquiry. If your products are reserved/unavailable don't ask customers to call you back. I've visited or called most locations in the GTA and this branch is not up to your usual standard.

I came to visit with a friend on Friday April 12th in the afternoon to look at tables for my new apartment. When we walked in the two ladies at the desk didn't even acknowledge we were in store. We walked around a little bit and I was interested in purchasing a table. But I couldn't find a price I a few tables I wanted. I looked at the two ladies at the desk which they clearly saw I was having difficulty trying to find some customer service around here. But all I got were cold stares and there nose up because I guess you didn't approve of young individuals in your store. Both ladies at the front desk helped all the others who were older than us. Don't judge a book by its cover, I was willing to spend on a good quality table.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my 42 years on this I planet. Ordered 4 chairs over a month ago and every time I call to see when they are coming in I get a different story from not only the associates but also the manager Ted. The last associate I spoke with actually hung up on me because I was questioning why my order was still not there. I even called the Oakville location to see if they had the chairs in stock because I am so fed up with the 3 ring circus I have encountered at the Ancaster location. I spoke with a very nice and helpful employee named Jordan at the Oakville location who informed me that the warehouse in Montreal had the chairs and even he didn't understand the delay. I have been lied to, hung up on and completely mistreated by the staff and Manager at this location. I will never step foot in this store again and strongly advise others to stay away as well.

Moving soon and we ended up purchasing a few things here. Still waiting to pick up the furniture but from using the website and visiting this location we had a great experience. Would recommend visiting this one over Burloak. Way bigger showroom. Products seem like Ikea but nicer. And some stuff even cheaper.
