Studio Dental at Union Station

Good experience for the complete dental check up. Did not recommend unnecessary things. Hygienist did the cleaning in a very comfortable manner

This place is awesome and Zaineb in particular is spectacular! She was so easy going and made feel relaxed and my teeth feel cleaner than ever!

I visited studio dental for my annual exam and teeth cleaning. The check in process was smooth and I did not have to wait long before they called me in. The hygienist was friendly and completed all the work without leaving me in any discomfort. The dentist stopped by to discuss treatment plan afterwards. They charged my insurance directly and I did not have to play anything out of pocket. The waived off the cost for fluoride treatment which was not covered by insurance. I had a positive experience and would not hesitate recommending this practice to others.

Excellent service all around. Dr. Harris is super knowledgeable, friendly and clear. Diane was a very warm and friendly dental assistant as well. It is safe to say that me and my wife have found our long term place for everything dental!

Great dental clinic, Dr. Youssef has been amazing, he treated my severely painful root canal in one session comfortably. Great service and really nice staff. My dental clinic from now on.

Went in about a month ago due to needing a tooth pulled. The women there were absolutely wonderful and were so careful considering I have a huge phobia of dentists. The tooth was pulled without fuss and healed up without issue. It was also a bonus that they accept people on Ontario Works in need of a tooth extraction! Definitely will be going back for a tooth cleaning!

Get a second opinion on any procedures that they offer. For example, cavities, they quoted me a certain number in my original appointment. On the day of my filling, another dentist on their team concluded that one of the cavities quoted could not be located. Afterward, they chose to fill another cavity that the first dentist did not mention. Secondly, after filling my cavities, I experienced pain for several months. When I returned, they automatically suggested a crown. Claiming that there is a crack in my tooth that no exam can locate as it may be very tiny. The exam consisted of a visual exam, no X-ray exam was conducted, and they did not refer me to a specialist for a second opinion.

Dr. Poor Sina is Honest and an Amazing Dentist, we have been going to Studio Dental since they have open, very nice and friendly team and great location. Thank you for all your wonderful work!

IMPECCABLE.those are the words i give for their excellent service.receptionists (sorry i forgot you guys name but you know who you are!) treated my daughter and i so friendly.had my wisdom teeth removed.dentist took care of me so wonderfully.healed with no problems! If you're looking for a quality & trust-worthy clinic, please stay away from Studio Dental at Union Station.

After being with the same dentist for many years, I had switched over to Studio Dental as they had a convenient location. The $99 cleaning is a great deal, but be aware that it isn't covered by your insurance. I had an initial cleaning and consult, which was followed by an appointment to have a few fillings redone. My first appointment was great, and it went downhill from there.

I came in for several fillings and the entire experience was terrible. During my appointment, the dentist and their assistant were arguing over which tools to use, and they both seemed like they hadn't worked together before. They were also discussing getting aesthetic botox done at the clinic and really didn't seem focused on the patient that was sitting in front of them.

I returned a few days later to get one of the fillings redone that they did, as it had fallen out (to no surprise). I arrived at the clinic on time and waited 15-minutes in the lobby. They took me to the patient room, and I continued to wait for an additional hour. I completely understand that appointments run over, but that length of wait is avoidable if scheduling is done properly.

I was then contacted by the Clinic Director, who apologized for my experience thus far. To help compensate for my poor experience, they offered a free custom night guard. I went back to the clinic to have it molded and it arrived a week later with no issues.

A few days after I picked up the guard, I noticed a $500 claim on my insurance for the dental appliance. A nice gesture from the Clinic Director turned into an attempt to scam me out of more money.

There are a lot of great reviews of Studio Dental on this page - for most, they likely had a great experience, but please take those with a grain of salt. Your dental health is a serious matter and you want a clinic that you can trust - Studio Dental is not that place.

I went here a couple of months back and Anis was very good so kind and very informative with the all the questions that I had:) The receptionists are lovely as well!

Awesome right from the start till the end of the session. Yana, the front desk professionally and patiently handled the registration process. Hemal, the hygienist, is friendly and skilled in her cleaning and x-ray process. The doctor is on point and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience right inside the Union Station. Highly recommended.

Great place, great staff, great environment, great amenities. This isn't your average dentist for sure. Special thanks to Jessica for taking care of me while I was there. 100/100 definitely recommended.

I just switch to them and can I tell you the level of professionalism and how friendly the staff are. I felt super comfortable with all the staff there. I highly recommend them to anyone who has anxiety of dentist visit.

Happy I found this practice! Being open 7 days a week and until 9PM on weekdays, plus being so close to work for myself (and many thousands more who work in the area) make it super convenient. Also, very nice office with new equipment and all as well. Dentist has performed great work based on my experience of 2 visits here so far, of which there will be more to come for sure!

I had a cleaning with Jessica and I can’t speak highly enough of her! I told her I had sensitive teeth and she was so gentle. She explained everything and made sure I didn’t have any sensitivity. Loved my experience and will go again:)

I was extremely impressed by the high level of professionalism and efficiency in the dental work performed on my wife. The environment was very clean and well laid out i.e. The clinic was top notch. The staff was very accommodating and displayed a lot of courtesy towards us.

Such a lovely team of people. Everyone is a sheer delight, professional, kind, courteous and a great experience. I usually hate going to any doctor but my last 2 visits were so great I don't mind with them. I highly recommend getting your dental work done here.

So glad I found this spot! The office is clean, modern, and convenient to get to. My experiences checking in and booking appointments have been seamless. (The text reminders are great too). I’ve seen Jessika who is absolutely wonderful! I look forward to coming back for regular checkups.

I recently visited Studio Dental at Union Station and was impressed with the level of care and expertise provided by both the dentist and hygienist. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel comfortable. The hygienist Hemal was thorough during the cleaning process and took the time to explain everything in detail. The dentist Dr. Kamal was also very good. The clinic itself was clean and well-equipped with the latest technology.

Great experience here at Studio Dental. The dentist did a thorough cleaning and made sure to ask if I had any concerns regarding my oral health. I will be back here every 6 months!

Would definitely recommend this clinic! Welcoming environment and overall pleasant visit. I went for a checkup and cleaning. Dental hygienist Jessika was very thorough in her explanations and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. 10/10 experience with her, and I’ll definitely be back!

Not a good experience with the admin staff with billing.lacking of insurance knowledge.also, their clinic doesn't have the rinsing sink beside the chair.they say we only have suction.those who say the hygienist is gentle, is because she is not thorough.it was as if I didn't go to the dentist at all

(Jessika is a rockstar haha) I have been here for a cleaning and a whitening treatment and let me tell you, the results are insane.
It's been months and the results of the whitening still hold strong. I still get compliments on it. The cleaning was very thorough, gentle, and they guide you along the way and provide some great tips!

Great experience, knowledgeable staff and beautiful environment. Especially enjoyed the flat screen tv with my choice of Netflix or YouTube to watch on the ceiling throughout my appointment. Very enjoyable!

[edited] I had an excellent experience with Jessika, who was responsible for my cleaning. She was extremely kind, friendly and proactive. She demonstrated great knowledge and made me feel very confident about her skills - a great professional. The dentist, however, walked into the room, barely spoke to me, gave me no information about all the X-rays that I had to do and asked me to schedule a second appointment to solve a small cavity (which she couldn’t deal with then because she had another patient waiting). She didn’t spend more than 10 minutes with me. Very disappointing. I am still planning to go back - mainly because of Jessika - and hope to have a more humanized experience with the dentist the next time.
I went back for another appointment and the experience was really positive. The dentist was very attentive and answered all my questions with patience and empathy. They certainly managed to change my first impression and I was totally satisfied with the service.

Studio Dental Clinic offers excellent service. From the appointment to the consultation, their service was outstanding. Doctor Arsalan was prompt and courteous. Some information from my insurance was missing for the direct claim, and Clare was kind enough to assist me in gathering those information from the customer service.

The clinic is also well-built, and the staff are extremely friendly. I strongly recommend this clinic to anyone, especially those with Guardme Insurance. The initial consultation is also free of charge.
