I still didn't get my bed, after 3 months wait.
Terrible experience! Paid in full in October, was promised to get my bed in the middle of November. Beginning of December I called the store and they started gaslighting me that I didn't understand correctly, and it would be in stock only in the end of December or beginning of January.
I have receipt and aprox in stock date wrote down on it. Now, I have to figure out what to do and where to sleep, since I was hoping to have new bed bye December for my moving.

Such a scam company! Terrible experience.
And when I asked what they can do about it, they said - " you can take your money back".
"Amazing" customer service! The worst experience ever!

I bought an item sometime ago, while using noticed that it has sharp edges and angles, and had few nearmisses at home, a clear hazard in the house. I reported the issue to this store where I bought it, thinking that they will take safety issue seriously.
Rest assured they dont care, their reply was just concerned that the return policy is for 7 days and it was already expired, I never asked for return in my report.

I bought furniture from here and twice the furniture came damaged and in the wrong color the the second time that they delivered a week later they delivered damaged merchandise again on both items had to return them most of the furniture was damaged in shipping they have a serious problem with their shipping if you buy anything from them check your merchandise otherwise it causes nothing but a nightmare to return would shop here very bad experience

Bought online dinette set. Looked like cheap products from 1987. Hard to assemble. Not recommended for people with limited strength. Returned next day and was charged 67 dollars to ship back. Oh. And the shipping window was all day.

I went in to purchase a sofa and Amalia was super super and did I say super knowledgeable and kind.

She was not pushy at all

Just excellent customer service that I haven’t experienced from any company in a long time.

Mistakes are inevitable, but the way a business rectifys the situation makes the biggest difference. I had the pleasure of connecting with the store manager, Jen, about an item that was not delivered, she immediately offered a solution and had the item delivered before my tight deadline. She gave me frequent updates and made sure someone was able to follow up with me during her time off.

I also experienced an issue at a different location in returning one of the items from my order, I gave this Etobicoke store a call and had another store manager Anisa assist (not sure if I'm spelling their name correctly). Anisa rectified the issue by speaking to the employee helping us. We were able to return the item without traveling back to Etobicoke.

It's been a consistent positive customer experience thanks to the managers at this location. THANK YOU!

Overall I had a positive experience with the Structube Etobicoke location. I ordered the Jett sideboard through this store. It was backordered but arrived earlier than expected.

I highly recommend inspecting all of your pieces prior to assembly and ensure you put it together as soon as it's received. The 7 day return policy is strict. Assembly instructions are not as clear as they are with Ikea.

I was missing a small piece and tried calling customer service but if you order from a store you need to deal directly with them. At times it can be hard to get ahold of people in store but for the most part someone does answer. I found the employees to be very nice and helpful. Both Arifa and Jen are friendly, professional and extremely willing to help resolve issues. They ordered the missing piece for me and although it took time to arrive they stayed on top of it to ensure I received it. The doors to sideboard did not line up very well but the team reached out to help resolve that as well.

I absolutely love the piece. Well designed and reasonably priced. Just be aware that there can be issues when ordering from Structube but I found the in store Etobicoke staff was willing to help resolve anything that came up.

I’m very disappointed in Structube. I bought the Bianca sectional sofa from their Etobicoke store (North Queen Street) on June 22nd. I was told the sofa would be delivered latest by the end of July. However, it arrived on September 1st with missing hardware. I emailed them for the missing parts. In my email, I told them which pieces I had received with pictures attached. It took them about a week or so to send the missing hardware, but they made a mistake and didn’t send everything. So, I emailed them again stating the missing pieces. They called me back to check which hardware they need to send and talked to me as if I had made a mistake and only said “sorry for the inconvenience”. The pieces took another week to deliver. For 3 weeks I had two big pieces of heavy sofas unassembled just laying around my small living room, not to mention their delay or their poor customer service.

I have been waiting for my order since November 2021. I have never received a call, email or letter regarding the status of my order. I called once and got the same run around it appears everyone else also gets. Went into the store another time and dealt with an unruly employee who was apparently new.so there's that.

Structube keeps you hostage with the ever changing status dates. Do we cancel and buy elsewhere or will the product actually arrive this time? It's almost like being part of a pyramid scheme. I don't know why they have no idea where their product is. It makes no sense. They have no product yet they open more stores and send promotional email after promotional email. Shenanigans. Don't get stuck in this cycle; order from some place else.

They do not allow ANY negative reviews on their website. I spent thousands of dollars on their products that look nice, but quality wise is worse than Ikea. Low tolerances, squeaky beds, poor instruction manuals. 1/2 of the products I bought came in damaged. Sure, they will slightly reimburse you to shut down. 7 days return policy is the worst. Almost for every product I bought I provided a negative, but constructive (with all the issues) reviews - NO reviews have ever been posted on the main website.

Just buy your furniture elsewhere.
I waited one month for my sofa, and called them by the expected delivery date.
Turns out they postponed it for another month, and didn't even call me to let me know.
They should have reached out immediately when they found out about the delay but NO, they just kept me in the dark.
Employee didn't even apologize, I'm sure it happens quite a lot and they just expect you to go with it.

* They are probably gonna respond this review with some BS COVID excuse, but seriously guys, it's been 2+ years, adapt and stop selling stuff you don't have!

This review is specifically for this location. I was ordering furniture for my new place and was having trouble deciding between some items. I found the staff here to be very helpful, professional and patient with my questions and concerns. Amalia was so efficient, quick and well versed on what to do, and Dominic and Manager Jennifer were also very helpful for me.
I have always loved Structube items but was hesitant to purchase again since I had a bad experience with the Brampton location many times. I am happy to say that this location is great.

Have ordered many furniture pieces over the years from this location and have always had a really positive experience. They have beautiful furniture that has stood the test of time, and is always at a great price. If there have been issues with deliveries or the product, I find the customer service and management to be really helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible quality products. I don’t understand where the dignity is gone in delivering you a decent product that you paid hard earned money for. Ordered a Rosa table that I came to find out is an unsealed aluminium table that you basically can’t put anything on because it scratches and the patina rubs off so easily it’s ridiculous. I was refused an exchange. I bought a papasan chair cushion that was in barely any packaging and was dragged across the floor leaving holes in the packaging and damage in the cushion. This is ridiculous. Package your things and don’t sell trash that can’t be used as a household piece of furniture. YOURE A FURNITURE STORE.and when you produce absolute trash acknowledge it and provide exchanges WILL NOT be wasting my money and time here again.

My first visit, and was impressed by their sales team. One especially thoughtful and courteous staff member took the time to explain the company, product construction and their general 'vibe'. I was bracing for an extended warranty pitch, but no, she was just delightful and happy explaining how the ordering process works and such.

We ordered a Berto couch and she took extra time and effort to locate the last one, she then followed up with a voice mail and email to confirm - once we left the store.

Thank you, Mimosa (I may have the spelling wrong, apologies) for your time and attention to detail.

Looking forward to visiting again.

Get your furniture elsewhere. Waiting for a paid order since August - over half a year now. Worst thing is Structube keeps postponing the day every week so we don't even know if we should cancel an order since it always looks like we will get it soon. Other stores at leat give you an accurate date, not keep you stuck with no product. Customer care can't do anything. Just don't shop here and save yourself lots of trouble.

Website error with no confirmation emails. I tried to order a couch online. It went through 4 times.over $4000 was charged to my credit card. I Called to cancel and it was confirmed over the phone that it was. They still ended up delivering all 4 couches! Told me I’ll get my money back in 10 business days. It’s been a month now and I don’t have my refund. Now I’m being charged 20% interest on the $4000 and an over limit fee from my credit card. This is unacceptable. Nobody on the phone was helpful, they couldn’t resolve this quick enough and I had to pay for it (literally) Extremely frustrated customer.

Bought a lovely rocking chair 2 years ago and the chairs metal frame sheared this morning. Emailed support and they said they cannot offer replacement parts for purchase. This furniture is not built to last. Do not buy under any circumstances. Go to IKEA and save you money because Structube does not care for its customers.

Placed an order and it came damaged. No issues replacing it. I ordered for pick up this time. Email advises to give a call to schedule a pick up. NOBODY picks up the phone in neither of the locations, no responses or any help from a customer service there. I would give less stars if I could for the lack of service and a really bad set up of customer care.

Structube shipped us a damaged item. After having to fight with them for some time they finally agreed to exchange the item by sending a replacement. They sent the replacement to the wrong address TWICE. Still waiting on an answer to see if they can get their act together. I would HIGHLY caution anyone to buy anything online from this company. INCREDIBLY disorganized. Get your act together structube!

I ordered a floor lamp in November. I was told that will be delivered by December. When I didn’t hear back from Structube, I gave them a call and they told me that the date was pushed to January. It’s January now and still no news from them. They are not picking phone calls now. I shouldn’t have ordered from here in the first place. Very bad experience. I keep checking every month hoping to receive my order which I paid for in advance but no news!

I feel back in the medieval times - just such a terrible customer service! They took money and FOUR MONTHS waiting for a dinner table - still nothing! On the website the expected 'return in stock' date now pushed to FEB 2021 - it will be 6 months! SIX MONTHS! It's a joke -never ever will buy from there! Customer service - call us -> nothing; send us a form -> nothing! You, guys, should be shut down!

Great customer service! Today I went to the Structube store for curb-side pick up. An employee named Mimosa was really helpful and kind to me to help me with everything, from last minute pick up appointment booking, to adjusting my orders so that I can have home delivery service to minimize all the stress of buying furniture. Thank you so much for your exceptional customer service! I would definitely enjoy my new sofa a lot.

Nice store and friendly staff. The biggest thing with structube is they don't have all their stock on display so I would suggest looking online for pieces that fit your room and taste, then give the stores a call to make sure you are going to the store that has the pieces you're interested in.

Structube as a brand has amazing products.
The store I visited has nice workers.
The only thing I don't like, I think they should improve is to get just a bit better quality furniture.
I ordered Vada sideboard, it came today and the quality is a bit low. For $337 it could be better.
I agree they do have some items beautiful and good for its price, but I think they can do better.

Ordered something with the expected arrival of August 5th. Mid September and still nothing, they just keep delaying and no one has any information. Everytime I call, I get a different answer. Don’t trust this place. Terrible customer service and they literally have zero idea what they’re doing.

Every piece of furniture I bought from Ikea, Costco, Wayfair have been delivered to me on time. Structube on the other hand is the opposite. Not only do they push back your delivery date to dates that dont work out for you, but the team will also not finish/close the ticket when requesting for help. Instead of me paying for a sofa bed and a coffee that was to be delivered by the first of September, they've charged me for 2 coffee tables, and one sofa bed.and neither of them are available till next month!

IF i could give it a 0 star i would. Never EVER doing business here.

This has got nothing to do with this store the employees were hella helpful and I could tell from their tone they dont know what to do and feel bad: I ORDERED MY BED ON FEBRUARY 5th AND WAS TOLD WOULD GET CALL ABT DELIVERY ON FEB 16th ITS ALMOST MAY AND I HAVE BEEN LIVING ON MY MATTRESS FOR 4 MONTHS BECAUSE THEY DIDNT EVEN OFFER A SEPERATE DELIVERY FOR MY COUCH WHICH WOULD BE FAIR IDK WHAT IS WRONG W STRUCTUBE LIKE GET A LEGIT STOCK LIST i seriously urge you to not buy anything if its not in stock because this ridiculous and structube doesnt seem to have a customer service department when I asked to contact directly they told me to call in the store I bought but why would I do that when all the ppl have to look at is the bs delivery dates and dont know what to do the 3 or 4 times i did call in STRUCTUBE U BETA PRAY 2 ALL THE GODS MY MATRESS BETTER NOT GO CRUSTY BEFORE I CAN GET IT COZ IM DONE W THIS u get what u pay for let me go and punch me in feb in the throat "Ikea is not cheap and ugly" ATLEAST ITS THERE KALIYA ATLEAST ITS ACTUALLY THERE

I just went there, looking for a rug and some home decor. Had few questions, but got completely ignored by 2 customer reps. The cashier was in a very long conversation with another girl and didnt even make an eye contact with me when I approached her. Another girl completely ignored me, pretwnding she was busy, when I asked for help. I'll never be back.

They took forever to find my order and they were so unorganized. They checked the same areas multiple times and didn't even know what they were looking for. There were three people scrambling to find my items. We ended up finding two ourselves, then they got mad we were trying to help.

Everytime I order something from this location in store - it is either wrung up wrong or it is the wrong item pulled from the back or wrong item put on the truck. It’s really frustrating going through the trouble of picking items up in a truck, having it delivered, to unpack it and it’s the wrong item to then have to bring it back. Now this time I had to return, and re purchase at a different location (because nothing is ever in stock). I had to go to the Scarborough (an hour each way away) and they also put another wrong item on the truck. It’s crazy how much you have to monitor and explain their own products to the staff. Because this project I am working on was a fast job, I had to settle for having all the wrong lamps that did not match the look because there was no time on a Friday night to take back to store in Scarborough and re purchase the correct lights I ordered, which was the only location to even have them in stock.

Frustrating that when you want to buy something you can’t take it from the store. If you want to pick up from one of their two distribution centres you have to order online and not in store. Really wish they would change this. Ended up purchasing all my furniture from another place.

Okay entry level furniture but the customer service is atrocious. Buyer beware - they prevent you from leaving reviews on their website, charge for delivery on large size items without the option of picking it up from the store.

Excellent furniture at very reasonable prices. Online shopping is hit and miss, with waits of up to several months for delivery. In store shopping challenging as well, particularly this location. Staff are reluctant to be of service, not very efficient and often times confused. Stock on floor is very rarely available for purchase on site. They are still my preferred furniture store, but for product style, quality and price point, not customer service
