The teachers there are amazing I had trouble with the students there and the teachers made me so much better every school has students who will misbehave a lot of them help me I have some personal problems and the students help distract me from them and make me feel better do not believe all the bad reviews are true people may have their opinions but they can also be blown out of proportion.

I've left messages in the past in regards to my child's progress in the school and they've never been returned. I believe that her teacher is good but the system there is discriminatory against any parent who doesn't share the same faith.

As a former graduate at spp I think it's a good school with a lot of great caring teachers. The only bad thing is the students, they always pick fights.but overall the teachers and school environment are great.

French immersion is not up to par. From public to st Eugene they are bottom. School is good. Most teachers were great. Before and after school was amazing. There is bullying bad in the older grades.

I wouldn't recommend this school and can't wait to be done with it and by the looks of the bad reviews I am not the only one!

If ur ever deciding to attend this school ur child's life is in trouble. I just graduated from SPP and looking back at this school, it has been 1 of the worst experience of my life. First, the academics are terrible, teachers barely teach students anything, especially French. In French immersion classes, multiple students struggle to communicate in French leading them to have difficulty in high school. Secondly, the students are unintelligent, 1time a girl brought vape to school and her friends smoked it without any of the students earning a suspension. Also, a grade 8 student brought a pocket knife to school and decided to show it off to his peers. Finally, the school can't afford anything. They continue to struggle to pay for stuff in the school. They continue to beg for money when they cant use the money efficiently. They have trouble paying for new math textbooks, technology, sports equipment, and classroom resources. Overall this school is similar to being in prison. If ur ever deciding to attend this school ur child life will never be the same.

This is by far the worst Catholic school experience ever, and my family has attended Catholic school for many generations. Children vaping in the bathroom, bullies running rapid while the principal thinks a restorative circle and forcing them to be friends is the answer. All three of my children dealt with bullies for many many years. My son dealt with his bully from kindergarten to grade 6, after getting a soccer ball thrown to his face he had enough And he punched the boy in the face. Being hit in the face or something my son has become very familiar with from his bully.
So after finally fighting back my son gets suspended. Thank God my oldest daughter is graduating out and moving onto high school. She will not be moving to Catholic school. And come September my other two children desperately want to leave their school. They went from public school to Catholic school and now returning back to public with our tax dollars. Oh and get your wallets out if you plan on sending your children here because that’s all they seem to care about collecting money

Rocky Ninja I’ve never met someone as biased and delusional as yourself. Mr Olivera was the nicest VP I’ve ever had and I’m starting to wonder people like you are the reason he died

I am torn and want to be accurate and fair. I don't have any issues with my daughter's education, the teachers and their competency.
I have issue with the fact that I have escalated issues with busing and transport to the school principal (very responsive), the school board trusty (Patrick Daly) (very responsive), the gentleman in charge of transport (Vince Ramelli) (responsive), I have called Attridge Transportation and have never had anyone pick up the call or call back.
Last year, 2017, the buses had a lot of delays. I escalated because the driver for my daughter's route was abusive (if a water bottle fell he put it in the garbage and as they left humiliated them to pick it out), he would slam brakes to get them quiet so hard a child's lip bled from the impact with the seat.
Yesterday, my daughter was picked up by her bus at 8: 25 am. At 9: 30, while I was at work my daughter called me from another child's cell phone. She told me they are "stuck" on the bus and are not at school yet. I asked if they were safe, if there was an accident. She assured me they were fine, but could not articulate the problem. I told her I was calling the school and bus company. I called the bus company repeatedly with no answer. I checked the website and not delay was posted. I called the school repeatedly and no answer.
Two hours after my daughter left my care she arrived at school. No phone call to notify parents. No email from anyone. What if there was a medical emergency, an accident, an act of terror. A bus full of children was not where it needed to be and two hours after the bus had not arrived nobody saw fit to call the parents? The driver had gotten on a street (usual route) and could not maneuver out. The police were called. They almost hit a tree and a sign.
I understand life happens. But I was owed a phone call to tell me my child had not arrived at the time she should arrive! I spent half a day making phone calls with nobody answering!
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MY CHILD'S SAFETY DURING SCHOOL HOURS? WHO IS ACCOUNTABLE TO US THE PARENTS? WHO IS SUPPOSED TO CALL US TO NOTIFY US? CELL PHONES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE WITH CHILDREN, SO IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY OUR MOST VULNERABLE AND MOST CHERISHED PEOPLE ARE LEFT DEFENSELESS. THE PARENTS THIS MORNING STILL HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED! PARENTS NEED TO ADVOCATE FOR THEIR CHILDREN.
As parents we are responsible to provide, love, guide and protect our children. Please share my post with every parent you know. We need to be informed and demand our children be properly cared for when they are in the care of the buses and the schools.

These kids are constantly outside, all day, everyday. I hear the recess bell go off for them to go inside, and yet there are still constantly kids outside. How these kids are getting any education being out side literally all the time? I don’t know. But I know they are always outside because they are constantly screaming their heads off, and I can hear it from my window from 8am-4pm.
