Wow! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Almost comical.
One particular individual is just horrible to deal with. Short haired person with a terrible attitude. We visited on a Sunday. I am confident we are not the first to point this person out. Very straight behaviour when working in customer service. Seemed very put off by basic questions. We usually visit the wonderland location where the staff are friendly. Won't be back!

All the bad reviews of this store are accurate. Do not shop here. I bought a wall tapestry and when I opened it up out of the package at home, it stunk of pure mildew. My husband went to return it and they refused to give us a refund within the 7 day window unless it was with the card I purchased it with. No store has a policy like this.
They also take ages to order a product into the store and so many of their items are out of stock for about 4 months at a time.
