Ribwar, who is also one of the technicians, was extremely helpful and professional. All the staff were. It was the cheapest price for a replacement screen that I found by about 50$. The first screen they put on was a little defective but I brought it back and they replaced it immediately at no additional cost.

Tldr: unprofessional, not well stocked, staff will lie to you.

I went in twice to ask for SIM card, but twice they were out of stock.

The first time he said they ran out and promised they'd "definitely have stock by the next day, " and to come back tomorrow. The next day, I tried calling in just to make sure but they didn't pick up three times. So I went in, lo and behold he tells me there are no SIM cards left - that he called "every store in the area" and they were also all sold out. He would not make eye contact with me in this entire convo and kept swiping around on his phone (rubbing it in that you have a phone that works, eh?: P). I asked if he tried Gadgets and Gold in the Van Horne / Vic Park plaza, and he said he did.

I went to Gadgets and Gold, and they were fully stocked! They said they always purchase early and never ran out of stock that week.

I just thought that was such a waste of my time due to his unprofessional customer service. I also hate being lied to.if you made a mistake or if you didn't try, just apologize and we can all move on.

I'd recommend calling beforehand, or just go to Fairview Mall or Gadgets and Gold nearby:)
