I dealt with Adam at Studio Cycle Group. He has an extraverted personality but he doesn't talk over people. We talked about bikes and I told him I had done my research on the Moto Guzzi V85 TT along with a slew of other bikes. He knew I had been riding a long time. He scheduled me a long test ride without trying any of the pushy salesman stuff. I had narrowed it down to two bikes, and in the end the Guzzi bested the Triumph. But I wanted it in a discontinued colour, and was quite adamant. Adam got me a 2022 model in the red and white I wanted, and got me $1200 off the price accordingly. He also got me the factory bolt on parts I wanted, but warned me that a couple of them would be a few weeks later than the bike, and recommended I take early delivery and come back, enjoying my bike in the mean time. I am so glad I did. A convenient time was scheduled it all went off perfectly.

I am so impressed with my Guzzi, and with the team at Studio Cycle Group. This is the best bike I have ever owned, and this is by far the best dealer experience I've had with any manufacturer. Thank goodness Guzzi has moved to Toronto! Lucky us. And I am glad to see Guzzi dealers succeeding in other Ontario cities. I suppose the backing of Piaggio Group had done a lot to invigorate and grow the brand, normalize part availability, supply chains, etc. They are still rare and odd and wonderfully special. But now they are also easy to own, so long as you don't live in the Yukon or something.

I find Studio Cycle cares immensely about their customers. Adam and his supporting peers are sincere and passionate before, during and after sales. It is unusual for a full service motorcycle shop to exist in Toronto proper - but they do. Their collection of showroom brands is strong, as well as their accessories. They are a unique and friendly point-of-interest in The Junction community.

Bought a V7 Special from these guys and the experience was quite enjoyable thanks to Adam!

I've bought 2 bikes and my Arai helmet there and I would highly recommend them for sales, service and accessories.
