I always feel comfortable at Dr. B. 's office. The minute I walk in, all of the staff is friendly and helpful. I have come in twice with a stroller and baby and both staff at the front get up to help. At my visit today, Brittany went the extra mile and kept my sleeping baby at the front while I had a cleaning. I insisted she did not have to and to ensure she brought him if he cried, but she gave me a break and rocked him in the stroller as I had the cleaning done, Lindsay used to be my hygenist and I was disappointed when she left as the person who replaced her did not meet my standards. I had told the staff about my experience with Lindsay's replacement and the office dealt with it and hired a trained hygenist. I had a great cleaning with Kalgi and I could tell that she knew what she was doing. Kalgi is conscientious and professional. Great job everyone!

JVL ENTERPRISE Inc has had the pleasure of working closely with Dr. Botbol for quite some time. He has remained professional, courteous, and efficient. Studio B is an immaculate and clean office. The office follows COVID19 protocols which allow us to feel safe while we are there. The PPE items he uses in his practice are verified authentic and of superior quality. It is clear that he cares deeply about his patients and associates.

I have been a patient at Studio B dental for 4 years, and I must say Dr. B is extremely talented, and very thorough! His attention to detail is exactly what you want on someone who is working on your smile. He also works closely with other specialists and shares your case to get you the best long term results.

Unfortunately, the negligence of my previous dentist cost me a long emotional journey and costly treatments. Thankfully this ended with Dr. B, Dr. Ohayon and Dr. Margel who were able to offer me treatment options and correct it all for good. Brittany made sure that all of my appointments ran smoothly and was so accommodating with all of my requests.

Now I just come in for routine hygiene appointments with Lindsay. She’s compassionate, will address concerns and educate you along the way so you can take care of your own smile. I actually look forward to my hygiene appointments now!

I recently had my veneers done with Dr Botbol. Honestly such an amazing experience from the start. The staff at Studio B Dental are so friendly and they really go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. My veneers were done within one day! For someone like me this is crucial because my work schedule is crazy. Dr Botbol went above and beyond and made sure my veneers were done using the same day process. The procedure itself was better than what I thought it would be. During the procedure Dr Botbol really made sure I was comfortable, and I was from start to finish. Honestly everything went so smoothly. The finished product is literally perfect. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better smile. He's very skilled and professional. Another thing that I really liked and appreciate was not only the service, but the care and compassion. Dr Botbol really cares. His office followed up with me the next day to make sure I was still doing well, and then later that same day he called me personally himself to make sure I was still doing well. There were no surprises, he told me exactly what to expect and when to expect it and he kept me informed the entire way. I highly recommend Studio B Dental.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. B and his team. I came to his office to discuss a single veneer and the Studio B team was professional, patient and extremely helpful in outlining my options and making sure I felt comfortable with our approach. They explained everything, every step of the way and I could not be happier with the results. My smile looks better than I ever could have imagined and it's all thanks for Dr. B and the team. I'm not a spiteful person so I am not going to say anything unfounded. I found Dr. Botbol to be very pleasant and all of his staff - include Diana, Brittany and especially Lindsay to be very pleasant and helpful. What ticked me off is that I spent months searching for a good dentist, whos price was right to undergo a procedure I have been dreaming about for 18 years. They gave me one price and coincidentally after sharing my business success with the dentist increased that price. That price was also attached to several other costly procedures that were advised to get the "best results", which, if I decided to bypass, would require my signing a waiver.fishy or what? It's very possible the intentions were good, but this whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Now i'm back on the hunt for another dentist, and i'm hoping and praying the experience will be better. I really can't speak to whether the final product would have been worth the cost, just be prepared for some price adjustments. By the way Lindsay, I bought an electric toothbrush with the spinning bristles to get under my gums and I love it. Great suggestion!

They are a wonderful office with friendly and professional staff. They always make you feel comfortable and taken care of. The knowledgeable staff are fantastic at explaining exactly what is going on at all times. Dr. B does great work and so do his coworkers. I have 2 implants and 2 root canals and crowns with no problems. They make sure to take care in adjusting anything they do to make sure your bite is always comfortable. Definitely recommend Studio B Dental for their staff and services. 10/10.

Dr Charles Botbol runs a great dental practice. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Special mention goes to Diana, she is efficient and competent and makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr Botbol himself is friendly, and is experienced and skilled and I feel I am in very good capable hands. I will certainly recommend him to my family and friends.

I went there in March to have my retainer wire reattached after the glue fell off. Because of how the wire was reattached, the tooth was pushed out (confirmed by 2 other orthodontist). I now have to spend $1000 to get it fixed.

In addition, they also originally overcharged me (over $800 for a less than $200 procedure). I was alerted by the insurance company that the claim was unsubstantiated. Eventually they did correct the receipt and gave me a credit. However, I found that this is the general theme of the clinic, trying to push expensive treatment plans.

Be careful they don't care at all again please be careful, it's not like that as it looks like, they are very unprofessional. Must be their family members who give them these 5 stars. Stay away from there.

No one wants to go to the dentist. It can be a time of great anxiety and stress, especially for a major procedure like dental implant surgery. So imagine my relief when I first walked into the office of Studio B Dental and was greeted by the friendly frontline staff who instantly put me at ease.

This superb level of service continued with the dental assistants and hygienists who were uniformly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable.

But of course, a successful operation is nothing without a strong leader setting the tone for the clinic while laying down a clear mission statement that puts the patient at the forefront. Enter Dr. Botbol, or Dr. B.as he’s known around the office.

Dr. B. ’s wealth of practical experience, industry knowledge, and excellent bedside manner inspire his patients with confidence (myself included) that their dental needs are being met with the highest of standards. I’m not overstating it when I say that Dr. B.and the whole team have turned what could have been traumatic experience into a positive life event.

I’m glad I took the time to research my options - the answer was clear for me: Studio B was the best decision I could have made.

Today my wife, siobhan, and i went for our first “covid setting” dental appointment.naturally, we were unsure what to expect.this is what we experienced.on the phone, Wassage (sp?) clearly and patiently explained the required on-line pre-visit covid questionnaires.an exceedingly pleasant young lady.
Lindsey (sp?), the dental hygienist who worked on us both could not have been better.personable, knowledgeable and professional.well done.thoughtful applications of necessary protocols were everywhere from hand sanitizers to isolation of personal property to segregated work environments to separate entrance and exit points.we feel fortunate to be patients as this practice continues to run well during these trying times

Dr. B is amazing! He knows what he’s talking about and seriously cares about the health of your teeth and gums. The office is clean and pretty. The hygienists are all super nice and knowledgeable as well. 10/10 highly recommend Studio B Dental!

Please don’t believe them, the clinic does not have a normal specialist, they took x-rays and then explained after when they should explain in our first meeting before I’ll do it, it costs for me more then 250, also they can’t do Bone graph. In simple language, it's called fraud. Again clinic explained me after when I paid money for x-rays they do not have Bone graph options in different words they don’t have good specialists, I told them please if you can’t do everything in same clinic please don’t take x-rays but a girl with name Diana said oh no we will do everything in the same clinic everything will be ok after X-rays she said you have go to the different clinic my question: it was why? Answer: because we don’t have specialist who’s doing Bone graph. There are no normal specialists again. But no worry I lost 250 and got X-rays a lot of X-rays it’s also bad for hair. Take care. Bad attitudes towards staff and bad specialties all they can do is take pictures of your mouth.

First of all I give five star to staff, they are respectful, friendly so with respect to staff! Here goes my experience with dr charles botbol or as they call dr b!
I have spent 24000 $ canadian dollars just from my own money and I have not been treated respectfully or just.
I had implant tooth # 22 he left suture and forgot it since I've been having pain anytime I complained, he said don't worry next time we take care of it after a year and complaining many times he cut some tissue from the area, what I found out suture is still there and tooth #25 and # 26 are so sensitive and so painful because he cut tissue from around their roots.
Tooth #11 implant: its front tooth and you don't want to see gum even his assistant Brittney said he will fix it but after 3 years nothing done.
Tooth # 14: he was doing crown and he broke it and he was laughing, he said he was not laughing at me!
Body you have to be sad at least pretend you are sad?
Tooth #15 implant: I experienced mild pain so I checked with different Dr, and was told part of bone graft had failed since beginning.
Tooth # 36: I had post op and while dr b was performing surgery at other room he walked in and he checked the implant and it was failed implant so he took it out and put the implant right back in? Anyway I had to come back for surgery again, so I am having pain since then and 3 months ago in midst of Covid 19 pandemic I had so much pain so much pain, I hope no one goes through the pain that I experienced (dr charles botbol had caused it)! Without taking responsibility without saying just simple sorry. I called them, I text them. I had to get medication from different Dr!
Not to mention he has used cheapest materials.

I visited dentist quickly for #36 recently! He was right dr b is responsible one, he has to see to it, why I am having this much pain, crown's edge seems like its been inserted inside gum.
Please do not tell me to call office! You guys have my phone.
He had my phone I called many times I text many times, in midst of covid 19 pandemic, thoes dark days he did not, neither his staff called or tried to help.

Soon I will be taking legal action.

I don't believe some of these comments, for 50$ or 100 $ discount poeple do strange thing!

Dr. Botbol has changed my life! I got veneers almost 10 years ago and it has given me the confidence I liked and tons of compliments. The procedure was done so gracefully and he had my best interest in mind the entire time. I have never had problems with my veneers since I got them. I've also been going into the clinic for regular cleanings and I love their staff, very professional, friendly and welcoming. I feel like a part of the family when I go to Studio B Dental every time.

A couple of months ago I decided to explore the all-on-4 concept for my neglected teeth. Lots of reading of reviews and studies followed. Many were wildly optimistic and some rather more practical. I don't live far from Dr B's office and sent them an email. I was rather surprised to receive a personal reply and decided to take up his offer of a complementary consult after having sent him a few unflattering photos. He runs a solo practice with a large staff in a fine new office adjacent to Bayview Village. They offer free covered parking. And so my journey as an ardent dento-phobe began. He is a charming, no nonsense and non-judgemental guy. He will perform all-on X where X can be any number from 5 implants and upwards per arch. He is not a fan of using just 4 implants per arch due to the cantilever (unsupported) effect upon the outlying molars, which could lead to fracturing. Interestingly using more implants does NOT increase the price, just his cost:) He wants the best possible results for his patients. He operates personally on his patients with the help of his charming Assosciate Dr. Ing to deliver iv sedation. I felt nothing during my lengthy procedure. For the curious, they freeze the operative field and add the iv to put you into the twilight zone. No summary could be complete with some comments about his abundant staff. They are professional, charming and uber friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice. Lastly cost.very market appropriate. No silly extras or upcharges. Again strongly recommended on all accounts.

For a very long time, I was in search of a dentist that I could personally feel comfortable. After completing eight implants at Studio B Dental, I could easily say it was the painless surgery i have ever had. The staff is very professional, kind and friendly. Highly Recommend Them!

He was extremely hyper and agitated not calm or patient. Did not go over the procedure or explain it at all, did not review your medical health, did now review complications or side effects. Money hungry.
