Reasonable price, nice design and good quality items. However, my new bed came with a bit stain on it, I went to STRUCTUBE and asked manager about the problem. He promised to give me a discount by email, however 3 weeks passed by I didn’t get anything from them, not even a reply email. Quite disappointed!

Disgusting customer service. I don’t know how to describe this gentleman other than the fact he is a black gentleman that hung up and gave me the wrong information! Will be going ahead and contacting head office because I’m so shocked with how I was dealt and he hung up the phone on me

I come in the store to inquire hey I have a couch I need to bring it back to return it. They pull up my name, phone number look at the receipt and they said yeah just bring it back. No problem didn’t say anything else like oh you can’t bring it to the store what not then I go back in the evening….

Long story short, I bought a couch I bring it back to the store within the week timely frame, and I am told that I can’t return it to this location. I have to take it all the way to Lawrence and Allen. The gentleman did not help me he did not tell me the address he was giving me a hard time rude as hell the worst customer service I have ever seen. Basically saying that’s not his problem and people don’t usually return couches. Excuse me? And then I end up taking it to the location after fighting with him to actually give me the address instead of just saying Lawrence and Allen location.and then they are looking, dumbfounded because they’re like well We weren’t told there is nobody here after six and they were like why would they send you hear nobody called us? I swear to God the runaround that my parents had to return. This couch was not worth their time and money. I’m absolutely disgusted. I will never shop here. I don’t care what kind of apology I get I’ve already put a complaint in with the store manager at the highway seven location. His name is Greg.my poor Dad had to take the couch all the way up to the show room no one helped him just stared at him and literally were dumbfounded and they said that oh nobody’s here after six to help you and they were not called so why would they send you here like as a customer? How the hell would I know all of this I went through hell just a return a couch. There was no form of communication. I don’t know who they have a working at Structube but they have lost a customer and my whole family and friends

Beautiful farm with lots of activities for kids and adults, including corn hole, slides, farm animals, food stalls, and a beautiful wagon ride to the farm for pick-your-own! The lavender farm is absolutely breathtaking.

If you have an issue with your item, do not deal with customer service. They are absolutely horrible and do not know how to deal with customers. Saede at the Woodbridge location was very helpful with our return. Thank you!

Do not order from the store. DO NOT allow any sales rep to convince you that your order will arrive with an “ estimated date “.

Our dates got pushed backed FIVE times when any store rep could’ve suggested ordering the items online and having it delivered right away.

Listen learned the VERY hard way. We canceled our order after 3 months of patiently waiting and getting the constant running around. AVOID the store if you do not want to wait 3 months for your items.

We’ve shared this with our friends and family. It’s just not good business for Structube and their customer service is GARBAGE.

Terrible customer service from the Assistant manager of the store. The product came defective and they offered a low rebate. When I tried to negotiate the rebate, she was very short and did not consider at all. Due to this, I asked if I could return the product instead and she said that the item has to be in original packaging (if she ever bought furniture, she would know that putting it back in original packaging is almost impossible).

I would not recommend anyone to buy from this location. The packaging was terrible when it came, the product was damaged, and customer service was terrible. When we also went to make a purchase, we did not receive any help from the sales associates and they were just looking to make a sale as quick as possible. Avoid this location and if the manager is reading this review, consider educating the assistant manager how to deal with customers properly.

Worst customer service! Everyone standing up there looking at you and doing nothing. Went to pick up an order. From start to end the employee was rude. They brought our order out with a trolly and left it at the entrance without helping us to carry it to the car (which was parked in front of the store). The box was super heavy to carry by myself. They didn’t even take the trolly back after. Won’t buy again at structube after this experience.

The ABSOLUTE WORSTE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Be warned they do not deliver your furniture inside your house and do not warn you we were left with a couch in the snow in front of house after spending $4,500 - buy somewhere else where they actually deliver

Love this place. I got pushed around at Leons with their stupid delays on couches. I picked up the exact same couch at Structube for LESS and got it in less than 5 days. Leons wanted me to wait 4 months. Lol no thank you. I should have came here from day 1. Shoutout to Stephanie for her help and Greg for help during couch install.

Bought 7 dining chairs just a few years ago. Welds broke under the fabric on 4 chairs. Unzipped to look at the issue. The spot welding was very poor. If I could give less then 1 star I would. $1400 should last longer. Emailed to see they could help a little with having to purchase new chairs and they said they could do nothing. Not a great experience.

I realize my warranty is up. However if the chairs are all braking similarly you have a quality control issue. The chairs are not low end prices so I expect better quality. When a customer beings attention to a poorly made product I think you should take note. Your reviews are about the lack of customer service. I am letting people know that chairs should last longer ans made better

We are people that love to put positive reviews to validate quality products and great service. Unfortunately, this is the one time we have to give feedback on the terrible experience we had with Structube in Toronto.
We purchased perhaps their most expensive, down- filled, sectional sofa (called "Sectional Sofa Feather Charcoal"). Within 2 weeks of very limited use, it completely lost its shape, feathers were coming out at an incredibly high rate, and worse of all, the fabric started pilling significantly. We used the sofa for a total of less than 10 hours but the sofa looks like it is 10 years old!
The complaint process got us nowhere. We spoke first to the store manager and then escalated our dissatisfactions to their head office. Their replies were identical: "This is what happens when you buy down- filled sofas so you should have known better". Their suggested remedy? "Go to the dollar store to buy a fabric shaver, fluff up the pillows, and get someone to add more feathers when needed. " The other interesting comment that they made: "a lot of people have brought forth this same complaint but there's nothing we can do. "
Please be aware before you make the same mistake we did. Thanks.

One of my favourite furniture stores in Canada, offers a very wide range of everything, unique styles and most importantly a very reasonable prices, always follow their sale events.
Can deliver very fast as well.

Customer service is an issue, I do not think it matters to structube in general. I have visited at least 3 of their stores the one in etobicoke is still OK, but in vaughn and heartland terrible.

I have bought multiple pieces of furniture from Structube. I am very satisfied with the material, the friendly, helpful staff as well as the delivery team. I have a bed frame, couch, dinner table and chairs that all from here. I am currently waiting on a lounger chair that's going to be coming in hopefully by the end of the month! Woohooo

I have visited this location 3 times now, and every time I have not been greeted by one staff member. The first time in here there were 6 staff members 4 of which who were standing behind the desk not doing a thing but chatting with one another and not one person said hello to us. I cannot believe the lack of customer service. By far one of the poorest customer service experiences I have had. I am wanting to purchase all of my furniture from Structube (Bed. Couch. Table and chairs) and have visited 3 Structube locations and have had the same experience at each location. No one greets you or asks if you need assistance. I have had the same associate walk by me multiple times and not even acknowledge me. I have spent long periods of time in these stores and yet no one seems to care. I guess they don't make a commission because customer service is really something Structube lacks in. I would have purchased my furniture already but have been so turned off by the customer service of their employees that I am reconsidering this store all together. Structube you need to really do better as a customer service experience truly can change a customer's mind on purchasing from you. I may have to take my business elsewhere.

I have ordered 2 items in mid Sep and the estimated time for arrival back to stock was few days later.they kept changing the dates forward form now on and nobody even bothers to answer my emails to give me an update about my order! I had a terrible customer service experience and do not recommend it.

Nice furniture for great prices.

(yet to try them out however)

I was told I was going to get my couch delivered today. No delivery came.

I called to check the status of my product and it isn't even in the warehouse.

Nobody called me to inform me. Now because I called myself the manager then explains to me that the dates given were rough estimates lol. How convenient that they tell me NOW. Almost a month after that they are ESTIMATED times.

I will let it slide due to the pandemic and give them another chance but pretty standard salesman telling you exactly what you want to hear to make a sale but not much integrity in their words.

They never call you when they tell you they will. If you want things done call them constantly because they won't.

I ordered a desk online August 31st with an in stock date of September 1st. It is now almost a month later with no updates regarding the large delay.

I went to the pickup location in Woodbridge to inquire about the delay and was rudely dismissed by the "key holder" and was told "because we are short staffed, we are unable to update customers"

I do not understand how this business is still open and would not recommend Structube to anyone.

There staff didn't even helped me. And I was in my work clothes. Was ready to put a down payment on a new bedroom set. Need to be more helpful to people who are coming in your store.

This business did not bother even responding to BBB as you can see for yourself. This tells me they do not care for the rating or for their customers.

It's been over 7 months that we did not receive parts of our bed that were damaged in shipping. Spent over $3000 at Black Friday sale so imagine how much furniture that was.
Delivery was agreed on for the end of January and it has been delivered on time. 1 out of 16 boxes was damaged in shipping.

The manager and store personnel were very polite and apologetic for the issue and took the damaged drawers back, however we are still waiting.
I stopped going or calling the store as there was no call back except once, with same false promises. My wife took it on herself and still has promises that it will be delivered in Sep.

We were told many excuses so far, that may even be truth, however I am yet to see the issue Resolved and Compensation for this shameful runaround fulfilled. At that time I may change my rating here and respond to the BBB.

The products:
Design of the furniture is very nice IMHO. Quality is on par with the price so you get what you pay for, it's fair. We care for our belongings and are handling our furniture gently and had no major issues, except flimsy headboard on my son's bed.

Bad experience. Really cheap quality furniture. Ordered over thousands dollars furniture, after I got the furniture the marble tables were completely cracked. We brought them back (really heavy), the sales were not willing to help us to bring inside the store, told us that's not their job. NOT HAPPY WITH THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I suggest everyone pay more get way better quality furniture and nicer customer service.

Structube has beautiful items but be aware of their awful customer service.

I bought multiple items from them online and paid for the delivery option. Upon delivery and unpacking of a wood bed two pieces were damaged. I took photos of it to show that it was broken upon delivery.

I contacted structube within the specified time via their online form on their website as told to do it because they were experiencing longer wait times and delays due to COVID-19. I gave them the benefit and waited weeks given the whole covid 19 thing. When I didn't hear back after weeks I followed up with them on their call centre and after a long wait I spoke to a representative that said I had to fill out ANOTHER form which she emailed me. I submitted this form with photos and after not hearing from them again for Multiple weeks I called again only to find out that they had reject the claim because according to them I had not contacted them within the 7 days.
DO NOT USE their online portal, Call and stay on top of them or they will end up doing to you what they did to us. All I wanted was the pieces exchanged
Not even a full return.

Lovely furniture but I'm deducting 3 stars for rude unfriendly staff. I've been to 3 stores over Ontario the last few weeks to pick up products and whilst I'm very happy with the products, I dread having to deal with their impolite staff. Also their inventory is a mess, we were told the item was in stock at Vaughan but when we got there they said it wasn't in stock at all, a waste of the 1hr drive there.

We got a damaged table and shop staff wasn't helpful at all. What 9 years experienced shop manager Adam told me was their standard procedure is me to bring by myself their damaged table and it was my fault that I didn't do inspection in the shop also he promised me to call back immediately for other countermeasure and even didn't called me back. I probably had to get a refund as he asked me to. Strange tactic of their business. Just awful. If you want to buy furniture in this shop, please do open the box and check all the pieces are all fine or just pray not to be unlucky as I was today.

If you care at all about receiving even half decent customer service and having your order fulfilled within a timely manner stay away from Structube and this location overall! The customer service that they provide is just beyond unacceptable from ANY COMPANY let alone a huge corporation like stuctube.

I ordered the 'Kate' TV stand on Dec 26,18. I spoke to a girl named Chelsea in the cash regarding the 'Kate' TV stand and she told me that there was only 1 left in stock and if I wanted to receive it by January 11th then I would have to put the order right then and there. I told her that I wanted check out a couple more stores to see what other options I may have, and if I do decide to purchase this particular one will check out another Structube store; which she replied that all the Structube stores are just showrooms and they all have access to the same inventory regardless which location I order it from.

I needed the TV stand before a certain date as I am leaving for vacation, so I put the order in and paid for it fully on Dec 26.

Today is Dec 12, the day after my order is promised to be delivered to this location. I did not receive any calls, messages, emails NOTHING at all yesterday so I decided to call them to find out what is going on with my order today. I, as well as my boyfriend started calling them NON STOP since 10 am, NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. My boyfriend finally got a hold of them around 1: 30, someone told him that the order was NOT in fact delivered to them yesterday so we have to wait until end of the month to receive it. I called the corporate office, explained the situation, the gentleman I spoke to was shocked that all this was happening himself and agreed that it was not acceptable. He told me to call the store again and make sure that they are actually checking my order status and not just telling me when the item will be available again.

I call the store again, speak to the manager and he checks my order and SURPRISE THERE IS NO ORDER STATUS AT ALL! HE HAS ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE WHEN THE ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED AT ALL! So they didn't just lie the first time while trying to make the sale by telling us that it will be delivered on the 11th, but LIED AGAIN to my boyfriend on the phone assuring that the order will be in mid to end of the month.

I told the manager that I do understand certain times things come up but that I was assured by the cashier Chelsea that the item will be ready within the time frame that I needed it or else I would have ordered from Wayfair or other online stores similar or even BETTER item at a much better price. I told him that if they knew my order would not be arriving they could have at least gave me a call to let me know. His response? They cant track down every order and call every customer! Like are you kidding me? As if its not enough that this is a HUGE inconvenience, and let alone the fact that we were lied to regarding delivery status numerous times, but they CANT EVEN CALL TO LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW THAT THEIR ORDER WILL NOT BE IN BY THE DATE IT WAS PROMISED!

I hangup, called the corporate office again and the second guy I spoke to tells to talk to the manager of the store because they cant help in store purchases, only online. I ask him to provide me with another number I can call regarding solving this issue as I need the item before Friday and the manager of the store is not helpful whatsoever. His response? "that's too bad, there's no one you can call and no one you can make a compliant to".

Moral of the story, if you care about customer service AT ALL and don't want to be lied to, stay the hell away from Stuctube. Go to IKEA, THE BRICK, LEONS ANYWHERE that values their customers one bit! I read numerous other reviews about this company and I am not the only one that had similar issues. Clearly this company knows nothing about customer service. Which is shocking as their clientele is mostly millennials and younger generations that value CUSTOMER SERVICE above anything. 0 STARS FROM A-Z.

I purchased a mattress from this establishment about 2 years ago and as time went on I started to notice that the pillow top had squished down completely making the mattress very uncomfortable to use. As it was still under warranty I contacted the store and that is where my troubles began. I was asked to e-mail them pictures of my mattress. I had to e-mail them twice because apparently they did not receive my first 2 e-mails. Then when I replied to their follow up e-mail the store conveniently forgot to set up a time for them to come and inspect my mattress. After a week I decided to call in and see what was going on on to be hung up on twice before finally being told that the store manager will be coming to inspect the mattress. Apparently their "phones were not working right" that day.
The inspector managed to come in and take a look at the mattress and said he would forward the info on to the head office who went on to reject the claim as the mattress did not meet their requirements and did not show sufficient damage to warrant a change. I asked the store manager if that was really the case then that would mean the mattress was just uncomfortable and of cheap quality to which he replied "yeah i suppose so".
Moral of the story do not buy anything from here. They have terrible customer service and clearly recognize that their products are sub par.

We went in looking for an office chair. 1. We had to find a staff that could help us which took a while. 2.the staff located the office chair on the system and told us that there are 2 colours. However, the black is not in stock but the white one is.so we said we will go with the white ones then. She said ok and told us to wait.she walked to the cashier and she started to help someone else. 3. We were sitting on a couch right by the cashier. She helped out the other customer, put on her jacket and walked right pass us and left.what ticked us off the most was, she even looked at us before walking out the door. 4. We had to find someone else to help us which we found out BOTH colours were not in stock and we have to order them. After waiting for 20 minutes.
